Elavon Unfair business practices

I still kick myself for going with Ladco Leasing...I went to my USBank rep who I trusted to give me great advice on a merchant agreement. After telling me how great the service was and how much cheaper it was to go with USBank merchant services...I drank the kool-aid. Now that I think about it, I should have just gone with Paypal and paid the 3% transaction charge and not getting excited about the 2.1% these jokers promised. What they don't tell you is...you have a monthly service charge from Evalon and then I had to lease equipment from Ladco Leasing...this is where the problem starts. Ladco told me the only way to do credit cards over the internet is to lease their equipment to process the card over the web. So, I wasn't leasing any equipment, I was leasing the internet. Not knowing it was a personal guarantee for 4 years. I signed up. The company closed and they still wanted their monthly lease. Since, I bank at USBank they would steal money out of my personal accounts. Even took money out of a another company, that I was a partner in, which we banked at USBank. When I formally complained to USBank and demanded that money back, they did, but now have collection people coming after me. Not sure what to do but going to continue to fight them.

100% agree with you. Promise you save money on transaction where you do save some money:
They don't tell you about monthly service charge and then I had to lease equipment. Also you have to pay 50$ insurance on the machine and tell you it's worth 2000$ if you want to buy it. Where on the internet you can get them for 100-200$
Will change company (go back to global) as soon as contract is done.

Elavon CONTRACTS

I am very disillusioned with Ladco Leasing and Elavon processing. I closed my business several months ago, I called both Ladco and Elavon to close the accounts and return the terminal. I signed a years lease which ended in March of 2011. I was informed by Ladco that I still had 36 months remaining on the lease which is impossible first off, then they proceeded to advise me that I could purchase the terminal for the amount of $1, 710.00 this is their fee of $47.50 per month for 36 months, I was shocked considering you can buy a new terminal ( same as I have ) for around $200.00. Either way I am paying the same amount. I was told that they could try and sub lease the terminal but there is $100.00 charge for this and no guarantee they will locate another company to take over their terminal. This is crazy. I also would like to locate anyone who has started a class action suite against LADCO, I would like to join the suite. Elavon also wants to charge me $190.00 to close my account with them. I am looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with these crooked companies.

I as well am very dissatisfied with Ladco. I think they are unfair and unwilling to help their customers. All they want is your money through your bank account. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR BANKING INFO! They will start charging you hidden fees and when you are fed up with them, they will say you have signed a lease and the only way out is to pay them for it.

I received a phone call from a representative of Ladco Leasing who basically conned me into leasing their product. Myself, being a new and first time business owner wanted to provide my customers with a ATM service. Unfortunately I was robbed 3 months after receiving equipment. I never could build the money back up to run the machine, but continued to pay for the ATM machine for 2 1/2 years until my business was forced to close due to the economy. At that point they said I owed them 10, 000.00+ dollars. After telling them that there was no way I could do that it jumped up to 14, 000.00+!Well I personally took the ATM machine to the place they asked it to be returned to in Knoxville. At that point it was turned over to a collection agency who basically threatened to sue. taking me to court and putting a lean on my home. I was able to work with them settling for 7, 000.00 dollars in which I had to borrow money from bank to pay. I deeply encourage anybody to steer clear of this company if anyway possible!

Elavon Stay away

On June 25, 2010, the salesman name Marc Palluck (Paradigm Direct Company) came to my shop and showed me the way to save money if I switched the service to Paradign Direct. I was promised that could cancel the service any time without penalty. I did cancel the service after 2 months using their service. After canceling the services, I received phone calls from Nick Adams- CCA ( Ladco Company) harassing me and want over $8000.00 for breaking contracts. I kept telling him I did not sign any equipment leasing with his company. To the point I could not communicate with him, I hired a lawyer to represent my case. Around the first week in March, Ladco's Lawyer email the copy of the leasing. This is the first time I saw the leasing equipment with Azura and Ladco Leasing company. They forged my signatures on all the contract / leasing equipments.

Now the Ladco' s Lawyer email to my lawyer: " The CCA representative is authorized to speak to you about trying to reach a resolution and will be contacting you to discuss settlement alternatives."

You guy should asked them for a copy of the contract / lease and look carefully to see if you sign that.

