Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming withdrawal

I've had my account since may I've deposited a lot of money on to my account I've also been to my local ladbrokes and drawn money out. Yesterday the 20th October I went to withdraw some money from town and they said my account needed verfing even though I had done this a number of times. They have asked for documents after documents which I have provide I've been emailed back saying it wasn't right on number of occasions and I'm still waiting to make a withdrawal.
This is not fair this is my account and my money it's ok while you are all taking my money but when it comes to me wanting to withdraw it's a problem it's like your stealing it from me.
I thought I was a valued customer of ladbrokes and they do this.
I want my account verifyin today otherwise I'll have no option but to post comments on trust pilot and everywhere I can

Went into ladbrokes store in skewen.
And a boy hwonworks behind counter decided to come up to me come up in my face asking ohh you orite you look lost! Then laughs. Wearing a black ball cap. Young woman then says oh he gets straight to the point! The point is i dont want to be harrassed by an idiot! Just minding my own buissness. Sadly now you have lost my buissness thanks to an immature muppet who cant do his job properly.

Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming ladbrokes withholding my funds which I deposited

I opened an account wit ladbrokes been using it for a month or two I ended up despositing funds into my account I won a bet aswell then my account gets locked I call them to find out what's up and they advise me that I have a previous account with them which I am totally unaware of so they said my account whish I opened recently will be closed in definite and won't be returning my funds, then they don't explain any other details to me about this previous account so am lost for words as I have no recollection of any other account and when I spoke to adviser on phone they were rude also hung up on me when I was looking for an explanation as I am a customer and have rights

I am making a complaint regarding i had money come out of my bank account but i have never have or will give you my bank details; i went to my bank to discuss the situation and they told me to email you and make a formal complaint to try and resolve the situation and hopefully refund the amount of money which has been taken out of my account.

Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming cashout

I placed an Acca Insurance bet on Saturday 23rd September 2017 and the bet was winning. Wolves had scored in the 80th min, but for the rest of the game in the cashout it said that that particular game was losing all the way up until the 90th min when Barnsley equalised. Luckily Wolves scored again straight after and the bet won.

I just want to say that it is an absolute disgrace that for 10 minutes the game still said it was losing even though Wolves were one nil up.

Ladbrokes are happy to take your money, but when its not going their way convieniently favour themselves and will probably rule it as a malfunction of some sort.

Absolute gangsters in my opinion.

Again the bet ended up winning but I wanted to submit a complaint as this is a disgrace and you will also see proof in the images attached that Wolves were winning amd the cashout kept rising yet it stayed saying 'losing'.

Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming wrong information on both teams to score sheet

The date of incident was the 16/09/2017. the cashier number is T148002 the name is Lee based at st james street, Brighton. what happened was I placed a football bet (both teams to score) and I always check to make sure they are 15.00 hours K/O. Around 14.00 hours I went to put all the teams I had done on my goal live. I got to the last team on my bet which was Lincoln v Mansfield and they had already kicked off when it states on my bet 15.00 K/O. so I went back to Ladbrokes in st james street brighton to check the sheet and it did say 15.00 K.O. so I went up to a guy behind the desk and he double checked on his screen and yes it did say 15.00 K.O. he rang his manager and he stated that the bet stands even though it was their fault. so my whole bet void. I am not happy about this at all and I will not be using you again as I am disgusted. he didn't even offer me my money back

Hi I've went onto thegrid to follow my betting slip to then find out it's not even giving me the correct information as I know a few teams are winning, but on your system it says losing. I've taken a screen shot of this as proof that the teams are winning but your system is wrong and saying it's losing.

Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming sports online website

Hi,

I am a new online customer who only had my account 3 days and won some bets. Next thing I know my account has been frozen and I can't access my balance, funds or place any bets. Shocking!

I have emailed a customer service rep and [protected]@ladbrokes over 6 times and have had no response for nearly 5 days now!

I have had my account verified (via passport) and have a balance of over £800 in my locked account, with no reason or response given. This is an awful way to run a company! I want my funds returned to me immediately and want the account then closed (after my funds are returned). I will take my business elsewhere and will report Ladbrokes, seek legal advice and create as much bad press as humanly possible unless this matter is resolved ASAP.

Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming opening hours

To whoever this may concern

Firstly, I visited your Lewisham branch last night to bet on the mayweather fight. I intended to put £1000 on this 4-1 odds but one of your very rude employees who was a large white woman with glasses. She wanted to cash up early so would not allow me to place this bet and it was 25 minutes before you were due to close. Obviously, this has now affected me as I have not won on what I would have. This means I am out of pocket and incredibly outraged with your company. For one she has tarnished an otherwise successful company which I will NEVER use again. Please let me know what you can do about this to resolve the case.

This is obviously against trading standards as your sign on the door stayed the opening times. I am wondering if this needs to be reported and taken higher if nothing is done to resolve.

Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming dreadful and unfriendly staff

I was in one of your shops in Kilbarrack SC in north Dublin, Ireland. I went in to collect a winning that I had placed on one of the interactive machine. Much to my chagrin one of the matches had not been settled yet even though the game had finished an hour earlier. I went to the desk, only to be met by two delightful enchantress's. I ask could they check my betting receipt to see what was going on. Through the tuts and death like stares, one of the little delights told me it had not gone through, so I said should I wait, to which one of the little pumpkins shrugged. I waited with glee as the two pixies cackled behind me. I waited for around 30 mins before attempting to ask one of them could they check again, but how dare I, she was taking a private call. I waited for the other one to finish chatting to the "customer", and asked once again should I wait. She shrugged again and said "probably not". I left the shop, a once loyal customer, and came home. Please talk to your staff about the customer service skills.

I am a repeat customer and this is my local betting shop. None of the staff are friendly or helpful, i have spoken to other customers they have also told me they are going to complain.
(your female weekend staff are even more rude)
i have been ignored and sworn at.

Today the 4/08/17 i went to collect my winnings £200 only to be told that I had to come back at 14.00 for my money as the shop did not have any. I think this is absolutely disgusting for a company as big as yourselves to ask this of me after all I placed my bet in good faith.i did contact your help line and spoke to one of your representatives only to be told sorry when I asked what could you do for me as a customer they lady said nothing sorry . Now I have got to travel to another shop in the hope they can pay me all at my expense sorry Ladbrokes this isn't good enough afterall it's only £200 pounds it's also making me think of whether to change my bookmaker what would you do. Thank you I await your reply.

Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming staffs with bad behaviour and rude

29 July around 5:20pm it was raining powerfully I have a stomach ache feel like urinating so desperate . I came to one of Ladbroke shop at 13 Whitechapel road London e1 1du.
I found two of your staff one black lady and one white lady seting behind the counter I ask them politely can I please used the toilet as I am really in need I could not believe what I hear I was told a company policy only customers was to used the toilet I beg for them to let me to used the toilet as I am desperately in Need I have kidney problem they started laughing at me and they refuse to let me used the toilet I was so angry and dissapointed feeling shame i wonder how are they train becouse those two women are very rude I went to next betting shop I was allow to use it with no problem.
I like to ask Ladbroke if it's a company policy not to allow someone with emergency to used the toilet?
and please I would Ladbroke to train those women with manners becouse they lack it.

I have included all of the relevant information through screen's of our chat, at the unprofessional behaviour of one of your staff refusing to send me our transcript, and also refusing to honour a bonus. I had proven her wrong in the first instance, and then came out with a completely wrong argument around how the bonus wagers work. This needs review, as many people lose money to this sort of farcical behaviour.

Me and my friend went into Ladbrokes on Sunday 23/07/2017 and were treated extremely poorly. As we were playing on the roulette a lad we went to school with, who now works in the Hyde store stormed in and ask us why we were there and told us to leave in a tone that made us out to be dogs and had everyone in the store turn and stare at us as if we were doing anything wrong. Liam Kenworthy is the workers name. He said he was a manager and could get security to kick us out and he continued to shout at us as to why we were there. His colleague Brian did nothing and we were treated like we weren't wanted in the store from start to finish. Despite Liam knowing us, it makes no difference to the customer service we should have received and i can say now i will never be using Ladbrokes again due to the treatment we received.

Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming trap challenge harlow towcester

I last night placed a bet in one of yr shops in wrekenton gateshead on the trap challenge harlow Towcester trap 2 93 pound win 9/2 at lunchtime today I sent my wife to collect my winnings of 255.75 at another ladbrokes in South Shields at 1 pm.
They said firstly that the dog did not run ? It's a trap challenge does yr staff not know how a trap challenge works 30 min later still not done it rang customer services on 4 occasions I was promised it would be done. The shop at wrekenton were adamant that the dog did not run ( staff would do not have a clue what they doing it really beggars belief )
Then my partner trails to Newcastle to try sort it and at 3.20 pm it is finally settled. This is simply not good enough it was off the day before and then it's took 2 hours 20 min for the penny to drop that there was actually money off it . Trailing around from south Shields to Newcastle to sort it out arrogant staff who talk to you as though your thick and stupid this is simply not good enough and how you employ people like this I really dnt know . I will never go back to that shop again never . The bet number was 3702 [protected] . I'm angry it's taken this long I used to work in a betting shop a few years in William Hill wen u had to settle bets in your head not like today all done on computer . These people either ain't been trained properly or there just thick and in the wrong job but if u think it's acceptable then fine I certainly don't. Would someone contact me on [protected]

same at willy hills.i won trap challenge with trap 2, woman at willy hills says 6 won, i said it was the 2 cos i watched all 25 races on RPTV silly cow still still says 6 won, eventually i got my money but ive won few times and every time you have a carry on getting winnings, got phone head office find out result, useless cxxts

Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming dispute towards bet when it glitches

On the 7th of this month on my account Liam98 I lost $500 because the Ladbroke app system was having problems it kept adding previous bets that I made to the slip and the screen was all over the place and finally it zoomed in on multi bet which I didn't realise at the time and used. Then just before the game finished I checked and saw the problem and sent a email to fix it as soon as possible but apparently by the time they answered the game was over and my money gone and they pretty much told me to bad. The customer service on this issue has been atrocious and I've made complaints to other services about this. What I want is my $500 back and nothing else.
