Lab / poor customer service

I was required to use Lab Corp for a preemployment drug screen. I needed to go before work or after work. I tried to go early but when I got to one location they were only began drug screens at 930am. I ask if there were any available times afternoon because work and they said no that I could drive 30 minutes to the other location. I did make an appointment for a drug screen (per computer) at 315pm for the Belcher location. I arrived and saw that the sign on the door with a hand written note stated no drug screens after 300ppm yet the computer allowed me too schedule this appointment at 315 for drug screen. I was fustrated and wanted to show the front desk person my scheduled appointment confirmation. She was on the phone so I waited. She was rolling her eyes at the person whom she was talking to on the phone. Professional customers service already. Anyway, I preceded to tell her about my appointment and she amade me fill like that it was my problem not hers and she stated that she cannot control the computer and that computer does not know what kind of appointment I had. I tried to tell her that it asked the appointment type. Obviously I was in her way and she did not want to deal with me. I lost my temper and raised my voice in frsutration and she yelled at me back. Needless to say it was ugly. I was wrong for letting her push my buttons. She did allow me to do the drug screen; but I was so angry with my experience with this company. They are all about the bottom line and has little concern about the customers.