Elavon customer service/theft

I dont know where to start, I have been in business for more than 20 years and never have I seen such poor customer service, from being on hold for over 1 1/2 hours on average to the rude way you are treated when you finally do get through to someone.
On top of all this i have had a hell of a time trying to terminate our account and 3 months later i am still getting billed.
word of advice ...keep well away from these theives.

Elavon Forged signature and fraudulent business practices

I owned a small business and was interested in getting financing for my customers. I looked at several options and chose a company. I was told I would have to lease a specific machine that takes images of checks. I was also told if I didn't like the service I had 30 days to cancel. After a couple weeks, we decided we didn't like the service and tried to cancel. I was then told sorry you're stuck. Best part, the company that leased the machine to me Ladco Leasing is demanding $6100 to cancel a 2 year lease! I tried to explain to anyone that would listen that I was conned into getting the service to begin with but all I keep hearing is you have to pay. Then when I asked for a copy of the paperwork that I signed, they have that I signed a personal guaranty, something I would have never done. Now they're threatening to sue me. Anyone interested in investigating filing a class action lawsuit against this company so they cannot continue these practices, please contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com. I refuse to give in to their scare and bullying tactics. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

See post above by "Dubitable." And see post below mine from LUIS kim. Do not give up. Prepare for a fight, but I believe it's a fight that you can win. I argued unconscionability and BEAT THEM. I got out of the contract. But it's great to see that someone is finally working on a class-action suit. I'll be glad to be a part of it.

@LUIS kim Count me in. I'll furnish details on how I got out of my contract.

I BEAT THEM. I did some research on contract law and learned about the Doctrine of Unconscionability, Section (2-302) of the Universal Commercial Code. It is protection for the little guy against unfair, extremely one-sided contracts with big companies. Here are some helpful links:
http://library.findlaw.com/1999/Jun/1/131178.html
http://www.law.fsu.edu/journals/lawreview/downloads/334/dimatteo.pdf
http://www.drbilllong.com/Sales/U.html
http://www.law.ua.edu/lawreview/articles/Volume%2058/Issue%201/schmitz.pdf
If you signed a pre-printed contract that contains terms that were not actually negotiated between the two parties, if you felt you had no other choice but to sign it, if it is very one-sided, you may be able to argue unconscionability.

Elavon credit card processing fees

Same as the previous two guys. The old bait and switch.

Paradigm representative J.W. showed up at my business asking to see my old processing statements. He ran a bogus analysis showing how much money they could save me. I asked why I needed the credit card swiper when my POS already was capable and he told me that because they don't make money on the processing, they make it on the Ladco lease. I said OK, we shook hands, and I signed.

A month later my first bill arrived and the rate was about double the quote. I complained to Jessica at Paradigm and she said she'd move me into the A+ bracket and I'd see the promised savings. Those savings never occurred.

The next step was to call Ladco leasing and file a complaint. I spoke with Chris, a manager, who was initially helpful. He asked that I send him a letter and documentation of the representations made by Paradigm. He would then send them up the chain of command. If my complaint was deemed valid, they would try to pressure Paradigm into refunding what Ladco had paid them and possibly let me out of my lease .

A week later I spoke with Chris again and he stated that although I was clearly "given erroneous information" there was nothing he could do. I then told him I'd be contacting a lawyer and he curtly told me our conversation was over.

Since then, I've talked with two lawyer friends of mine and they pretty much told me they are not doing good business in the least. I even have the original documentation of the quotes. Nice legal system.

Bottom line is I now pay about $400 more a month than I did before. I'm told if I break the Ladco Lease I'll owe around 5K. Paradigms another $750.

My next step is to file formal complaints with the secretary of state for both CO and AZ but I'd be surprised if anything comes of it. The problem is that this industry is the new mortgage biz and there are ### everywhere. If anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears. Stay away from both of these companies.

Elavon Scam

Count me among the pissed-off masses of Elavon/Ladco Leasing and their unbridled greed. I never got a copy of what I signed, not from the sales rep, nor from Elavon despite 3 requests. Ladco said there would be a $5 fee. They have been billing my account $42.02 every month for so-called "software." I asked about buy-out and they quoted me some $1300 or $1500. The software that I am "leasing" seems to be something I don't need. Even so, there are so-called "better" plans available thru Costco Merchant Services. There is also a QuickBooks plug-in available for $76.00. I found an Elavon payment gateway for $50 online. Their "premium"software known as ViaWARP can be purchased for $200. This is one big gigantic ugly humongous rip-off. I'm now trying to get out of this *** mess and will fight it. Sign me up for any class-action lawsuits out there.

