LabCorp employee name alexandria!

Since myself, husband, and my 19month babygirl came inside a minute before they closed. The front desk attended us rightfully, until this lady name Alexandria! Gave my family an unwelcome environment and I went in along to expect the worst first time experience ever! She treated me rough, inpatient, and try to speed everything so she can leave As soon as possible. I told my husband to pass me the phone for my baby to feel relax! Since my baby started crying while Alexandria been holding her arm hard enough! She neglected the idea and started raising her voice in a desperation way (like I was her kid). She saw it wasn't going nowhere with her desperation so she told the trainee ( new employee) with us (watching/Learning) "You Do this one" and left the room . 5 minutes later while trainee trying to do the blood work . Front desk lady came in and do the supervision. After all, because of this lady name Alexandria I will never come back to this labcorp after her unprofessional/uncompassionand performance and being mistreated. ESPECIALLY MY BABY ! Before I could say something she disappear from the place. This was my second visit to this area and labcorp: The first one, a African provider toke blood work for my baby and everything went smoothly and nice! My baby did not cry at all! And second time with this lady:Alexandria-Worst experience ever! If I recommend anyone about this place I will tell them to never be assisted by this employee! I Am frustrated and strongly disappointed! If she didn't want to work anymore she should have leave in the first place! Nobody can't be in a hurry when you know u going to withdraw blood FROM A BABY!

LabCorp fairfax labcorp

Fairfax branch has the worst service ever and whomever the older African American lady is at the desk is so rude she should be fired! I had to walk out! I signed in and then two other people came in and signed in after me. The two people got seen before me so I went up to the front desk to advise the lady maybe something went wrong with the sign in (I was in a good mood) and she snapped at me and said she was doing something. When I say snapped I mean the other people in room gasped at her reaction it was so rude and loud. I will never never go there again not to mention the wait time was so long! 8/1/18 8:00 AM

LabCorp wait time

I waited 25 minutes after my appointment to get blood work done. People who came in after me and did not have appointments were called before me. The workers were rude and snotty. I registered on line yet still had to show my insurance card and wait 45 minutes. Why have an appointment if you have to wait behind walk-ins that came in before you. This is inexcusable behavior for a health facility.

LabCorp computer down

Went to Lab Corp at Hillsboro Blvd Deerfield Beach, at 7:30a m in order to beat the long wait. Waited 20 minutes until I was called. I told the front desk person I have a order on file, for INR blood work. I was told since all the computers are down SINCE Saturday (this being Monday), my blood could not be drawn because there was no access to my order. I am a senor, and getting to the lab is not always easy.
The waits are always superlong, because many times the front desk person is also the tech who draws the blood.
There is no excuse for computers to be down for three days in a health care facility.
The 800 number for complaints only has a recording

LabCorp margaret williams at new ballas location - st. louis, mo

It it amazing the difference an employee can make.

I recently had blood work at the St Mary's hospital location in Clayton and the technician was overloaded with a roomful of patients waiting and an elderly not so nice lady to deal with. She was awesome! She had a smile on her face and was so nice and friendly. I filled out a very nice review about her and Labcorp-Clayton, MO.
This time I choose the location closer to work and that was a mistake. I called several times earlier in the week and finally left a voice mail to see if they received the info from my doctor on blood test ordered. I received a VM the following day saying no. I called my doctor and asked the assistant and she said the order was sent and she would call them and give them the information. She called 6 times in 1 day and never had anyone answer the phone which is frustrating. When I went in today I checked in and when I was called to the room (no good morning nothing) I asked if she had received the info from my doctor. Her reply " I don't even know who you are, you just walked in the door. Give me your insurance card and I will look it up. (In a sarcastic tone). I mentioned my doc office had called 6 times and she said we don't answer the phone when we have patients. They should have left a message. They must always have patients because they never answer the phone.
Then she said it shows your owe $30 after your ins. LC needs a debit card or HSA card. She totally has an attitude when she speaks with customers which is not necessary. I had an appointment and was the only person there so it could not have been overwhelmed with patients. With all the people looking for jobs I don't understand why you would hire someone with that personality in a customer facing role. It is obvious this lady either hates her job or hates people.

