La Quinta Inns & Suites hotel

I am staying in Scottsdale for 1 week and i have been at this Hotel S=since Thursday night. I have not had my room cleaned since i have been here and believe me it needs it.. I have called the front desk for towels every day and i was told that they are short staffed Really not my problem im still paying over 100 a night for this dump..

Do yourself a favor and never stay at this property !

La Quinta Inns & Suites condition of entire facility

I made a reservation at the La Quinta in Florence, S. C. on the reccomendation of a friend who had stayed at one with their dog in Va. She was very happy with their experience and I know she has certain standards as do I. We are traveling from the Gulf coast of Florida back to our home in Ma. After driving for 10 plus hours we were ready for a nice shower and bed. My husband went in the side door and got the luggage rack. He knew right away it wasn't going to work. I went in the front door to register. I had a bad feeling before I even got in the door. The outside was dirty the glass entrance was dirty. The elevator was filty. We got to room 205. I walked in and was horrified. I have never seen anything like it in all my years of travel. I called the front desk and after a protracted wait I was offered rm. 335. I didn't hold much hope but up we went. I didn't need to turn anymore than the entrance light on to see the rug was again filthy and in even more need of a vaccing than the other one. Dust everywhere. Don't get me started on the bathroom. The hallway carpets were disgustingly filthy. I did not want my six pound toy poodle walking on them. We left and stayed elsewhere. It wasn't great but at least I didn't feel sick from the heavy deodorizer smell and dirt. I have a reservation at a La Quinta in Elkton, Maryland tonight. I actually called and was very frank about our doubts about staying there. The front desk was very reassuring. I hope it's better or else we won't stay.

I do want to say that the two young men working couldn’t have been nicer. I was a bit sharp with one of them because I was exhausted and just could not believe we were in such a dirty place.

La Quinta Inns & Suites bad service I encountered on march 23-25

I arrived at La Quinta Inn and Suites, The Colony-Plano Texas for my weekend reservations. My stay along with my pregnant wife, was all but relaxing. I had noise problems, from the people in other rooms, I contacted the front desk and nothing was done, barking dogs, and cigarette smoke. I used a free night voucher & I paid cash for my 2nd night stay. I told the on site manager in an email, and I never heard from him. I feel like I wasted time and money. I'm a Gold Member and I don't think my weekend should have been as disastrous as it was. Please respond back to my complaint

Stay at this hotel it was very unorganized manager walked round the most of the day with a frown on her face hotel is understaffed housekeepers was doing there best hotel need better management was very dissatisfied it was very nasty there building torn down as i watch manager looked as she was lost the name laquinta shoukd not be used here i expect an more pleasant stay

La Quinta Inns & Suites the condition of the hotel and room

When I checked into the La Quinta Inn at 5249 Century Blvd., Los Angeles, CA on 04/25/18, the hotel was covered with scaffolding for remodeling purposes, and there was a foul odor in the hallway going to my room #704. There was no mention of any remodeling being done prior to making my reservation. I was there from April 25th- April 29th. On the night of April 28th I returned to my room and found that my room had not been made for the day. When I checked out of the room on April 29th, I complained to the front deck about the above problems and wanted to speak to the manager, Joel. I was informed that he was not available. I suggested that I should receive a discount for the night because I had to wait until my room was cleaned. The clerk said the hotel would offer a 25% discount for the night, and the manager would call/contact me via email or phone to discuss what happened and possibly offer more of a discount. I have not heard from anyone from that hotel. I would like a discount applied to my bill that I have already received.

La Quinta Inns & Suites false accusation of room damage

This is regarding our stay at La Quinta Inns and Suites in Eugene, Oregon. Dates of our stay: April 18 - 19, 2018. We received an email from General Manager, Don Davis claiming "when the room was being cleaned to re-rent, our housekeeper found Marijuana residue in the window sill and a strong marijuana order. It was necessary to charge your card on file $250."

In a subsequent phone call, Mr. Davis stated that he had found ashes next to the bed.

We did not do this! We did not possess or consume any cannabis products in the hotel. There is no way that we would smoke anything in the hotel room and this charge is completely false. However, we feel that there is no way we can prove it. It's like trying to prove a negative. We were actually shocked that we would be accused of something like this.