We are in the same predictament with Elavon and Ladco. We decided to cut our losses where we could. Both companies have an early termination fee but fortunately you can continue to use Ladco equipment with another provider(our term fee with ladco would have been 900). If you early term fee with Elavon is less than $200 it might be better to pay that and make it up in your savings without another company. Our breakeven point would be in 6 months with Sage. Much better service, no contract, you can use your existing equipment. Also, I need to look further into the new visa and mastercard fee for Oct 2010 but the terms and agreement says that if you continue to process transactions after 30 days then you agree to the terms. Does anyone know if this is a loophole to avoid termination fee if we cancel before 30 days? Elavon customer service rep was less than helpful

Elavon Inappropriate Charges

We closed our business on May 15. On July 2nd, we saw a charge of $20 from Elavon for June (no transactions at all). So, we called them and found out that it was the "minimum charge". OK, we didn't pay attention to the fine lines, our fault. We asked them to close the account right away. On Aug. 3rd, we get charged another $20. We called them again and they said the account was not closed because of the problem of the fax. We were surprised, they got all our information, if there were problems why didn't they contact us? No phone calls, no emails, no faxes, ... nothing. Finally, we got the account closed and they told us that not only we still have to pay for July's $20 charge, we will get another $20 charge for August. This is insane! This is stealing!

How could they charge us for the mistake they made?! $60 ($20 * 3) might not be a big deal. However, it shows how inconsiderate and how unreasonable this company is. The representatives kept on saying "this our policy" -- is their policy "ripping off customers any way you could"?

Avoid this company!

p.s. Another guy got ripped off for 5 months ~ http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/elavon-c306869.html

Elavon CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a Canadian customer of Elavon's (4 yrs), have had no problems to date, but today I phoned them to get some questions answered, and I have been on hold now for over an hour without ever speaking to a live person yet. In the meantime I also tried faxing them, but their fax would not pick up. I then tried a 1-866 number from the top of my monthly bill and got only a rapid beeping. Is something going awry with this company? I am STILL on hold, after 1 hour and 20 minutes! GRRRRRR! Must do yoga...ohmmm...ohmmm...
it's not working! Hulk SMASH!

The COMPLAINT...? Where to start, yes the 1 1/2 hour wait or more on the phone or the compitional arguing with you about how much money you didnt deserve or how many peolple you talk to befor you get a supervisor thats says "NO WILL NOT REFUND OR RELEASE YOUR MONEY!" They goof off back and forth between phone calls about what they are going to get you mad about next. Place you on hold every 2 min to "research" your question that they should know since it was the 4th time calling! AND NOT ONE HAD LOOKED AT THERE NOTES TO SEE THATS IT WAS A ONGOING PROBLEM! or that you finally get someone nice but there so new they dont have a clue whrer to start because they was threw out on the "FLOOR" with very LITTLE training. So which complaint should I SCREAM MY LUNGS OUT ABOUT, well it all depends on where they start when they say "Thank you for calling ELAVON, my name is..., how may i screw you?

I had a customers debit slip (810.70) come back approved..but did not see the funds deposited the next day so I phoned in. Here is where they get shady. They say they didn't have the transaction so I should fax them a copy.. I did.. attention Sandy
Waited again, phoned back and they said it takes 7-10 days. Waited two weeks, phoned in and they needed a copy of the slip again. Did it.. waited the 10 days and still no money. Phoned in and was told to send a copy to a supervisor so they could "rush" it. 10 days more and still nothing. Fast forward a few more times, a few more promises and I wound up today.. on hold for an hour only to be told by a supervisor that I needed to get the customer back in to rerun his card because so much time had passed that the funds had been returned back to him. NOT MY PROBLEM! Terrible customer service..great equipement but what good is that if they don't give you your money.

