Kwik Trip employee's response to my request

July 5, 2019 the one day only sale, buy 2 turnovers and get 10 cents fuel discount. Store at intersection of Oxford and Madison, eau Claire, Wisconsin 4:15 p.m. There were no turnovers in the donut case or anywhere else. When i asked when there would be more available, Kaylee looked at me and said, tomorrow." She did not smile, she did not apologize, she looked at me dead pan. It was very busy, but there were over a half dozen employees there. I said, "when it's a one day only sale to buy 2 and get a10 cents gas discount? Kaylee said someone can make them but you have to wait, still unsmiling. I said i would be glad to wait. Hanna walked from behind the counter and spoke pleasantly she would go make them. A large young man behind the counter smiled and said, they will be out in just a few minutes. True to their word, they came out in a few minutes. They were delicious.
Maybe kaylee is having a bad day. However, she is in a job where customers look forward to being treated courteously by people who smile and look happy to help. Even when they're having a bad day. If they can't do that then they should stay out of sight until they can.

Kwik Trip gasoline

On July 4th 2019 529 p.m. customer paid by credit card $17 on pump number three. Although T pump was paid for inside, the pump ran past the set amount my $3.21. Before customer could go in and pay 4 for the overcharge it was assumed that he was going to run away from the pump. Therefore, his credit card was charged $3.21 before he can go back inside. Although the credit card can be refunded right away, is supposedly 2 have the amount refunded within 24 hours. This action happened at the QuikTrip located in Delafield Wisconsin 26 94 Sun Valley Drive at 5/3 018. Store number 972, July 4th 2019, 529 05 p.m. register ticket number 55589 0, prepay fuel pump number three $17 although pump number one was confused 4 pump number three in the amount of $17. Card number ending in 313 4. Terminal number r a 1 0 9 4 0 0 0 9 7 2 2 0 6 approval number 152904. More thoughts should be headed towards action instead of assumptions. Email, [protected]@yahoo.com.

Kwik Trip theft

My son and a friend stopped to use bathroom. Went in with an empty backpack. While waiting for his friend he placed his sweat shirt into backpack. So they noticed it wasn't empty. Police were called and children were questioned. Ridiculous as they have cameras ...what a joke there assistant manager Wendy is! I sure wonder how many people just stop to use bathroom and are treated like thieves. I am discussed with there handling of this...

Kwik Trip food

Caledonia Minnesota Kwik Trip-The store's assistant manager Linda E. is beyond rude to vendors, guests, and her own coworkers! I have seen Linda scream at the kitchen staff to 'work faster' when there is a rush instead of help them. I have seen her speak very disrespectfully to guests. She was always rude to me and my family. We do not go in there anymore, we go elsewhere to receive friendlier service.

Kwik Trip customer service

On the evening of June 12h, 2019 at 7:57pm, my daughter had gone to Kwik Trip located by sanborn Ave in our home town of Ashland Wi. Her ticket # is 1109148, After pumping her gas she went into the store with a check from me (MOM) and wrote out her total of $20. The clerks Nikki and KC (casey?) began to be extremely rude to her causing her to cry. She called me in a break down crying so hard I couldn't understand her. She told me what happened. I asked to talk to either of the girls but they refused to talk to me. I then requested that I use my debit card to pay for the gas. All I heard in the background was "That cant be done either". How did they expect her to pay for this gas and why couldn't I pay with my card for her gas. I was going to send the sheriffs department to the store as I was out of town on business.
I would certainly hope that you get these girls training to work with the public. For them to humiliate my daughter is beyond unacceptable! They were very rude and unprofessional to say the least. I should not have been hearing hollering and my daughter crying.!
My family does daily business at Kwik Trip and if this isn't resolved we WILL go elsewhere.
Fortunately her fiancé had his debit card and was able to pay the bill. I had them go back to get me a receipt so I could file a complaint. When he went back in for it, they were trying to offer him something for free.