LabCorp employee

I went in to labcorp at 19016 Stone Oak Pkwy. When I walked in I told the two people at the from (Joseph Maldonando and "other person") that I was here for a drug screen. They stared at me for a few seconds without saying anything while looking me dead in eyes. That laughed and said "kiosk is right behind you." This is where the rudeness started. I didn't see the kiosk when I walked in. Then I get called back by Joseph Maldonado to take me screen. He had me empty my belongings and gave instruction on how to do the drug screen. He told me to wash my hand before and not flush. So I did. When i came out he told me to wash "again, " which I did. He said "that was a quick wash." I said, " I washed like you asked me to." He said, "that was a quick wash, would you use hand sanitizer before touching my pen." I told him "no, I would not because I wash my hands with soap and water like he asked. "He then said, "are you going to use your own pen?" I said "no i am not." He then kept asking me to sanitize, finally after arguing with him I I was going to make a complaint for harassing me on the sanitizer before touching his pen after I washed my hands. He made me feel "dirty" and announced to everyone in the lobby and front desk about how I was going to report him for harassment. I'm terribly disappointed with my treatment.

LabCorp drug testing chain of custody forms

Hello,
My name is Julian Petrov.
My company name is TEST ON TIME.
We are a Service provider that provides all the services involved in the drug testing process. Coordinates for an employer the entire process of the specimen collection, breath alcohol testing, etc...
I send a big number of my clients to Labcorp for drug testing.
Per Department of Transportation, after the test was completed the collector sends Copy 2 of the ccf to the MRO and copy 4 to the DER (or service agent if authorized by the employer). Which is me. Labcorp collectors refuse to fax me our copies of ccf. By doing so they are violating federal rules and regulations.

Every time I talk to their staff and/or their supervisor they just say that its against their policy.

Please help

Julian

LabCorp blood testing

I had an appointment for normal blood work on 6-8-2018. I arrived at the Stratford location only to be rushed off to the self check in which was complicated. They couldn't be bothered to offer assistance. My appointment time was at 10:00 am but I was not seen until about 10:30 but they put that I was seen at 10:07 on my paperwork. I understand sometimes even WITH an appointment you will wait so I didn't mind. Once I went back the woman helping me was jumping from room to room. She said she couldn't find my vein so I would need to pump my fist so after about 4 minutes she comes back and doesn't find the Vien after poking me mutile times. She used her bare hands and had long acrylic fake nails. She cleaned the spot then touched it with her bare hands again. She also touched me after touching her hair. She has long hair that is down and keeps touching my arm. She then decides to try the other arm and says well this is going to hurt because it's at an angle. She then starts talking to herself like I'm an inconvenience stating, " not today I don't have time today." The finds the vein and with her BARE HANDS draws my blood. Today my arm is swollen, bruised, and painful. This has never happened with previous blood work. They need more training and hygiene. I could've been infected if she would've had a cut on her BARE HANDS. I will NEVER be returning to this location, it should be shut down due to the lack of common sense health policies.

LabCorp self checkout

Self check in? What is this?! I am scared getting this bloodwork as it is and now I have to figure out how to check myself in all while shaking? I feel the older patients who have no idea about technology. I also tried to check in at the window and was turned away and told I had to go check myself in at the kiosk? Where is the person to person interaction, Lapcorp? The friendly face that greets you when you walk in your company? No thanks!

LabCorp medicare coverage of hgb test for diabetes

I was told by the LabCorp office personnel that Medicare does not pay for HGB diabetes test if you are not diabetic. WRONG! Medicare will pay for the test if you have 2 of the following factors: Age 65 or older, Family History of diabetes, Obese or History of Gestational diabetes. I contacted LabCorp to inform them of the misinformation that is being told to there customers. Their customer service rep was very professional and thanked me for letting them know and said she would give this information to her supervisor. This is not a complaint. My purpose is to correct this problem of misinformation and I hope they do since this can affect thousands of people. Obviously I did not get the test due to this misinformation. I will get it next year during my Medicare Wellness check. I am in good health and do ever I can to stay that way.

LabCorp drug test

Labcorp location 19785 Crystal Rock Dr, Germantown MD is understaffed and the wait time is horrible for a drug test. We arrived as a walk-in client and checked in 45 minutes before the 10 am drug screening ends. No one announced or called for anyone who is there for a drug test. The system shuts down and when they finally called my son, it was 11:12 am. The woman working the front desk said they cannot do the drug test because it ended at 10 am. My son told her that he checked in way before 10 am and she said that they cannot do the drug test anyway because the system is down. We waited for 2 hours to be called and it was unacceptable that no communication to the clients/patients waiting until they realized that the system was down. There were 2 blood technician and one individual at the front desk. The drug test is for my son's new job and the employer form expires in a few days. My son held his urine for 2 hours for someone to tell him that the test cannot be done. I'm disgusted with the service and I am disappointed with a company that do not seem to know their contingent plan because a computer system failed. The president David King needs to address the service his staff is providing as well as understaffed and failing systems. I will never use Labcorp ever again.

