For quite some time I have been going to LabCorp in EastLake Fla. Because they are a PPO Provider on my insurance plan. I left a voicemail and never received a return call. I went to the office and the lady at the desk was rude and impatient. I was inquiring about special directions my doctor attached to my test and she told me that was Labcorp's business. I remained polite and left. I'm guessing the standard's aren't very high to work there if you can't even get subpart customer service. On top of that she seemed very quick to be defensive which usually means your not on the up and up.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I was asked to pay up front even though my insurance covers lab work fully,
Now I cannot get a refund!
4 hour wait for blood draw because the computer system was down and there were only 2 employees on site.
This LabCorp at 2401 E. Evesham is always late,

WHERE ARE MY LAB TEST RESULTS! IT HAS BEEN 8 DAYS AND THE WEEKEND IS COMING! My doctor does not have them, I do not have them, you refuse to answer your emails and texts.
The Bernardsville LabCorp incorrectly overcharged me. Main LabCorp tells me I have to speck to the Bernardsville location but THEY SO NOT EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE...NEVER. Leave multiple messages and there is NERE A CALL BACK. It is a huge circle of aggravation and no one will take care of the problem.

The employees at Eden Hill Lab Corp are very rude and unprofessional. They treat the patents like crap. Like they are better than us. Myself and relatives and friends have said the same thing. We won't be going there any more.
I agree. Rude and very unprofessional. Today is March 26, 2021. I went to the Cesar Chavez Lab Corp to have my blood drawn and urinalysis. When I went to the toilet, it was clogged. I politely ask the lady if she could help me. She did try but mumbling this is not my job etc. I even offered to help her. Then she raised her voice at me saying you can’t use that toilet because you’re complaining. I told her I’m not complaining. I just let you know that it’s clogged and the flash is not working. I asked what her name is. And she proudly said Anna. Wow. Then came another lady. Of course she took her side right away. The second lady was shooing me like go and wait outside you can’t use this toilet then just come back. I was treated like crap by those two phlebotomist. They are so proud that instead of being nice to customers, they ganged up on me. Then when it’s time to draw my blood, that second lady drew my blood painfully and heavily that my nerve got so red and swollen. These persons are not the kind of phlebotomist you want to deal with. NEVER again. I hope management will do something about their employees with that kind of attitude. And by the way, I set my appointment early so that they are not so tired yet and be grumpy. But I was wrong
Today is October 31, 2018 and I went to get bloodwork done on September 26, 2018. It was an extensive bloodwork order. They never sent the results to my doctor and was never in the state database. My doctor called them and they don't have anything on that order. How can someone just lose all your bloodwork?

I was a phlebotomist in the USNavy and I know rights and wrong.The woman drawing my blood missed the vein and lost the vacuum from the vacutainer, but continued to move the needle back and forth in my arm.I am left with a large bruise.She used the butterfly on the other arm.She should be reschooled and reprimanded.
