LabCorp racism

I waited for 2.5 hours to get my routine blood work done. Jenelle at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful with not only myself, but with everyone is the office. She kept telling people to sit down and wait anytime they came up to ask her a question. After 1.5, she called me up and said she could not find my lab order. I provided Donna with my MDs phone number and she called and requested my labs be resent. Donna said she would assist me when the fax came in. 30 minutes went by and I went back up to ask Jenelle if they received the fax yet and she said that she hasn't checked and to sit down and wait. I went back up to ask about using the rest room and she immediately told me she hadn't checked and to sit down and wait. Finally I got called up and they asked me if I had fasted for my exam and I said I did, they laughed about how I must have been starving because now it was 1:30pm. I finally voiced my concerns with the wait and bad service and Jenelle laughed and rolled her eyes and never even bothered to apologize. I believe I was treated this way out of racism as I am a latina woman. I came to get bloodwork during my lunch break and I had to take the rest of the day off with no pay because of this and I never even received an apology from Jenelle or even Donna. Even after they saw me crying out of frustration. I will be putting another complain with the supervisor and with corporate.

LabCorp poor customer service

I am 30 weeks pregnant, and needed to go in for the 3 hour Glucose test. I schedule the appointment a week in advanced, for 1 pm. I showed up at 12:30 because I was 1. nervous, and 2. knew I would probably have to fill out some type of paperwork. Fasted from 9 pm onward.

I was greeted by a woman who was very impolite. But - I don't really mind when someone is rude, people have bad days. But then the comments started. "You're here for a glucose test at 1 pm? I guess you must like to sleep in." ... Well, actually I had to work, and taking a half day in the afternoon was my option, and the most convenient for myself and my family. Again, I ignored the mean comment. Then, she said "You have fasted for how long? You starved your unborn baby how long? I should call DCS on you." At this point, I was really uncomfortable. But again, I shrugged it off. I was instructed to fast, no one was starving, and she isn't my doctor. She tells me to take a seat and she'll call me up when they are ready.

I take a seat. I wait for quite some time, and then was called back up to be told they can't do the test. She let me know that their system is faulty and let me schedule an appointment that couldn't happen because they are closing at 3:30 pm. I'm sorry, what? But again - as irritated as I was, things happen. What she didn't say was that she's sorry this happened, or sorry I had to fast that long. Instead she said "come back at 7 am on Monday." Unfortunately, like many Americans, I have a full time job and can't just shoot my boss a quick text that I need another half day on Monday. So I let her know I'll follow up with them to reschedule. She then said in the most serious and demeaning way "Well, considering you are having a baby - you should learn how to make sacrifices for your child." In hindsight I wish I defended myself, because I didn't. Instead, I stood there with my book I brought to read to pass the time, shaking hands because of not eating and being so nervous about this test, and looked up and started to cry. I politely asked for my paperwork back and left.

I don't feel like any person should have to be belittled by anyone. I don't think anyone deserves to be treated that way. I have tried to contact customer service but cannot reach anyone. My appointment was on Friday 3/8 at 1 pm - if that can help identify the individual responsible.

LabCorp gene testing for cancer

My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and was ordered a gene test by her doctor on 2/12/2019. On 2/13/2019 early in the morning she went to the labcorp on gause blvd, slidell, la and drew the blood. It is now 3/1/2019 and the test results can not be found. After her phone call to labcorp she was and is still been given the "run around". Labcorp is saying she came in on the 20th which another supervisor has proven to be false. They are saying she will be the results in 2 days, 14, 21 days etc by different people in your company, where was my wife's blood between the 13th and 20th? Even if we finally get the results on some day in the future - how can we be sure that the results are even correct?

LabCorp customer service, professionalism, discriminatory, rude, and standard of care

