Order placed for beauty product - no charges just freight. I am old enough to know there is nothing free in this world and should have taken note.
Product duly came with extra one ! I did not use this product as was suspicious that there would be a pay back. Yes suspicion was right.
14 days later noticed credit card debit for $146.76. Went online to check these companys and this has been happening to so many undeserving people. Money removed from credit cards and when they have been cancelled company has moved on to debit cards. No orthorisation is given for this nor orders for future products to be sent.
I work hard for my money so have no intention to let this go. I have emailed both companys and told them in no uncertain words they will not be getting away with this. I have full intention of speaking with police and fraud squad on behalf of all of us who have been scamed. Have received an immediate reply from these business saying they will refund my money. I wonder why they are willing to do this for me? They have commited a crime by stealing my money and many others.
Please do not let businesses advertise on you sites who are offering free products, there is no such thing. All they are doing is causing major grief.

There was DEFINETLY no terms and conditions anywhere in their ordering process. I looked very closely as I suspected their would be some pay back for "free" products

Can I ask what the company is doing to address these scammers?

New update! Checking my PayPal account, I noticed an unauthorised payment from Timeless Skin and Beauty for $55.00, exactly a year after my initial scam with them! It’s like I had been signed up to a yearly subscription and they’re charging me again. I’m furious beyond belief. Wish I’d never fallen for their stupid products in the first place, I’m usually a lot smarter than that and I’m kicking myself.
I’ve filed a case in Paypal so I should get my money back. I’ve also sent them an email demanding I am unsubscribed so I’m hoping this works.

I too have been scammed in the amount of AUD$396.64.When ordering the free trial I looked very carefully for any "catches" but could find no mention of signing up for more products or anything else. I have had 3 unauthorised charges of $130.00 plus every couple of weeks. Received the free trial items which had been posted in Australia. Never received any emails, invoices or delivery notes or further merchandise. Have started a "Dispute" on my credit card and the bank are in the process of cancelling all my direct debits. I did email La Mere Australia, a sister company to Estee Lauder which has nothing to do with LamerTimeless. In their reply they stated that they have received a large number of enquiries from people that had participated in the Lamer Timeless free trial promotion so they had obtained contact details for LaMer Timeless as follows, tel. +61 [protected] or email:- support@lamertimelessskin.comI think the telephone number is a NSW number. which I will be phoning tomorrow. I have sent an email to the Embrase email address, kindly supplied by another poster and the same email to the above mentioned email address, demanding a refund for the 3 unauthorised credit card debits. Will keep you informed if I make any progress in getting my money back. Don't need this, all 3 charges out on my credit card before Christmas and having to wear these amounts from my aged pension. To the person that made the comment about looking closer at Ts&cs, I could not find anything, plus this company is charging for goods and not supplying them, that's fraud!

Company is Derma Viva Skin, and for contact details you need to click on 'free trial' again which then takes you through to a screen which provides you with contact details and also the 'terms and conditions'.
Since speaking with them they will cancel the subscription and also refund the money they have taken.
Based in Salt Lake City Utah (+[protected]) was the contact number I had success with. Hoping to see a refund come through in 7-10 business days! Will post if this works

I’ve been done by these buckets of [censor] too. They’ve debited my card for $130 and I have not received any more products than the first initial one. Which they snuck in tony shopping cart whilst buying the La Mer timeless serum. There was no option for me to ex out of the option for the Embrase cream so I just rolled with it. Think that’s how they’ve managed to get me. Definitely didn’t see any T&C’s to relay that my card would be continually charged. They’re super hard to track, they come up as multiple comanies/emails. Can someone help me contact them on the correct email to get my money back?
I have already cancelled the correlating card with my bank. Thieving pieces of s**t

There are DEFINITELY no terms disclosed on there promotional offer. I still have it open on my iPad. Once you sign on for the offer at the very bottom of the thank you for your order receipt there is a link to the terms... a very small easy to overlook link. And the terms state that by accepting the offer you agree that unless you call them within 14 days to cancel your membership they will charge your credit card somewhat over $130 for the product and they will automatically send and charge you more after 30 days and continue to do that until. You tell them not to. That's ambush marketing and a scam as far as I am concerned. I don't care how good there stuff is that [censor] don't fly with me

I have sadly just been had by this scam as well, I have emailed them demanding they refund me my money and stop with any further charges. I will contact the bank tomorrow to stop them charging my card again ... I have no idea how they are able to just continue charging out cards without our permission!?
