Kworld / Bad service
This company is so indifferent regarding to their rebate policy. I have submitted two rebate forms, one has been denied due to not submitting "original or copy of the sales receipt" (I am 100% sure that I had sent it) and the other rebate form has processed but I didn't receive any checks. After calling them multiple of times eventually I succeeded to talked to their manager and then they agreed on sending another one. It has been more than a month after that; however, I received nothing. Not even an e-mail stating the status of the rebate. At this point I cannot even reach them by phone. I guess they are working with a third party to deal with the rebates, and by working that way they are passing the ball at each other so that they do not need to pay the rebates. I searched the net and figured out that there are lots of other rebate problems with this company. This is how they are making money. By cheating their customers I do not think they have a chance to survive in the USA market.