I have been a Costco/Elavon customer for a number of years. They USED to provide excellent customer service and I would often recommend businesses contact Costco for credit card processing. But NO LONGER. Lately if you have a terminal problem, you can expect to wait an hour and a half to speak to a rep. They obviously do not staff adequately. My verifone equipment required an upgrade to accept international cards. The rep had me delete all the programming of my machine and then couldn't download the updated programming. Apparently, I wasn't hooked up to an analog phone line, but their rep did not verify the requirements before deleting my programming and leaving me with a dead machine. I was told I could pay $150 get an older model used machine and then send them my new model in exchange. Think twice about going through Costco if you need to rely on credit sales. If you ever need immediate assistance, YOU WILL NOT GET IT.

Elevon seems to not be interested in the least bit about their customer service. I cancelled my bank account to curb further overdraft fees on my merchant service(in excess of 8o0.oo) account. Then they unleashed the dogs. Shady outfit from Florida known as AGI. Called my phone 30 times in one day.(all over 155.00 in unpaid fees). I believe they are uptight because I beat them to the punch. I have records of 10 different area codes supposedly around the country. I am investigating as you read this. They remind me(AGI) of saul goodman(loser hack attorney) from the hit AMC show Breaking Bad. What has our country come to. This is not a TV show, this is MY reality. Hopeless in Oregon

I waited for about 75 minutes. This is really a terrilbe service. I mean, how can a company that service other merchants have a bad service as this. I'm new with the company, but with this kind of ugly service, I'm beginning to look around for reliable company.

Elavon leasing fees

Ladco Leasing is billing me $42.02 per month, with a 36-month lease, for the use of "Virtual Merchant Software."

I do not have any equipment other than the old-school, non-electronic hand-swipe thingamajig, for which I was billed a one-time fee of $30.

Am I being scammed?

Elavon Stole my money

Elavon sucks

I recently had them close my account "for security reasons" they stole over $4000 and will not return calls nor give me any reasons.
They have my bank account overdrawn and hit me with about $250 in service charges.
Their "security department" cannot be contacted directly, I am constantly told that they will contact me, which they never do.
Any help with Government departments I can complain to will be appreciated

Elavon fees and thievery

Elavon is the company that works as a satellite company to my merchant service provider. I have no idea what they do. They charged us PCI Fees without notice and even after numerous calls, faxes, internet applications on our part to meet their criterial for becoming PCI compliant they still are charging us these fees. They somehow never received any of our numerous calls etc about the issue. There are 4 of us working on this and still our efforts are not reaching this company of thieves.
In addition we did manage with a TON of hard work to get in writing proof of our compliance, Elavon had the nerve to tell us that they have never in the history of their company reimbursed fees nor do they have a legal department. I think we need to band together and file a class action law suit.
How many of us are there and what do we do next?
Are you having this trouble with PCI fees and Elavon?

They are the BIGGEST crooks in the world, Alexander Nadar should be investigated. They steal money out of your account, hold money in case of chargebacks, charge made up fees for the sake of charging. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'm a stylist in uk and for the last week I haven't got paid no money due to elavon taking the money before it's got into my bank account now making my books unbalanced incoming and outgoing. I've never been in debt whilst owning this card terminal machine but they continue to drain my money, I phoned yesterday and an Asian lady answered saying wait one moment I need to take a personal call then started speaking in an Indian language on another telephone, I was absolutely disgusted and distressed was an understatement. I've had no letters no warning that I was getting fined due to the non compliance also they've been charging me another fee that I wasn't aware about and really don't seem to be getting any answers from this Micky mouse company elavon more like fat elephant.
I have two more horrific years using this utterly unprofessional thieving fraudulent greedy company . Worst business decision of my life. Never again! Also there is a uk business seminar next week that I'm running for corporates and I've banned elevons participation.

Ok I’m dumb. Never took cards in over 40 years of business and decided to go with Elavon.
My problem came at the end of the first year when PCI compliance reared its head.
I never knew about this as it was never explained and no I didn’t scan the agreement, just took the guy’s word and signed up. What could go wrong?
I was informed by email that my compliance had expired two months previously and I was being charged £17 per month until I was compliant.
I asked in two phone calls and letters for the fees to be sent to me in writing for my record and no letter ever arrived.
I was informed that their computer records flagged me as being non-compliant and that was why I was contacted. What? After two months?
Apparently the £30 fee for compliance is paid to Elavon, so why be in a rush to charge me when they can grab £51 extra by the time it was sorted!
Oh yeah, it’s up to me to arrange compliance I was informed.
Funny how this caring company leave me without cover for so long.
Roll on two more years and I’m out of there!

