I have a membership that allows me to use mulitple clubs. The club I was visiting was having a special. I was told that I could get a family member added without paying the intial deposit. I agreed and later that week my daugter and I visited a club closer to our home. We were then told the membership was restricted to a single club (Snellville). This bit of information was not given to me during the time the special was being explained. I feel this was left out intentionally so I would like to get my funds returned because this is fraud.
So this stopped my 17 year daugter from starting her program.
I would like to get my money back because this point was never explained to me if it was I would have never accepted the terms. We live about 25 miles from Snellville which is not convenient to us.
Buford Ga club is 7.5 miles away and I can't transfer asper the management in Snellville.