This LabCorp is located on S. State Street in Dover, DE 19901
First incidence was arrival at 3:15 p.m. Jan 17, 2019 according to website office hours are until 5 p.m.
Upon arrival no one was at the desk... My 22 year old recent C.N.A. graduate and State Licensed daughter was there for employment drug test (the Veterans Home located in Milford, DE where she did her clinical s for class had offered her a job telling her if she passed her state test they wanted to hire her full time, which she did) We checked the kiosk to attempt to check her in however is was not operating at the time. Returned to reception window area and a Woman with Lab coat on started to approach she was approximately 10 feet away and had not seen my daughter's paperwork (Lab Order) and as she was approaching stated Drug Testing is over at 3 o'clock. I bit my tongue at the thought of this assumption of what she was there for without seeing her paperwork. Stated oh I thought you closed at 5? She then said, "no we close at 4 and googles website search tells you that, it was updated about 5 months ago". I showed her on my phone that in fact google search did show 5p.m. In any case she stated testing ends at 3. I then asked if the other location on Route 8 was open till 5 and she replied "No, and we are the only ones that do the drug testing the other site does not". So, I simply said well then, you'll have to come back on Monday to my daughter as my vacation was to start on Saturday, January 19, 2019. Once outside I told my daughter how inappropriate and infuriating it was for her the worker to assume that she was there for drug testing without even seeing her paperwork/lab order. We returned to get the test done on January 23, 2019 at approximately 11:15 a.m. My daughter checked in using the Kiosk which was fine, we waited about 20 minutes for her to be called back and she was unable to urinate, the Lab Tech told her she had "Shy Bladder" (amazing that is a medical condition diagnosed by Doctors) in any case she told her she could "drink some water but no more than 8 glasses from their dispenser and then try again". about 25 minutes to 30 minutes had passed before she called her back again and within less than 3 minutes she was at the door with her and said to my daughter "well it's a refusal" I asked my daughter what that was all about and she said she went into the bathroom and was in there about a minute and the Lady Tech named Nija knocked on the door and stated" If you can't go you'll have to come out and it will be noted as a refusal, and that she will be calling the employer". Evelyn (my daughter said "well I guess I can come back tomorrow and try again"). The tech never said you can't do that or any other thing for that matter. We left and again I felt the unprofessional rudeness. I told my daughter to call the Veteran's home which she did and spoke with her HR contact whom told her she would have to call the state to see if she could get another form so she could return for the test and stated she was unsure if they would get that approved fast enough so that she may not be able to start work in February she may have to wait until March. So then today Friday January 5, 2019 my daughter received a call from the Veteran's Home HR contact whom told her the Tech from LabCorp had just called her today and Stated" That Evelyn refused to sign the paper for the refusal and left the Lab" Which indeed never occurred as I stated I was right there when my daughter and the Tech Nija came to the door and Nija said it's a refusal. HR told my daughter she would have to go to LabCorp to settle the dispute and see if they would try to do the testing again. (What dispute) she also said that Evey's account of what happened was the same up to the shy bladder statement, but the Lab Tech had a totally different version of what happened after that. So I told my daughter to get ready and let's go to LabCorp we got there at approximately 1:40 p.m. Evelyn explained to the receptionist and 2 other Lab Techs One being their Supervisor what she was there for and the receptionist asked is she had a new order and stated they could not repeat the test without a new number the Supervisor was listening, and also was polite in Our explaining what had occurred when my daughter was there last and what had occurred since and the conversation she had with HR and the Supervisor said to see if they (Veterans home HR) could call them. I asked about what had happened when she was in their last and how I didn't understand how it was a refusal and a dispute the receptionist first answered with once you walk out of the Lab it's a refusal. I stated, "then why would the tech knock on the bathroom door within about a minute and tell my daughter that if she couldn't go that she would have to come out and that it would be noted as a refusal"? The Supervisor said she would need to speak with the tech to see what happened and that "normal procedure is it is a refusal once you decide to walk out the door of the Lab facility" also she stated "that usual is you are given 3 tries and that my daughter should have been told she could drink more water and try again when she told them she was ready". This is not what went on... The Tech Ninja then came out and plopped yes I said plopped down in a chair in the reception area and with a very glaring look said you told me you had to leave to my daughter whom then stated she never said she had to leave and said you knocked on the door and said if I couldn't pee that I had to come out and that it would be noted as a refusal.. You also never offered that I could drink more water and try again. Well at that point I interjected to Ninja whom was indeed glaring at me and said I was right here you came to the door with my daughter and said it is a refusal you didn't in fact say or offer her to drink more water and try again and I know she did not tell you she had to leave as I'm on vacation and there was no time frame other than trying to get this done. Still glaring at me I also stated there was no need to look at me like that. Nija then said, "First off I'm not going to argue with you and you are going to leave or I am going to call the Police". I said excuse me call the police for what, I'm trying to get an explanation of what the miscommunication is here with the HR from the Veteran's home telling my daughter she needed to come in and settle a dispute with LabCorp which again I said I didn't know there was a dispute and additionally you did not offer her a third try as I have been informed is normal procedure here. The Supervisor whom still was being polite as was I (mind you not feeling I should be by this time after the total unprofessional blatant rudeness of Nija) along with the other 2 Lab tech and Receptionist. I said this shy bladder is an actual medical condition and the Supervisor said yes if my daughter brought in a note from her Doctor with that they could then go from there. but if not without another Lab Order number they could not try to repeat the test. I thanked her for her time, and she said Yes ma'am as well as the receptionist did and left... Stating I would be filing a complaint and calling their Corporate Office. Which I fully intend to do.
Not only was there the assumption with the first visit! Then the unprofessional "Not Normal" procedure with the second visit. The third today was the absolute appalling interaction with an employee being blatantly rude and threatening, totally unprofessional attitude and reaction.

