KyaZoonga Booking/ Ticketing Service

This is regarding a booking for an event in Morjim, Goa by the name of Piper's Paradise on the 31st of December 2015.The transaction number is as follows:
Confirmation ID: [protected]-KZ200928050

I was denied entry at the event, when the organisers said that my name was not there on their list. They asked me to sort it out with KyaZoonga but obviously their customer care is very poor. None of my calls were taken. There was a KyaZoonga official called Disha Bhatia who was specifically working for this event. She also stopped taking my calls after a point.

Through the course of the month of January, I have struggled to get in touch with KyaZoonga, incessantly calling them and shooting mails. One Vaibhav, from KyaZoonga Customer Care had promised me a resolution on around the 15th of January. He requested for a time period of three days to resolve the situation. But then KyaZoonga went back to their usual ignoring attitude, which is severely unprofessional. I have the confirmation mail and the message from SBI which confirms the money deducted for the transaction. I want my money back Kyazoonga.com as soon as possible.

KyaZoonga Ticket fraud

Had bought tickets for ICC Cricket world cup a year ago, on their official ticket website: Kyazoonga for the game on March 9 2011. trying to call them last couple months when they will mail the tickets and they say sorry for the delay we will mail immediately. Now, last minute they say pay an "x" amount more per ticket for entertainment tax and only then we will ship the tickets... Been to so many events here in the US and world over not once this has happened. When you call, their number is always busy; When you email if they reply they do so after many many days! When you ask for refund, they say sorry! It's more about the principle here than the money and I refuse to pay them anything more than what we signed up for. Ridiculous how they cant handle one event. I'm so disappointed. In addition, their poor language is just driving me up the walls. Terrible customer service. Never buying tickets again for any event through these guys, nor would I recommend them to anyone! thanks but no thanks.

am in same boat. bought all the india team ticlets and spent over 2k usd. still did not receive my tics. i have cancelled my trip but would have gone crazy if i were in india and no tickets in hand. horrible cust serv. phone never connects - NO response to any emails. icc is to be blamed for this as they appointed them. curruption at the max - what to expect when sharad powar is the icc lead.
they should be dragged to court. this would have never happened anywhere else in the world. should file a class action law suit on KZ and ICC for FRAUD and EMMOTIONAL stress.

Horrible, i bought my tickets too from KyaZoonga in Oct 2010 for the ICC Cricket World cup for a match on Sunday Mar 6th 2011, i did not receive my courier. Today, on their site they say i there's some lousy delay and thats the reason they could not courier it?, when i asked for reimbursement of the courier charges they have charged for the tickets they say they will not re-imburse it.
I plan to raise this to the icc website and the consumer court. Who will pay for travelling expenses to the cricket stadium to get the tickets, long "q"s and failure for re-imburesement?.
Their customer service is forever busy, i hold the line for 2 hours! and it disconnects automatically. I need to be re-imbursed for the countless calls i've made to customer service with no reply.

KyaZoonga Tickets were not booked but amount debited from credit card

I had booked 2 ticket for movie 'Harry Potter Deathly Hollows Part-1' on 21/11/2010. I couldn't got tickets as it was saying that 'communication error'. However tickets amount has been deducted from my credit card.

Complaint 1

Dear sir,

I booked tickets for four with my citibank card for 24 th feb match in delhi . Approval no for transaction by my citibank card was 720631 dated 23 jan 2011 for the amount of Rs 2654.06 .

No Confirmation ID was received .
No confirmation has been recieved on my mobile or email.
I am yet to recieve the tickets.
Please help.

i have also tried to book the ticket for the bryan admas show that was suppose to be held on 15th feb 2011 but my amount of arond 4270 was deducted but never received nay ticket or mail. Aftre the payment was processed no page was displayed but the amount was deducted.
tried calling them severl times but its just fake cust support.
Dropped even 10-12 mails but received only one reply from them that my transaction was not complte i should buy a new ticket.
This is purly cheating. Kya zoonga is a fraud company . i am y sekf from the it world i have my own it firm. i will definitly take some serius action against this company.

Dear Customer,

We regret the inconvenience caused. We instructed the banks to credit the money to your account the very next day. Please check with your bank as to when the amount will show up as every bank has a different credit cycle.

Please note, this problem occurs on all e commerce sites in India because of slower internet connections and interfaces.

Why would you book movie tickets online? Dude, it seems to me that you just need to buy tickets AT THE THEATER.

KyaZoonga Fraudulent charging of tickets

This is a fraudulent site that does not provide you with an order confirmation number for the transactions made online. Also if you try to contact them on +[protected] no one answers. Once you order tickets online the same does not get processed however your account gets charged for the same.

Wow some people are just really clueless. technical errors happen all the time and kyazoonga is a huge site with tons of traffic. things are bound to happen. my card was charged but i didn't actually get any tickets. had something to do with details not matching which was my mistake. sometimes technical issues can happen but when i emailed them there customer service team was amazing. they responded right away and were very helpful. i got my money back just fine so i don't understand why all of you are calling them frauds. find something better to do.

I have booked three tickets for the kabaddi league match on 16 Aug 2015(Puneri Paltan v Dabang Delhi and Jaipur Pink Panthers v Bengal Warriors).Ticket amount was Rs.1924.26 [name on debit(sbi bank) card - VAIBHAV SHEWALE .date of transaction-3 august.Once I finished the booking activity, I did not receive any confirmation ticket to my e-mail or phone or confirmation in the web itself. But the money has got transferred to the kyazoonga.com. I tried to get the details using the option 'reprint confirmation' on your website.But couldn't get any reply.Please help me to get the possible solution on this.[please do not publish my name or other details]. email id-vaibhavs1@yahoo.in ph no - [protected] Hope I will get the best possible solution. I have purchased 4 ticketfor 6 pm show dated 5-6-11 at fame cinema
Highland park
(ready) through www. kyazoonga .com, an amount of Rs 746.18 was also
debited from my Axis bank a/c at 2 PM, but till now I have not
received the e- ticket .

Please Help, i want the refund of the money.

I tried to book 2 tickets for India and England Match on 25.02.2011.
First time when I tried to book two tickets it shows "transaction failed".
So I tried for second time transaction is successful.
Where as in my Credit Card statement the amount is deducted for both failed and successful transaction.
I got successful transaction and confirmation only once, but erroneously amount deducted two times from my account. Now I don't know how I get back amount from them

Same for me.. I wanted to buy ticket for Bryan Adams show through NetBanking. My account got debited but no ticket for me. They are not picking the damned phone also..

I agree with the comments posted above. It is indeed a fraudulent site which debits amounts from your credit card and also the movie tickets do not get confirmed. I also had gone through the same. While booking the tickets from this site, I encountered an error, but after a month I got my Amex credit card statement with the details of Rs.946 being debited from my a/c by KYASOONGA site.
It needs to be banned so that the owner of this fraudulent site dont mint money by fooling the public. The owners of Kya zoonga should be sued and sent behind bars...

I used this website for booking tickets, even I didnot get any confirmation but amount got debited from my account. that too 3 the total amt was 2981 trying to get the reversal on the same from them .

I used this website for booking tickets, even I didnot get any confirmation but amount got debited from my account. Never ever I will book tickets online. Got a good lesson.I suggest not to book tickets online.