La Quinta Inns & Suites hotel

This hotel should be condemned. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is literally falling apart. I cant believe LaQuinta would even have their name on this place. Our doors were dirty, grass and trash hanging from the over hang over our door, bathtub has yellow spots, no hot water and walls are coming apart. I have pictures for proof.

Customer service is horrible. The guy at the front is rude!

La Quinta Inns & Suites giving my room to someone else after having confirmation.

On Friday (4/13) I reserved a room from La Quaint at 1419 N. US Hwy 67 Cedar Hills, Texas 75104 to check in Saturday (4/21) and check out Sunday (4/22) confirmation number [protected]. When I provided the lady my credit card and Driver's license the lady at the computer and counter stared at eye other like a deer in a headlight for a few seconds.
The lady then told me that the room that I had reserved was not available and was given out to someone else. I then told her why didn't anyone contact me to make me aware that my room was given to some else since they were able to send confirmation on my cell phone. They didn't have an answer.
1. Why didn't anyone contact me to confirm if I was going to be staying at the Hotel?
2. Why was my room given to someone else?
They wanted me to go look for a hotel several miles out of the area, if I wanted to stay several miles out of the area I would have booked a hotel several miles out.

La Quinta Inns & Suites bad wedding experience

Me and my husband got married here and it wasn't the best decision. We reserve the venue Beck in November and without any notice until we called to make sure everything is a go, they tell us that the event planner was fired and lost all out wedding info and the 5 guest rooms and our " complementary honeymoon suite was booked. She didn't even put it in the computer. So after more complaints, the owner said to us in person that we can have the complementary
executive suite the following weekend the current couple wouldn't rebook another night with the mixup.

Though The ceremony was nice in the courtyard but the day before. After giving a detailed layout for the reception hall; there were no place settings that we paid a lot for only champagne glasses that still had previous lip marks on them. The chair covers had ripped holes. And after our honeymoon trip and looking fowerd to staying in out promised suite the following weekend yesterday we went to check in and the front desk girl said there is a $100 change and they change the rates. That room was suppose to be complementary with our wedding package we paid a lot for and the girl said the manager told her that the owner told him about the change. But she refused to call the owner directly to settle this. So the LA quinta I don't recommend to anyone that wants a nice smooth wedding to use them. We are very upset with our experience there and with all the money my family put into our big day the LA quinta didn't do much of anything make it better.

La Quinta Inns & Suites unpleasant stay 4/18 - 4/19 2018

Hello my name is Roman Sanchez and I stayed at La Quinta in Coventry/ Providence.

#1 The first issue I encountered is that the pillows on my bed were really in terrible shape. They were misshapened and really smelling of body odor.

#2 My room was not cleaned when I returned from work. Someone (not me)
put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Which means someone came into my room during the day when I wasn't here and put the sign on the door.

#3 Very loud construction was going on in the next room until 7pm on the evening of the 19th. I did notice that there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign on that door as well as the room on the other side of the construction room so maybe thats what that sign issue was about I don't know.

I would like as a resolution for this awful stay at your hotel either a complete refund to my company Mueller Reports. Or a comp voucher for two days for future use. I'm sure I will be back for more training in the near future so I'd like to give you guy's a chance to make this right.

