Lacoste Operations purchased products all different fits but same size men size 5

I have always liked your polo shirts and trainers but have recently found that the sizes are not all the same. I have a large selection of size 5 polo shirts and are quite recent but the fits are all different. I am not happy that I spend in excess of £70 for each individual polo shirt. In fact I am very annoyed at this as I can't wear some of them as they are like a smaller sized polo. This has strongly put me off wearing Lacoste clothing. I have also found your trainers to be similar sizes being different. Please email me back as I really am not happy with a lot of the purchases that I have spent good money on with your brand of clothing items.

Lacoste will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise in saleable condition, with shipment documents or gift receipts from our website within 30 days of delivery (excluding fragrances). Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and all fragrance purchased online or in store are considered final sale.

Unfortunately, the item you wish to send back is not eligible for return under those guidelines, therefore we are unable to accept it and issue a refund.

Lacoste Operations cotton man's shirt [protected]

I bought the shirt at Lacoste in Tel aviv Piad nearly 200 dollars.
At home I realized the shirt was stained. The manager refused to replace it for a new shirt with the claim that it could not have left the shop stained I.e I caused the stain. I kept the shirt covered with a plastic bag as I bought it, did not open it and kept the ticket. Yet she refused to replace it.
This is a shameful service not suitable to Lacost!,

Lacoste Operations lacoste polo shirt

On 15th September, I bought a polo shirt from Lacoste store at Johannesburg airport. The saleswoman at store did not remove the security tag and I am not able to use it.
When I contacted Lacoste, I was advised that they cannot do anything, I should take the shirt to some other store in Dar es Salaam, prove that I am not a thief and get security tag removed.
This shoddy solution by Lacoste is totally unacceptable and I have suffered a financial loss.

Lacoste Operations Replacement of zipper on my lacoste backpack

Dear Sirs

Some years ago, I bought a blue backpack from a Lacoste shop in Lisbon, Portugal. A few years later the main zipper got broken and I had to replace it. I went to a Lacoste shop in Lisbon, and I had it fixed. It took a few months, and it was not cheap, but I got a new zipper that was like the original one.
Two months ago, this new zipper got broken and I went to the same shop to get it fixed. They told me that I would have to pay 50 € and that the new zipper would not be like the original one.

I goy my backpack today and in fact the color of the new zipper is very different.

I wonder how a brand like Lacoste charges 50 € to fix a zipper in one of their backpacks and the result is so bad.

I am sure that I paid for the two zippers more than I paid for the backpack, I got them fixed because I like the backpack very much, but I expect a brand like Lacoste to have higher standards than it proved to have.

Btw, both my sister and a friend of mine who had backpacks like this one had problems with the zipper, so I wonder whether Lacoste had a more general problem with this product.

Lacoste Operations returns

A warning to people if thinking of shopping on line with Lacoste..I orderd 2 polo shirts and light rain jacket 28th Feb 2012, which arrived and I was pleased with the polo shirts, but the jacket was too small.I packaged up the jacket and returned in the post with the returns label supplied.A week passed and no refund of the price of the jacket appeared back in my account.I contacted the customer service line with my order number and was told the jacket had been received 6th March, and it is a 10 working day period for the refund to be made..the 20th March came and went, I now mailed the customer help service explaining the situation.Only to receive an e mail back saying their was no records of the package being received ! I mailed back telling them their phone help line told me the package had been received the 6th March, and the phone calls were recorded so proof would be in the recording if the track the call back. I got a mail back then saying the package had been received 6th March and would have to be shipped to their Germany depot ( what that has to do with me, and getting my money back I am clueless !) .Meantime I had spoke to them on the phone again, and was told that the refund would be back in my account by the 22nd/ 23rd March, and sorry for any mix ups ! Needless to say NO refund of the money has appeared in my account ! My advise to people is shop with Lacoste online if your going to keep the items, , but if you want a good old fashioned RUN AROUND trying to get your money back then Lacoste are the company for it ! Nearly a month has passed that they have had my money and NO refund for the goods is on the horizon..BEWARE the refund policies of Lacoste !

I ordered a pair of kids size 3 trainers. Received infant size 3. After speaking to custome service they explained there must have been an error on website. Was told that I would have to send them back via their courier service which is nok where near my address. I asked if one of their drivers could collect item and was told no! You would like to think being their error they would send a driver to collect. So I have tik drive miles out of my way which costs my money and time. Then to wait 3 weeks to be refunded! And reading above comment it's looking unlikely.

