I ordered a refurbished Primera Bravo II DVD Duplicator/Printer from this company on January 30. Prior to ordering, I had confirmed vebally they had a unit in stock. My credit card was charged on February 1. On February 3 I received an email stating the credit card address/phone could not be verified. I called them and got that straightened out. Then on February 5 I received an email stating they needed authorization for additional shipping charges to Alaska (which is not unusual). I called and approved the additional charges, and confimed verbally that they had the Bravo II in stock, and was told it would be shipped the next day (Feb. 6). When I had not recieved notice of shipping, I checked my order status on their web site, it was still stuck on "approved". So, I called them again today to learn they do not have a unit in stock, and are not expecting any.
My credit card was charged before they could verify the phone and address and obviously before the item was shipped. Three business days and two weekend days went by with no notification they could not complete my order. It took me calling them to find this out. This company was not honest with me from the beginning. I would recommend not doing business with them unless you really don't need what you are ordering, and you have plenty of time to wait to get it (if you ever do). I am very disappointed in their communication and service. I cannot evaluate anything else because I never got what I ordered. I am still waiting for the refund.

    It took me 11 months to get a partial refund $600, still on going to get the remaining $260... been almost a year.. over 30 phone calls, 42 emails... they sent the wrong product, not even remotely close to the right product. I RMA'd it immediately.. never in my life.. have I EVER worked with such an incompitent company. I believe they're truely scam artists.