La Quinta Inns & Suites very rude manager and unprofessional staff

I stayed at la quinta in savannah ga midtown for 3 weeks in february and then checked back in for a week on april while my house was undergoing renavations. I spent alot of money and even became an elite member. I never had any issues with anyone or was ever rude or had any complaints from anyone until the last few days when the staff became very cruel.
I was overcharged one morning and asked the clerk if she could refund the difference, instead she then charged the card again for the correct amount and said the previous charge would be returned to the card within the week. I was not happy getting charged again without my permission, but I let it go. Then the next day I was charged the wrong fee again but I just didn't say anything. Then the following morning, my boss went to the front desk, gave them his card to pay for the room around 8:00 am and they said everything was good. I then get a call 10 mins before checkout saying I need to come pay because no one paid yet.
I told the woman that my boss did pay this morning with a card and I can't pay again.
She said no one paid. So what did they swipe the card for? I didn't understand and them the manger got on the phone and said if I don't come pay in 20 mins I had to leave.
I was very upset but I never yelled or used profanity, I told her that this was ridiculous and I don't understand how the room wasn't paid for when they swiped the card and said it was.
She then told me I had to check out and if I wasn't gone in the next 10 minutes she would call the police on me!
Turns out, whoever worked that morning for some reason only charged 10 dollars to the card and that's not my fault. That was their third mistake and I shouldn't have to leave, especially with shirt notice.
The manger then told me that when I stayed there back in february that I left my room in such disarray that they had to shut it down for two months and I shouldn't come back.
If that were yrue, which it wasnt, how would they let me check back in in the first place? They just didn't want to admit their mistakes and threw me and my kids out for no reason.
I was never disrespectful and I didn't mess up anything in the room (normal trash to clean of course) but rather then admit their mistakes and let me pay the remainder, she kicked me out.
I will be leaving very negative reviews on hotel review sites.
The manager at la quinta midtown in savannah ga is a liar and a fraud and very power hungry and nasty. I was quite and polite to everyone and I am appalled at the way I was treated!

We stayed one night at the laquinta Inn midtown in Savannah Ga. First off we had been previously billed online. They tried to get my card again upon arrival. I said no. Secondly the parking is horrible . Had to park on the opposite side of the building and carry all of our belongings around and up stairs. Next the pillows are like paper, place was dirty, bathroom way to small, air conditioning had to be put on 62 to even cool it off slightly and it was very loud very early in the morning. We then checked out. We checked into another laquinta tonight. I tried to sign up for the points. Come to find out, the guy at the other one had asked me for my email at which I gave him. He did not say why. This guy already signed me up but put nothing but my email in with out my permission.

La Quinta Inns & Suites disappointed with customer service at la quinta in garden city ny

Hello My name is Tara Collins. Our Lacrosse team blocked some rooms in your Garden City, NY hotel for the weekend of June 15 and 16. When I called to reserve a room on Tuesday the woman who answered the phone told me that I needed to speak to a man named Peterson because he was supposedly in charge of blocked rooms. I got his voicemail and left a message. I didn't hear back and I had heard from my friend that there were not many rooms left so we went online and wound up having to take a king room because there were no double beds left. The room was $188.00 a night, totaling $419.95 for the weekend and my son didn't even have a guaranteed cot to sleep on. My friends who booked the same night had no problem booking with the person who answered the phone, got double bed rooms and for a cheaper rate I am assuming because of the blocked room rate. I called again on Wednesday and again they transferred me to Petersons voicemail and it is now Saturday and I have yet to hear back from him. My husband is a Diamond member at the Hilton where we could have easily stayed for free but I wanted my son to be able to stay where his friendship were so I convinced my husband to look at La Quinta. I would still like to keep my reservation but would like to see if I could get a reduced rate like my friends did. Obviously Peterson is not going to be calling me back which is why I needed to write this email. My reservation number is [protected]. Please let me know I found you are able to help me out. La Quinta Inns & Suites someone came into my room while I was sleeping and stole my purse

I checked in to LaQuinta in Memphis, Tn (Primacy Parkway) on Friday March 30, 2018 and checked out on Sunday 04/01/2018. The morning of my checkout I woke up at approximately 7:00 am, when I got up I realized that my room door was opened. I immediately called the front desk and the young lady did not seem to take me seriously. As I was preparing to leave, I noticed that my purse was missing. At this point I became totally freaked out that I had been robbed and even worse, someone was in my room while I was sleeping. I called the front desk again, very upset. The young lady (Leah) called the police and I filed a report. The clerk assured me that a manager would call once she got in that evening to give me details on running the camera but no one ever did. She also said that camera were not in the hallways. After I left to go back home, the clerk called to tell me they found my purse in a trash can. After getting home I called and spoked to Mills about a refund. He did not help me and he also told me that no manager was there and assured me that Paula Wilson would call me the next day. No one called, No one there were willing to refund me. I spoked with the representative from hotels.com who was very nice, she also told me that the hotel would not talk to her about refunding my money. This was the absolute worst stay ever. I felt that the staff did not take this incident seriously.