This will likely result in costing a young woman whom went to school, paid out of her own pocket for her C.N.A. education, passed State Testing and did her clinical s so well in a Veterans home that they wanted her to work for them full time that opportunity. Whom mind you thankfully does not do any sort of drugs in a world full of so much addiction. Which I am grateful to "God" for this!

Personally, I would pull the Contract the State of DE Veterans home has with LabCorp! As for the Rude, Unprofessional Tech she needs not only some work ethics counseling, she needs anger management counseling or to say the least knowledge of how to be respectful to patients and their families.

LabCorp lab tests

I brought a lab order to LabCorp and they did not inform me that most of the tests would not be covered by my insurer, Medicare. So I signed no waiver, or if I had been informed, would surely have declined any that were not covered.

Then I called to obtain the results and was told there was no record of my services. When I then gave them a date of service and my name, they must have fabricated results and never mailed them to me. Instead I started getting weekly collections notices., which I still get.

They are harassing,
Evil, and did not do their job to let me know any were not covered. Further from their bogus, not real results, I have not had my blood tested to rule out the real and true danger I may still be living with, and I still get weekly collections threats, never just a normal bill.

I have them in Fraud complaint with Medicare but would like to file a formal complaint against them in all capacities for their fraudulent practices which are unlawful and not helpful at all to consumers

Sincerely, Laura M

LabCorp labcorp automated sign-in system

After creating an appointment for lab work, my text confirmation from LabCorp offered automated sign-in service. Once I arrived at the office, I signed in via LabCorps' online service. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was told by office staff that system wasn't being used by LabCorp yet, and I needed to sign in manually. I ended up having my lab work done almost an hour after my scheduled appointment due to LabCorps' failure. A sign in the office stating on-line and kiosk sign-ins aren't operable would have prevented my problem, and issues for others.

LabCorp bills

Dallas, Tex- Are all doctors used to do all of his own in-house laboratory work. The cost was covered under our deductible. Then he switched over to LabCorp of America. Once he did that we started getting secondary bills directly from LabCorp. These bills ranged anywhere from $175 up to 250.00- depending upon the type of work you had done. We just paid it. But it true the cost for healthcare up by a couple thousand dollars every year just because LabCorp bills.

Two years ago, we switched doctors. Once again the doctor did all of her bloodwork and laboratory stuff in house. It was covered by the cost or deductible. In August of 2018, Our doctor switched over to LabCorp. We came in and December 2018 for a routine and end of year physicals. That's when we discovered the change to LabCorp. We were very upset. We knew the bills will start coming for our laboratory work. We expressed this concern for Dr staff. That's when a LabCorp, Senior account executive, Katherine Haake, came in to the medical treatment area bother having blood drawn. This is a clear violation of the federal privacy act. She is not a medical staff. She wasn't supposed to be there. She handed us a business card of hers and says, "if you have any problems give me a call"- we just left because we knew this was a joke. Lab court treat people like ATMs . Like clockwork, we are now getting secondary bills for blood work and laboratory work from Lab Corps of America. So far we have about $100 worth of medical bills on our kitchen table. We are expecting more by the beginning of the new year. We wrote a letter to her doctor, explaining we do not want LabCorp involved in our healthcare. We called LabCorp tonight, and made it especially clear that we do not want them involved in our healthcare. They have far too many complaints. The accounting and billing practices are shady at best. If they were restaurant we wouldn't eat with them. With this many complaints we definitely don't want them involved in our healthcare. We're waiting for a response from her doctor. It may mean we have to find a new doctor. LabCorp has a chokehold on all of North East Texas. They have monopolized all of the laboratory work here. So I'm not sure what will happen. they have far too many complaints. The accounting and billing practices are shady at best. If they were restaurant we wouldn't eat with them. LabCorp lab billing services.