LabCorp front desk employee and blood technician

I went in to drop off stool samples and get blood work taken. I was not able to bring One of my samples bc I had eaten oil and it was a fat fecal test. The lady at the desk was very rude and told me " she cannot take my other 8 samples I had collected over 3 days bc that one was missing and she is not about to lose her job over a stool sample " . I asked her to please call my doctor and see if I can bring it later in the week. She did and it was ok with him, but she made a big deal about it.
Secondly they called me back to take my blood sample and the nurse ( Tammie ) took my 8 sample out of the bag with the paper work from the doctor. She said " why do you have 3 orange top ones, you only need one". I answered " no, it says on the paper work there that the orange top ones are 3 samples collected over 3days. She then asked me about the missing one and I told her that the lady at the desk called my doctor to ok it and I would bring my sample in with a copy of the paperwork in a few days. She then said to me, and I quote, " what is your doctor going to do, send your poop in the mail" with a smirk! I was shocked at the rudeness and unprofessionalism that both of these employees had. She left the room to confirm that the doctor ok'd it with the front desk worker because she didn't put any notes on there.

There was more to this story but I tried to make it as short as possible.

LabCorp hostage holding

I went for bloodwork this morning and was told I'd be turned away if I didn't pay my outstanding balance in full. I have been having extremely bad financial issues at the moment and didnt have the money to pay the $22 I owed. That's correct - $22 lousy dollars. If I had the money I would have paid it. People don't get American Express cards because the balance must be paid monthly, now healthcare is doing the same?!
I had $94 to make it 7 days until my next paycheck. I now have $72 since it was so imperative to add $22 to the millions you make. Congrats, you made a grown man cry today over getting needed healthcare. You must be very proud of your company. I did not deserve the treatment Labcorp gave me today. I am an honest man with good intentions and you held me hostage today. Shsme on you.

Don't worry, 22$ is nothing compare to us! We were charged for one test twice, first time 122 dollars and second time 650$! Then they charged us for a test that we never had and was about 7 months before the time, aids, for deductables was around 80-90 dollars! And let me tell you something, they will delete all the history about you if they needed to! We were in a labcorp for the test that now they say they see our name on list but never seen us before and never tested at all! So don't be upset! There is a reason we, the whole nation, are bankrupting!
But if any person don't believe me then tell me how to escalate this corruption to higher level, I swear to god I'll put all the information with the real names here! Thanks to those who have enough knowledge about it and god bless them!

As much as I dislike LabCorp, you can't expect them to provide services for free. You probably had ample time betwen labs to pay that $22 balance, but should admit that if you had not been in a situation that forced you to pay it, that you most likely never would have bothered.

LabCorp drug screening for employment

On March 22, 2018 we arrived at the LabCorp in Lewisville around 12:45pm and signed in. The girl at the counter waited more than 10 minutes before acknowledging us. We confirmed that we were early since the drug screening for the afternoon hours started back at 1:30pm.

There was only 1 customer ahead of me and other customers started to slowly come in after 1:30pm. The girl put everyone ahead of us walk-Ins and appointments. So after waiting for more than an hour I went to the window to follow up on whether I would be next to be seen.

She became beligerant advising that people that were being helped all were ahead of me which was not true. So I asked two customers that came in 30 minutes after me if they had an appointment and they said no they walked in to do drug screening for employment. When I approached the girl at the counter again she became very aggressive and disrespectful by talking loud saying I had to wait my turn or else.

So when I asked for the information to contact the corporate office she never would provide me the phone number for complaints. I advised her that we would be reaching out she said fine, I'm not worried I already have a job. Which was very rude and disrespectful.

I am requesting someone follow up with me regarding this issue as I have seen this girl behave like this before when I took my son to this same location for a drug screening for employment. She's very unprofessional and only shows discrimination toward African Americans/ blacks.