We are noticing they are taking large amounts of money out of our account and we are not receiving information a statement of any kind. I'm so upset and I will get to the bottom of this. We are trying to switch as we speak! Thanks for all the information. I so appreciate it!

Yep, I agree with complaints. Had them as my merchant services provider for over 4 years. Finally got sick of PCI compliance BS (I am a 1 person operation so 99% of PCI questions don't even pertain to me!) and increasing fees.
Switched to The Square so I can now accept credit cards on my Android phone.
Contacted Elavon to close my account. Since my statement cutoff date is the last day of the month I requested it closed March 1 - to avoid fees for March. Talked/emailed to at least 4 employees in the process. Last one on March 1 who confirmed that the account was closed that day. Guess what - I got charged a $20 fee for March! When I called them today they said too bad, so sad, you should've read the closure form more closely. I should've closed the account on Feb. 28! Since my account was "open" and THEN closed on March 1 I still was assessed the full feefor the entire month although my account was "open" for 1 day that month. Gee, would've been nice to do fair disclosure and make sure I am aware of that. None of the nitwits I talked to ever brought it up so I am guessing it's a "secret" internal policy. Today's employee and her supervisor were not particularly nice either. I hung up on the guy, called the FTC and filed a complaint over the phone. Doing it in writing tonight. Emalied my congressman. Called FDIC and they recommended I contact TN's AG since that's where Elavon is located. Both FDIC and FTC employees were courteous and helpful so I would recommend contacting them
BOTTOM LINE: PEOPLE, DO NOT USE ELAVON! There are other options out there.

I have had a small business for several years and although credit cards have never been a major part our business it is becoming more so. I have been using the same company to process these payments for years and until 2009 never had extra fees from Elavon. In fact never heard of them until then. They are apparently a subsidiary of US Bank and were placed there, not to protect consumers, but to come up with new ways to scarf fees (in tandem with new policies and laws legalizing the theft) and make profits for doing nothing (oh, I forgot, protecting the consumer). Similar to what your fed and local governments do on your phone bills now. Get used to it. The country's ran by crooks and thugs who are in bed with each other to skim as much off of us as they can and in the process call those who disagree greedy capitalist. What a f***ing racket (legalized racketeering).

To complaining crybaby. PS for all those who hate tangerine I do have some funny news. I tell the rep everyday that I am going to sign tomorrow and each day they call or fax repeatedly which of course costs them lots of money. I intend to keep toying with them the way they do others until they finally give up!

It is obvious to everyone that you are either an employee or an afflliate of the company in question. I have been with a reputable company for 12 years and only stayed away from tangerine because of the overwhelming number of complaints against them. People are not stupid and they see right through you! While companies can hide their deceptiveness in contracts it was Tangerines high pressure tactics that gave them away with us. For them to know that they are going to raise rates once they hook people might be legal but it is very dishonest and I hope they break laws which will catch up with them. I have never heard of charging different rates for different visa's and certainly none of the reputable companies do it. Unlike the other people you berate you can not accuse my company or me of being anything accept shrewd as we suspected anyone needing to be as aggressive as tangerine for business is probably bad news. If you are employed by them tell them I said that phoning people 5 times a day and using high pressure tactics will only lead to people like myself going on line to check them out.

Thank goodness I am not alone in this leasing nightmare, like so many of you I started a small business and was convinced by a very friendly bank repersentative at my local bank to go through them for merchant services. At the time I was going to go with an online service where I bought the equipment for a couple of hundred dollars and they needed a letter...

Elavon over charged and not reimbursed

I had closed my business, and wanted to finalize my leasing the credit card machine (it was paid off)...they kept charging me and 3 months later I still haven't received a credit on these charges. I have emailed them twice, called a few times. I can't close my business account until this is finalized.

Want out of this Ladco Scam?

Lets start with some Ladco history.