My Doctor ordered testing on me for Gluten Sensitivity. I never ordered the tests. I have excellent medical insurance. My insurance would not pay the claims. This company never once told me that these tests would cost 761.00 or had me sign an ABN saying these services may not be covered. Otherwise, I would never ever have had these tests performed. When I called and wrote their billing department, they told me to contact my Doctors office for a different diagnosis. I told them I woudl gladly pay the insurance allowable that they expected to get from blue shield or even pay them the $300.00 that is charged for this exact same test from Request a test. They refused to accept it disregarded me and said they would send me to collections for the full amount. This company expected an insurannce allowable of 200.00 for this testing, yet refused to accept payment of $300.00/ I told them I could not afford to pay them $761.00 and begged them to either take the coast via request a test or honor the insurance allowabe. INstead of trying to help a customer and get paid a fair fee, they sent me to outside collections and destroyed my credit. Prior to them my credit score was 799., and now it has dropped over 100 points. I will never ever do business with labcorp again. They have lost my business for good. I work in healthcare and we have always been willing to help our patients who are willing to pay what is considered a fair reimbursement rate for our services. We even have cash pay patient fee schedules in place to help patients afford our services. I wish I could join the group that currently has a lawsuit against them for their billing practices. I will never ever use this company for lab services. They have lost my business for good. I will only use Quest Diagnostics and Hospital Lab Services from here on out. They dont inform you of possible non-covered services in advance and then bill you astronomical fees for services that are priced way above the market rates. They also ruined my credit and I tried to work this out with them.

LabCorp services provides at labcorp newbury park, california, nurse sandra

My lab order has been messed up twice at the LabCorp Newbury Park center by Sandra. I have a pickline in my arm and my home heath nurse draws the blood and submits it at the Newbury park, Ca center which is a 10 mins drive. In spite of he order being in the system (Dr Elbalki blood draw date 11/27/2018), the ran only partial tests. The lab order was in 2 pages. It was in the LabCorp system and my Nurse also submitted a copy to her. Still only the first page was run. I am not getting any answer to how this discrepancy happened. Previously also similar incident happened where my nurse exactly followed the instructions given by Sandra and they could not run the results saying that the specimen was not correct(Dr Rahbar: blood draw 10/18/2018). You can contact my nurse from Assisted home health-Michelle D (please contact me for her number). I have serious heath issues and every time my blood draw is wasted and my money for doctor appointments is wasted as they get only partial results. My health is impacted badly because of the stress I have to go through. I request you to please look into this matter urgently. I need some compensation in terms of money for my doctor appointments wasted (close to $1200). Please contact me for any questions. My home health nurse can provide justification with me. This has never happened with any other labs that I have been to.

Thanks,
Amita Sakhare

LabCorp employee 4350 e ray rd ste 125. phoenix, az 85044

The man "Tam" at the front desk was very rude. He snatched a map and address out of my hand. Tam accused me of wasting his time because i asked politely how long had the system been down. I had to go over to the other side of town to do a UA and Tam was very insensitive about the situation. I only suggested that he reboot his computer and he snapped at me. I am a professional and I feel it is necessary to treat clients like people. I was treated very unfair and should not have had to wait 20 minutes for a lab technician to get me a supervisors number or some type of contact info to complain about the service I received at the front desk. I would have thought that I would have least been greeted when I walked in, instead I was made to wait while "Tam" answered his smartphone and handled personal matter. tam also stated that I was a being a problem.

LabCorp restroom facilities and general lack of respect towards clients

On Oct 22, 2018 my Mother was at LabCorp - 929 N Spring Garden DeLand. it was necessary to provide a urine sample. She is disabled and very weak, she was not able to stand from the toilet, due to the height and no grab bars! This restroom does not have the proper height handicapped toilet, nor do they have the proper grab bars. The employees claim they are not permitted to assist! Well something needs to be addressed! Either equip the restrooms properly or employees must assist the client! I am also reporting to the State of Florida and Volusia County Health Department! The employees that work at this Lab are the most obnoxious techs I've ever encountered! If you are in a healthcare position, you need to be more compassionate and show some empathy and respect for these clients!

LabCorp service with improper medical code

I have sent Labcorp numerous times asking them to correct their code. My primary doctor (Country Doctor Clinic) initially used the incorrect code and later changed it after I wrote a letter to them. Later I sent a copy of the new invoice from my primary clinic to Labcorp and asked Labcorp to contact my clinic so that I can get my insurance to pay for the services. labcorp did not care, because I never got any feedback. They were supposed to use preventive Care medical Code. This was 06/2017 and now I went to Labcorp this year and getting the same miscoding done (09/2018). I need for this to stop. It is very frustrating and the patient should not have to pay for services due to miscoding, regardless if the initial code was given to them incorrectly. If the referred clinic changes their code then labcorp should be communicating with the clinic because the patient thinks otherwise; At least have their doctor to explain the coding and why.