La Quinta Inns & Suites renting a room to a minor

My son that is 16 years old rented a room from the laquinta in weatherford tx last night 4/3/18. I am wanting to know the policies you all have in place for renting rooms and what age someone has to be to rent a room. I am very upset about this. His stepdad went and got him and he was in the room for a whole maybe 15 minutes and the person would not give him his money back. My point is is that he is a minor and should have never been able to rent a room in the first place. Thank you very much his mother. Tonya morgan

On march 27, 2018 la quinta on cherry creek and colorado blvd; I was on my way out of room 126 when I seen two of the employees in their car smoking crystal. I know this because, they failed to even look around to check if anybody was looking at them. You know not once have I seen this non - sense... This is so ridiculous, I hope you guys get the management together because, I really don't think that's right for the other ladies that work they're busting their butts

La Quinta Inns & Suites contracted disease from the pillow cases or bedding in room 311, ba., ok

Wednesday, March 14th 2018 I checked into Room 311, LaQuinta Inn Broken Arrow. Around 1:15 am I was awakened by severe itching on my left neck area and left hand. The scratching was for more than 20 minutes.
I left the hotel at 8:50 am for work on Thursday, March 15th. Around 11:30 am I undressed my gloved hands to see flesh and blood from the open wounds I incurred overnight scratching. I call ALE Solutions the company who booked the room for me and shared with Andrew Roskamp of the incident and that I surely would not be returning for the second night. Mr. Roskamp stated he would call and cancel the room. On Saturday afternoon, I called the hotel and spoke with Tammy asking for the General Manager and briefed with her of my dilemma. I emphasized the urgency of the matter and Tammy shared the General Managers name with me stating also that she would relay the message to her. I went to Urgent Care, St Francis and was diagnosed with Scabies. I called on Monday the 19th at 1:49 pm and poke with Dinah Munoz, who listened and said that she would get with her manager and get back to me. On Tuesday, March 20th at 5:15 pm I went to the hotel and was told by Shawn, Front Desk Agent that Dinah had just left.
Shawn stated he was in the back as long as he was while I waited in the lobby leaving Dinah Munoz a text and phone call, however, she had not respond. I left my name and number again. I called on Wed., 3/ 21/18 at 4:04pm, Shawn answered and said he was just dialing to call me and tell me that Ms. Munoz was off today, but the she left as message with him for me. The message was that the exterminator's would come in and check the room and she would get back to me.

My concerns. Follow up and less avoidance as this is urgent for me with a high degree of pain, discomfort and itching. No contact from the General Manager to the point of some level of empathy and concern. Doctor bill compensation at Urgent Care St Francis.

If I were the GM, I would call the former guest and state an apology, assuring the guest that all procedures would be taken into consideration to rectify the situation. I don't' think I would allow as many days to go by and toss such a matter off to the wind as if it was of no concern or significance. It could happen to anyone, and should be handled with empathy, not such abrupt flippancy as so far, Mr. Munoz has led me to feel.

I have several pictures on the cell phone to submitt, however, not uploaded for email as of yet. We will re-submit from the cell phone to send photos.

La Quinta Inns & Suites my stay at the hotel

I stayed at the hotel for two days and my service was horrible the rooms where dirty when I told the front desk Candice joked said she would notify house keeping my baby and I had breakfast and got in the swimming pool stil no housekeeping.the room room was dirty to the point the tub had so much hair and dirt I could not bath my baby. I went and ask Candice at the front desk and she stated she can change rooms for me and I really didn't want to change rooms cause I know I was going to forget something in my room but housekeeping never came so my son and I had to change room.at the time of changing rooms after 10 am housekeeping finally was on the floor cleaning rooms after I changed rooms I realized I forgot my watch in the room I called front desk and she said she'll go look.called front desk she stated she didn't see my watch and that I can come get the key and check myself.housekeeping half cleaned the room and my watch was not there she stated I had to file a police report and she couldn't do anything about me not being satisfy about my stay .i paid 224.00 for two nights and was not happy at all and the staff stated there was no manger on duty and they couldn't do any about it.i feel that it was wrong on all levels I also have so pictures of how nasty the toilets was old food on the floor my baby was eating cookies and we did not have cookies.