Lacoste Operations lacoste wholesale scam

If you sell clothing on eBay you might get a message that looks like this... its a scam. They'll send you a whole list of fake tracking numbers to make you feel safe. They'll even communicate with you all the way up until 9 days after the supposive package is to arrive. They'll even give you a tracking number for the package that does actually have a package associated with it. But, that package is going to be delivered and signed for far far away from where you live. Do not trust this dealer.

I know you are an eBay seller, so I want to be your supplier and cooperate with you!

Lacoste Operations poor quality

Brought a lacoste jumper £140.00 worn it about 3 times it has since fallen apart with holes in it.The shop has since closed down so i took it to the lacoste retalier in birmingham who would not help please could you advise.

My wife bought for me Lacoste shoes from the Patomoc mill located in Woodbridge VA22192
And it's big one size and I don't like the style when I tried to return the manager in the store refused and ask me about the receipt I told him I lost it and I asked him to exchange to me I don't need my money back or even store credit and he told me you can customer service when I called I told them the story and I let them know I'm going to vacation next week and I'm traveling today and the problem not resolve yet but any way I will share my experience with every one I know

My Daughter is 36 years old she bought a pair of Lacoste trainers on Sunday 4th June in UCS East Kilbride store and wore them on Monday 5th June for an 8 minute walk to take my Granddaughter to nursery.In that time they slashed the back of both heels.
On contacting the store they will not take these trainers back or give any type of refund, to make matters worse they have not been helpful at all, in terms of offering the correct information on how to take here complaint forward. (This is not a size issue, she bought the correct size 5) the trainers are faulty.
Due to her injury, she can now only wear filp flops on her walk back and forward to nursery each day (it's raining in Glasgow today) until her feet heal. This has turned out to be a very painful and expensive 8 minute walk and a total waste of hard earned money.

I got my self a pair of trainers I have worn them about 10 times and the side is coming off I have taken pic of them .I have been Wearing Lacoste tops and trainer for about 20 years and I will not be buying Lacoste again for the way I have been treated I think it's a joke

Bought a pair of lacoste men's trainers for my husband we have owned them for a week and he has worn them 3 times for a short while in the week we have owned them and ones shoe has completely worn away at the front and Has the start of a tear appearing took them back to Colchester Kurt Geiger store where wd bought them and they Srebrenica not WilliNg to do anything I spent £98.00 on these shoes and expect them to last for a long while! What can I do?

not a complaint a request. a recently gifted pearl pink lacoste shirt is much too small for me probably sized for a teen. unfortunately the giver is in europe for the next six months having purchased this shirt recently in the islands. is there any lacosts store in new york that would exchange this shirt for the right size? tags are still on the shirt. need to know soonest with thanks

I bought some $260 trainers in Australia not even 1 day ago and they have not stopped rubbing! I am a uk size 8 and the trainers are a 9! how the hell can this be!

I bought some $15 plimsolls that never gave me a problem. Im so disappointed I've bought lacoste trainers for years, all have been great, but these, the most expensive ones cerberus bl srm, are the worst one I have had, and of course, I cant take them back now.

I'm conten plating put them on ebay at a loss!

Lacoste, if you have buzz tracking, and are reading this, I'm ready for your reply and hopefully some customer service.

Lacoste Operations Fake, liars, worst customer service

They are fake and liars. I bought a lacoste pink polo shirt. And it was fake. It said it was a real lacoste. But I found out that its fake. Even if I ask for refund, it would take forever to get my money back.
Dont try to purchase anything in their site. Theres no way to contact them with their only unreliable email contact.

I bought these trainers from lacoste bull ring Birmingham wore them maybe for 1 month today they fell apart and the other shoe is starting to. Am not happy at the price i paid would expect them to last longer than a £10 pair from primark. I have sent photographs

In August 2008 I purchased a pair of Lacoste sunglasses from a New York department store. This morining the arm broke completely off from the body of the sunglasses.

The Lacoste store in Sydney directed me to a telephone number but the receptionist told me the after sales people do not take phone calls! only emails or fax

I am from Australia. In August 2008 I purchased a pair of Lacoste sunglasses in a NY department store. They arm completely broke away from the body of the sunglasses this morining. How can I contact someone to have these repaired/replaced.

I agree with you. I bought a pair of shoes for my husband. He wore them once and the soles ripped right off from under the shoe!
I contacted them three times and no one returned my e-mails! Thier quality sucks as does their customer service.