LabCorp not providing the results of my tests to my doctor

Birmingham Lab Corp refuses to send the results of my blood tests to my specialist. They will send to my primary when my primary orders a test, but when my specialist orders the test, they make me come to the office where I had the tests done and pick up the results to take to my doctor. This is not only an inconvenience for me, but does not appear to be an appropriate response on their part. When the nurse at my specialist's office tries to contact them for the results, they refuse to give them to her after making her sit on hold for up to 3 hours, as well. She does not have that kind of time to wait for an answer, therefore Birmingham will fax the results to my local LabCorp office in Ocean Springs, MS and I have to physically pick them up and take them to my doctor. This is difficult for me because I am elderly.

LabCorp service @ 1541 florida ave. suite102, modesto, ca

My wife and I went to the above site for blood work. 10/5/18 @ 10:30. No (0) patient was there. Christy(Lab Tech?)sat in front desk, murmured something to us. I asked her to repeat . She raised her voice almost to yelling"I just told you". I tried to register with machine, did not work. She became very [protected]@ me, walked up to machine, tried to make machine work, trouble too. She became even angrier.
As a physician practicing 39 years in Modesto, and lecturing @ community centers and schools on how to choose good doctors and other healthcare workers. I realize it was important to avoid angry healthcare workers. We decided to walk out and went across hallway to have tests done @ Q diagnostics. 18 patients waiting. They treated me with respect and professional manners, had blood drawn in 5 minutes. What a difference.
Two questions for you
1. Is this a routine practice in LabCorp?
2. What should I tell people which lab to go to when asked?
I always tell my audience avoiding angry healthcare workers, because they could do crazy things to hurt you, such as using dirty needle to draw your blood or switch your specimen to frame you etc. Patients have choice, walk out and go somewhere else for care . Your thought please!
I have to address this issue to the headquarter, because the local rep always tried to be nice persons.

Along with understaffed office and what appears to be lab techs with no customer service skills the labs they provide are many time false positive or false negative so who in the heck is working in the labs. I have had to have numerous tests redone because of inaccurate results. I am still waiting for a blood culture for almost 2 weeks. So again who is evening working at LabCorp. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever.

It's ridiculous to have 2 wait for the front desk person to take over 25 minutes after receiving my paperwork to put it in for my blood work to be drawn. Another type of system needs 2 happen so that when she needs 2 enter whatever she needs to enter can be done in a timely matter without be interrupted so many times. It's easier to tell u by phone.

LabCorp drug test/staff services

I was provided with misinformation regarding a drug test that I personally paid For. I drove 15 miles to get to the office, Wasted an hour and a 1/2 of my Saturday and lost $50 because Of the employee, Quentin Clemmons, at the N. Elm street Greensboro, NC location. My test had to be completed by today and was not informed that I had to fill a cup w urine for him to send sample out. Need I mention I have NEVER had to send that much urine for any drug test in my life and have had a lot of them. The center closed at 12:00 and I called before I went, not once was I told to make sure I drink enough water as I will need a large sample and it was not possible for me to stay longer to try for more. I spent MY money and believe it's MY Choice if I wanted to take the chance the lab wouldn't accept a smaller half cup amount because I would be out of the money and was aware of that before I were to take test. BUT HE REFUSED to send it in at all meaning I wasted $50, time and gas all for nothing. Then I asked for his and Managers na
E along with a phone number to complain. He REFUSED to give me that information and after I asked 3 times he FINALLY gave it to me. I would need a return call about this issue, if I don't I will contact corporate if needed and make sure I leave a very negative review.