Back in November 2009, Ladco Leasing was purchased from a man named Leon Ladd by Elavon Merchant Services. Elavon DOES own Ladco, even though 9 times out of 10, they will tell you different. (Also, both of these companies are owned directly by U.S. Bank, so any line of credit or open accounts with US Bank can and will be drafted.) Many employees in Ladco were actually trained by Elavon, but training was all based on "need to know". Most Elavon employees don't even know they work in the same building as Ladco employees. Each side of the fence is told to direct your complaint to the other, mostly because no one wants to hear complaints all day. Sales people are trained strictly to make a sale and move on. Typically you will deal with customer service after the first interaction with your sales person. The fact that most customers that sign up for these services are typically rushed through review and signing of the lease agreement does make the ability to imply that you didn't read what you signed readily available to Recovery and Customer Service.

NOW- What you dont know.

Since the merge in 2009, Ladco's Recovery Department has stopped reporting debts to the credit bureaus, as they claim that it was "a better business decision". Of course they stopped. The agreement that you signed holds about as much validity contractually as the toilet paper you use every day. The secret? STOP ANY DRAFT ATTEMPTS BY LADCO. (Usually your bank can stop any/all drafts from a specific company.) Even if this means closing your existing bank account and reopening a new one. In your lease agreement, it DOES state that Ladco may draft funds from any open bank account or line of credit associated with your Social Security Number. Ironically enough, the only way they can find "any open bank account or line of credit" is if it's a US Bank account. Ladco pushes for ACH payments each month. Contact your bank if you are set up on this system, and stop drafts from Ladco. In their collection attempts, they will threaten "legal action" or "further collection" against you if you refuse payment. Some will probably say "Your credit MAY be effected if you dont maintain your obligation". The key word there is MAY. Legally, they have to say "may", because if they threaten action but never pursue it, your attorney is going to make you a rich man. Speaking of attorney, there is no need for one. Again, save your money. There are no legal grounds in which they can claim action under, and will typically try to use your credit as leverage for negotiation for payment. You really think a company that has accumulated as much revenue as they have are going to take you to court over a $200 machine? Doubtful. They're too busy ripping off other unsuspecting businesses.

In short- stop putting your hard earned dollars in the hands of crooks and criminals. Don't let them play the fear card. Your credit and your money will be fine, as long as you do as i've instructed above. Furthermore- Learn to treat your employees well and subtle hints and tips such as these wont ever surface about your business. :) If you have any further questions about your specific case or agreement, feel free to contact me via message. I would love to help, and there is plenty more information i can provide if necessary. So good luck and God speed! I pray that the thousands of people effected by this scam recover strongly and learn a valuable lesson in the process.

We signed up with and started processing with Tangarine Payment Solutions in October 2009. Elavon Fruad/Theft

Elavon SUCKS! Still in February 2010 I have tried cancelling this account for 5 months and each monthe still took out thed $20 charge, , I called & called they were supposwed to send me a fax.. NOPE and with this I was told I need to call back in 6 days to see if they had received it, , BULL**** It's not like I have the time for this THEY needed to follow up.. Finally I got so mad when the 2nd and 3rd faxes DIDN'T show so I stayed on the line while they sent it and waited until it arrived before i let the poor jerk off the line... This was on the 11th of January I immediatly sent the fax back then looked at my account today and they took another $20 out I called AGAIN and demanded a supervisor she said it had not come through until the month was half over! SO they waited 4 additional days so they could collect another $20 This is Highway robbery! I am telling every business I know and those just starting NEVER NEVER use this service! I've passed it on to my Food Service reps as well who are always setting up new accounts Cheap SLimy Business Elavon you should BE ashamed COSTCO REALLY have you checked these guys out? First of all, it's YOUR responsibility to follow up whether or not YOUR account has been closed. Second of all if you would read the closure from or contract, you would see that it takes 3-5 bus days to close your account. But i'm sure your illiterate and reading takes too much time too

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR THE INFORMATION. SO WE'VE CLOSED OUR ORIGINAL ACCOUNT AND OPENED A NEW ONE. NOW WE ARE GETTING THE THREATENING LETTERS FROM "COMMERCIAL COLLECTION OF AMERICA" STATING THEY ARE GOING TO SUE US FOR $6700.00 ON A CONTRACT THAT WE DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE WE HAD!
WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS COLLECTION COMPANY THAT LADCO IS USING?

I would recommend not to bother with a class action suit. The agreement that you signed was written essentially to negate contractual action suits against the company. However, one way to override this hassle would be to close, and re-open a new account. It may seem like a big pain, but without your information they would no longer be able to draft your account. Hope that helps! Best of luck!