LabCorp the service

I open the door into the office at the Gladstone location, and the two ladies sitting behind the counter groaned and rolled their eyes. I walked up to the counter and they were clearly annoyed of the fact that I was there. They asked why I was here and I told them that my doctor ordered me to get labs done and I handed them the paper that my doctor had given me, they took the paper did not look at the paper itself. Then tossed said paper onto the counter and said that they weren't taking any more blood for the day, and that I would have to come back some other time. The entire time I was standing there the other nurse was rolling her eyes and had her feet up on the counter and the nurse that I was talking to had an attitude with me. I see no reason why they had acted like that. It was highly unprofessional and unreasonable for them to act like that. I'm a first-time patient with LabCorp and I will go back this upcoming Friday to get my labs done and then I will never use LabCorp again this was highly unprofessional behavior for someone in the medical field. Highly disappointed with this lab.

LabCorp staff not trained to draw blood!

I visited the LabCorp at 816 Chestnut Street Philadelphia PA on 3/19/2018 for a 3 hour pregnancy glucose test. After waiting a few minutes I was called back for the initial blood work. The girl drawing the blood rushed in since she was "really busy" as she said, and wound up scratching me with the needle as she took it from my arm and she rushed to put a band aid on so I wouldn't see until I went back for the 2nd draw and I was still bleeding. The 2nd and 3rd times, the woman was great! the last time was the worst one. A young guy came in and closed the curtain and said he wanted to draw from my left arm, which was the arm I was scratched with and when I told him I was still bleeding, he said you shouldn't be the scratch is not bad, I then took off the band aid and I was still bleeding he said, "I guess I will put a different band aid on" I told him I was allergic to latex he said "this is not latex", which it clearly was because it look like my arm was burnt because of the latex! Then he goes to take the blood from my right arm and I new it didn't feel right, my arm swelled and bruised almost immediately! I said to him something is not right, he said, "no your just sensitive", then how come I don't have bruises from the other 3 draws!? This place is a joke and does not have very skilled employees! I will never use a labcorp again!

LabCorp wait time with an appointment unacceptable and understaffed facility

My APPOINTMENT for routine blood work was for 8:45 this morning (3/15/18)at the N. Dale Mabry Tampa location of LabCorp. I was finally called back for blood collection at 10:15. There was only one person drawing blood and 2 others were up front trying to deal with the "backlog" of patients who had been waiting as long if not longer than I did. Linda attempted to draw blood from my left arm but was not successful. She put the needle in and continued to move it around as if chasing the vein or something. It became painful so I asked her to try the other arm. She pressed on my veins for a very long time and did not seem confident to try that arm so I asked if there was someone else there with more experience who might be able to do it. She said Laura could do it but I had to wait until she was finished with checking people in up front. I waited and Laura came to draw blood from my right arm. She at first said they were out of butterfly needles but I told her that Linda had just found them. She put the needled in and began to move it around to, as she put it, get a better angle! It also became painful and she was not getting any blood. I told her to forget it and I would have to come back at another time. I drank two 16 oz. bottles of water before arriving for the bloodwork and made sure to drink lots of water the day and evening before. I will tell you that I had blood drawn at the same location about 3 weeks ago and the person drawing my blood did not have a problem. So...not only are they understaffed at the N. Dale Mabry location, I have no confidence in the ability of the staff that does show up there for work. I was told that you take as many as 5 or 6 appointments for the exact same time! How does that make sense unless you have 5 or 6 employees who draw blood and one receptionist to check us all in? I have no other choice than to go to LabCorp again to attempt to get my bloodwork done...it is the lab covered by my healthcare provider... United Healthcare. I will also contact United Healthcare to let them know about this bad situation with LabCorp. Perhaps than can consider another alternative to their approved lab in the future! By the way...I was not the only unhappy person there today. The waiting room was packed with very displeased people so I'm sure they all have complaints too...even if they only complain to their doctors or friend and neighbors...word will get out about your LabCorp location of N. Dale Mabry in Tampa.

LabCorp customer service riverside ca brockton location

On 3/12 my 16 year old daughter was treated horribly as the staff continued to misgender her and use the wrong name addressing her. She has been there before to get routine blood work. She had an appointment under the name Cynthia McGhee. I signed her in and the doctor's paper work also said her name Cynthia yet staff took it upon themselves to refer to her old name and caller her HE. She presents female and I corrected the tech to use she. It was embarrassing to be public ally humiliated as a beautiful transitioning teen. She left crying. It was unacceptable for a professional not to understand transgender youth. It cannot happen again. This facility needs policy and training. I expect a refund of $350.40 that I privately paid. Contact me ASAP [protected]. Krista McGhee
Transaction receipt CAG42B1130. They used her dead name on paperwork also. Unacceptable!