La Quinta Inns & Suites ac/unit

Myself in coworker came into the room turn down the heat unit and it caught fire we turn the AC and heating unit off and notified the clerk at the front desk that the unit is direct wired into the wall and cannot be unplugged which is a severe life-threatening hazard because the unit keeps turning on by itself I requested to be placed in another room but all rooms were full I requested if La Quinta would accommodate us with a neighboring Hotel due to this fire hazard the smoke detector did not turn on and we have no source of heat and the temperature is around 50 to 54 degrees we are subject the elements due to no heat also the clerk refuse to accommodate us with any source of other heat and or rooms which as mentioned above is a severe life-threatening issue due to the hazards of the AC heat unit still cycling in catching a fire respectfully you may contact me at [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com regarding this matter

La Quinta Inns & Suites employee negligence

I'm a Veteran and my dog, which has also served as my Emotional Support Animal for the last 5 1/2 years died due to a direct result of negligence of an employee at the La Quinta Inn & Suites Dallas Love Field location. My dog opened the door to the hotel room while I was not in and the front desk clerk saw her walk out. The employee did not try and stop her or even get help from another employee to make sure one of the guests' pet did not exit the hotel. It is against La Quinta's pet policy to have a pet outside of the hotel room not on a leash, but despite her not having a leash on the front desk employee said he "just assumed her owner was close by." You're not supposed to be in the business of assuming when it is your job to ensure that your guests follow all policies. The moment she was seen he should have questioned the guests around her (If there even were guests around the time she walked out because that was never confirmed by the employee) to see if they were her owner. So, the moment he would've realized a guests' dog was loose on the property he could have gotten her himself, called another employee for help if he was scared, called a manager on what to do, hell call animal services for all I care because then at least my dog wouldn't be dead right now! The employee also made a comment that my dog had been in the parking lot the whole time (from around midnight when he saw her walk out to about 2:30AM when I arrived back, but was still sitting in the car, but my friend went to the room and saw she wasn't there and then walked out the door, saw her in the parking lot, screamed her name which scared her and she ran away scared). So, for about 2-2 1/2 hours the employee knew my dog was outside and did absolutely nothing. He called nobody. He literally did nothing knowing one of the guests in the hotel had brought their dog and that dog, knowingly by him, had been outside for hours. This was late night Dec. 30th/early morning Dec. 31st when the employee saw her and Dec 31st when she was last seen. She was found on January 10th and was not alive as she had been hit by a car. The manager, Sean, was able to confirm that she had been in the parking lot the entire time and for a while was back in front of the hotel, but as mentioned before, the employee did nothing and I want something done.

I had reservation here for four days. Two days befor arriving I called to make sure my request for a refrigerator and microwave use honored. The guy told me that he see where I requested it and if it's not in my room let them know and it would be brought in. Get ther check in asked about my fridge. The lady tells me that the room don't come with it. I told her what I was told above. She ask me what time I called I told her at night around 8 are nine. She told me that's why. I said it doesn't matter what time I call I need a fridge to keep my medicine in.
We finish my check in and she called maintenance to put one in my room. As I arrive to the room the guys was there finishing wiping the fridge out told me to give it time to cool. He ran across the breeze way I pulled the covers back seen a wet stain called him back to the room showed him the stain and roaches crawling on bed and head board. I told my daugther to take pictures. He knocked the roach off the bed with the towel he just wiped my fridge out with. I took my picture to the front desk showed it to Marie and told he the guy knocked the roach off the bed. I told her I can't stay there with roaches crawling over my head but roaches period. I'm not paying a cancellation fee I need all my money back on my card. She told me it would take 7 to 10 business days for it to be back on my card. It haven't happened yet. This was the La Quinta Inn San Antionio Sea World Ingram park . 7134 N W Loop 410. I did call corporate office gave my complaint which the rep Carmen sound like she didn't give a care in the world. Just bad service all around!