LabCorp blood work

My appt date was 9/22/18 at 10:15am. Upon my arrival at 10:05am I noticed a moble checking in station. Since I've never been to that particular LabCorp 47 Kent rd in Howell Nj or any labcorp in years. I wasn't aware of how to use their new checking system. So I was confused and asked if I can manually check in. The front desk person responded that I couldn't manually check in and I had to use the mobile check in. So I then explained that I've never been there before and I've never used one and what was it I needed to do. She then proceeded to cut me off during my explaining I don't know what to do and said I need my license and pointed towards the mobile check in. So I again proceed to tell her again since I was cut off and not allowed to finish what I was saying. That I've never been there and never use one before and don't know what to do. She then responded with annoyance that I had to use my license and scan it to the mobile checking device. So I then said to the receptionist. That's what I was asking her how I needed to use my license and she explainstion wasn't clear. She then threatened me and said if I did t stop talking back that she would have to ask me to leave becuz made there was a child in our presences. Now at that point I felt she was out of line. And responded to her and said. I am not using profanity nor am I yelling or fighting. I was simply trying to explain to her how her response to me in how to use the device wasn't clear. She just kept saying use my license. But not how to use it. And she was annoyed at the fact that I was telling her how she's treating and responding to me isn't proper customer service and unprofessional. I can only think that had I sent my elderly mother to any LabCorp facilities. That she would be treated the same way just for asking for assistance. And be threatened to not be serviced. There was also another employee there sitting on top of the desk and not in a chair next to the receptionist just looking at her and not even bothering to intervene or assist me as a patient was also unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. Also the fact that they both proceeded to talk about me while my back was turned & while I was trying to figure out the mobile check in. Was unprofessional both speaking loudly enough for me to her them. The receptionist proceed to say WOW! It's an IPAD and talk about me. And when I turned around to say again your lack of professionalism and customer service she interrupted me again and proceeded to threatened to not service me. As if it's ok for her to talk about me and provoke me to respond so she can justify why I should be refused service. I don't believe this is the policies and proceed of this corporation. I've worked for a hospital for 10 years and also worked in customer service for 15 years. Hospitals and any medical serviceing patient holds professionalism and customer service to patients as a high standard. The experience I had was nothing as such and was quite upsetting for an early Saturday appointment and really don't know if I should ever frequent another LabCorp due to my experience today. I would like a formal phone call regarding this matter. Please fill free to contact me at [protected] Dhalia Valle

LabCorp labcorp on 1724 amherst street winchester va

Friday, September 14 was my second visit to this Lab Corp location. My first visit was not a pleasant one, however, this visit on Friday, Sept 14 was terrible! I am on my lunch hour and walked in to the Lab Corp. There was no one at the reception desk. There was a lady struggling to register with no one at the desk to assist her. WE were the only 2 patients there at that time. (not that the gals working at the desk were helpful or friendly, when they finally did show up). Eventually, one lady appeared at the desk. The second lady appeared, her name (Janice). Janice calls me to the desk and ask for my paperwork. I asked her how long it would be as I am on my lunch hour. She said she had to enter my labs in the computer. (granted, I had already been there for at least 15 minutes before I got called to the desk). I sat down and waited and this man goes to the desk and proceeds to chit chat with Janice. Then the other lady working for Lab Corp opens up the door, (as she had taken the other lady back to get her labs) yelling JJ come here. Now both employees are in the one room with the other patient who arrived before me, however, I was completely checked in and ready but this lady got taken care of first. Janice calls me to the desk again to ask me my phone number. I again ask how much longer it would be. Janice told me she still had to enter my labs in to the computer. The other lady who works for Lab Corp was sitting there and she said to Janice, Wow, we have filled up 3 pages already of patients. We are so busy. This lady was not friendly at all. Neither of the employees smiled. I had to leave and I will have to return there to get my lab work done as this lab participates with my insurance. As I stated, this was my second visit to this location and neither visit was pleasant. Your employees need to be reminded that if it was not for patients, they would not have jobs. I have worked in healthcare for over 23 years. I take pride in job and treat my patients like they are family. The two gals working at Lab Corp on Sept 14 need to brush up on their customer service skills. As far as I am concerned, they have absolutely no customer service skills. IF this issue is not handled appropriately by Lab Corp, I will go to a higher level to file another complaint. Please teach your employees to behave in a professional manner and treat their patients like a human being deserves to be treated.

LabCorp results

I was originally tested last December and I was found to have Factor V Leiden Mutation (which can cause excessive clotting); however, a few weeks ago I checked the same test results and the Factor V information is missing. I have contacted them four times now and never get an answer. They say things like " It showed you viewed your results" or "a paper copy will be mailed to you" neither of which answers my question as to why part of my results are missing. I know this is true because I printed a copy of the initial results. It seems no one really reads the questions which are submitted.

I would like to add that this has nothing to do with the particular LabCorp I am using in Gilbert, AZ. They are professional and I never have to wait for long. My problem is with the corporation who doesn't read the emails I have sent regarding my results.
