LaceWigsBuy.com do not do business with this company!

I originally ordered a wig from lacewigsbuy.com and called immediately called to cancel the order, the woman said no problem and I would have my money back in 24 hours. Needless to say, I am still waiting on my refund. I have called and no one answers the phone. Do not do business with this company!

I purchased a wig from them and had the same experience. I hope that no one ever buys from them. All of their reviews are fake and you can't leave a true review, because I did and it was blocked. I will be returning it and dispute with my credit card company. They are scammers, and their wigs are not even real hair

March 13, 2013 I placed an order on lacewigs.com website for 14" Silky Straight #4 Medium Brown, Full Lace Wigs 100% Indian Remy Human Hair [Sf120003] $249.99, Order #WIG20130313548649. I received the product via FedEx on March 19th and after opening the product what I received was not the description I ordered on the website. March 19th I contacted lacewigsbuy.com using their live online chat portal and had a session with Katharin whom I told about my dissatisfaction with the product and I also would be returning it for a full refund and also requested return shipping cost. Initially in Katharin’s live session with me she wanted me to take and send a picture but then concluded for me to just send the product back. I wanted to return the product using United Parcel Service (UPS) for a tracking number but was advised to send back the product using United States Postal Service (USPS). When I questioned why, Katharin told me it would be cheaper or ten dollars and specifically wrote in the live session how to describe the product on the mailing package, I obliged. March 19th A Customs Declaration was provided to me by USPS and a paid receipt that I followed-up with lacewigsbuy.com using their online portal. I contacted by telephone PayPal (my payment portal) concerning the return merchandise. March 29th I contacted lacewigsbuy.com about the status of my refund and was told the return had not been received. For every live chat session I had with lacewigsbuy.com I would be told the return shipment had not been received. The following dates were my live chat interactions with lacewigsbuy.com: March 19, March 29, April 2, April 3, April 4, April 5 and April 8. April 5th during a live online chat session with lacewigsbuy.com representative and after commenting about my unsuccessful attempts to contact them by telephone a telephone call was placed to my residence by the representative. A discussion regarding my refund was the topic as well as not being given by lacewigsbuy.com proactive or definitive responses about my refund, and then my call was transferred from the representative Laura to supervisor Marty. When I questioned Marty on why was I told to send merchandise to a return address that never seems to arrive, Marty told me it is their factory in China. The address I returned their product back to: Xu Kui, 19-3 building A XinLongDa., MeiZhuanXiao ST.ShangQingSi, YuZhong District, Chongqing, 400010, China. Furthermore, when I stated that the China address is not listed on their business website, Marty became quiet and later said no, and the address is not listed on their website. I became really wary. Marty strung me along and told me about the Chinese Holiday April 5th and their factory is closed and he would check on my return, something he never did. For every live online chat interaction I had with lacewigsbuy.com I notified PayPal telephoning them regarding my online live sessions with lacewigsbuy.com.
The live online chat portal is a fraud; the pictures used by lacewigsbuy.com when a customer signs on for a chat session is very deceptive and are not the pictured person the customer is speaking to. The pictures and names associated with lacewigsbuy.com online chat portal are Caucasian with American names like Katharin, Rita, Laura, Zoe, etc while the person who’s behind the pictures and typing responses back to the customer are Asian.
April 8, 2013 I had a final session with lacewigsbuy.com informing them that if my refund is not returned back to my PayPal account within 24 hours I would contact Service Alberta, U.S. Consulate General Calgary and the Better Business Bureau/Canada and their response to me via live chat and then an email was I would get my refund within 4-7 business days. Now the 7th day or April 17th generally would close out a PayPal claim dispute with a seller but not under certain circumstances and this I believe lacewigsbuy.com was counting on. I telephoned PayPal April 8th and PayPal sent an email notification to seller (lacewigsbuy.com) to respond back to them in three day and according to PayPal should lacewigsbuy.com demonstrate failure to notify PayPal I would receive a refund back to my PayPal account for $249.99. April 12th PayPal reversed the cost and refunded back a refund. I have not heard anything further from lacewigsbuy.com and at this point don’t care to. This has been the most exhausting, stress-filled and aggravating experience and I hope no one else goes through it. I will contact those aforementioned agencies to bring awareness to lacewigsbuy.com about its business practices.

I agree lacewigsbuy.com is the worst site ever i regret ever shopping from them the wigs are a scam they do not look like the picture there shipping is free but you gotta hound them down for your order tracking number, there reviews are fake if you want to leave a honest bad review they block and will not let you if you go on there you will only see 5star reviews that they made up..i will never ever buy from them again and i promise to anyone donot buy from them you will be very disapointed you think spending your money on a wig item waiting to get it and the wig they sent is totally opposit of what you paied for..if your thinking about shopping from them run fast away no looking back!

LaceWigsBuy.com false advertising

Lace wigs buy is practicing false advertising. I ordered from them only because they sent me photos of goods and they looked really impressive.in fact they sent me different items two times. I sent them back and they sent me these fake goods one more time. It is waste of money and time.

I agree. I ordered a human hair wig. They use pictures of celebrities and model hairstyles. I ordered a cool blonde highlighted color and The wig was bright yellow. Just hair on a wig cap. No style or anything . I paid"only" $200. I should have known! Total ripoff!

We all know if you didn't know sassy secrets.com has some very beautiful unit... Full and front lace wigs... And hearing so many good reviews about their company I decided to see what the fuss was about... So I called to see if the in-stock unit I wanted was there and able to ship out when expected... By the way they have great customer service which is key with any online or in store business... So I was sold.. First I have paypal which to me is a life saver... But this company does not and they explain that... But what they did not explain was their bank doesn't accept all major credit or debit cards... I have a credit union that is excellent... So I attempt to buy one of their in stock units and right after it was confirmed I received an email stating it my confirmation was declined... Huh!... Now I am prego 8 months to be exact and this email almost made me go into labor when I called my bank and realized my bank confirmed the transaction and the money was sent to the company... I then had the company send an detailed... Very detailed email to release the funds... Thank god that I didn't attempt to purchase during hours where the company had closed their shop or else I would have thought I had been scammed... Newflash!... If your company has any flaws let the public know on the front of your website... Sometimes customers don't look into your companies bank policies concerning which major credit/debit card they accept... Especially since they don't accept paypal... Some may already believe they have been ripped off... Because my bank explained to me that that's how most rip off transactions begin and end!

I purchased several wigs from RPGShow hoping that each one would be better than the first because it looked so great on the models. When receiving the wigs they either did not fit (I gave them custom measurement), or the texture of the hair was wrong. I know now that they mixed human hair with synthetic hair and billed it as human hair. When I reached out to them I was told that my products were custom made so they could not offer me a refund. I am out $1500 in total. I will never purchase from them again and I will tell everyone who will listen not to do the same. ! Crappy, dishonest company.
