I bought a 2G blackberry data on 24/3. On 25 it was gone. I reported the matter with a hell of a time to get call centre agent to understand the problem. I get ref number after ref number and empty promise after promise of call backs in 1 our. Its now 18/4 and still no call or explanation as to lack of service or missing data. This was not the first time data disappeared from my phone. Reporting just seems to be waste of effort but I have now had it with this excuse of service provider and demand a explanation!

The only checkout available was self serve which did not wish to use- I had a 20kg of dry dog food and full basket. Staff chatted to each other whilst looking at me! The 12 item & less isle was closed also. I waited 10mins until I had to ask if someone could help me. I spend many dollars here weekly and expect better service.very disappointed.