Kwik Trip carwash

Store#456 has 2 carwash stations and one is not functioning. Visit date is 6/8/19 and currently sitting in a line of 7+ cars. Its almost summer why are both not functioning? I would understand if it were peak salt season. Also many garbage bags are flying around getting stuck under cars and in wheels of cars waiting to use the carwash. Highly dissatisfied with this location.

Kwik Trip customer interaction with worker

The car in front of us in the car wash had issues and someone came out to reset after we called because the car was stuck and after the car left it didn't allow us to use the car wash we paid for. Had to call for help again. Both times we called for help, the woman in the store that was helping us had a very condescending tone and it made us feel like we were a burden on her because we had an issue we needed resolved. The guy that came out to help both times was very helpful and was able to get us in the car wash quickly. Kwik Trip is always a favorite place for us to stop because of the friendly service and quality products, but we did not feel that way today. Such a disappointing visit.

Kwik Trip recycling facilities

Hi,

I am a frequent customer of Kwik Trip, and I just want to start by saying I am a huge fan of your stores! I am writing because I was told recently by one of your employees that the store at 530 West Ave N does not recycle. Is this true? I always thought of Kwik Trip as a sustainable, environmentally friendly organization, and this upset me to hear that one or possibly of your stores do not recycle. Please respond at your earliest convenience, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Kwik Trip store manager

Every time I go in and the store manager is there she's yelling at the cashiers she doesn't do it in a private place she does it out in front of everyone she's had employees crying from her yelling at them she is extremely rude and unprofessional you should have the employees do a anonymous review on her and I'm sure the truth will come out. She's rude with customers even I've heard so much good about your company yet she leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Kwik Trip car wash

A week ago Friday I got stuck in their carwash. Back door opened, and front one closed. I called to get help and the manager took his time coming out while I was getting yelled at by the people behind me. Apparently another person had also had a problem but kept it going anyway. The car wash I got was not what I had paid for and I wanted touch free. I asked to be credited for a wash and wss told to contactcoporate which I did and I never received a response and they never credited my wash. Horrible service!

Kwik Trip manager

Too much favoritism happening. Some workers get by with do nothing and not getting their required work load done: leaving it for others to do and if it's not done, Dave takes it out on the shift lead. That is sooo wrong. Manager Dave does not want to see who is truly giving their all and who is not.
He seems to always take things out on the wrong employee if there is an issue between employees.
HE NEEDS TO START WATCHING HIS EMPLOYEES BY CAMERA TO SEE THE TRUTH THAT IS BEING TOLD. Said "someone is not telling me the truth and I will find out who"
Poor manager by far. Especially bad when we, as guests, can see the crap happening internally. New manager is much needed. He's not even in the store enough to know what's really going on. Very much one sided.

Kwik Trip manager

I was in ur store the past week in Paynesville and saw a employee her name is Valerie getting talked to by what seemed to be the manager cuz he was tall and talking loud about telling her about getting something done and asking her if she had an attitude problem. She didn't say much and walked away to the bathroom crying. I didnt hear the whole conversation but it didn't sound very nice. There was no please or thank yous and just wanna make sure she is still working there and if everything is ok. Shes always working when I come in

Kwik Trip rude employees

When I go into my local Kwik Trip I am use to smiling faces that greet and thank you. Unfortunately that seems to have changed. There is a new employee at my local Kwik Trip and he is extremely rude, impolite, and condescending to customers. I have been waited on by him twice now and each experience was worst than the last. I have also witnessed him arguing with a customer that was in front of me in line. I am surprised that he would have been hired by a company that usually has such wonderful customer service. I will not be going back. In my town they are now building a brand new Casey's General Store, looks like they will be getting my business.

Kwik Trip customer service

I was checking out with an older friend and he told the guy he ought to smile more because the entire time he didn't speak to us. He didn't make eye contact. He didn't even acknowledge us when we asked for another bag because my friend & I were going separate ways. He then gave us attitude over an extra bag and then proceeded to give a short and insincere have a nice day when we weren't done with our transaction. His supervisor came over and he angryily threw his hands in the air and claimed he couldn't wait to go back to his store. He said his name was Cole which was not the name on his name tag that read Donovan when my friend said he wanted to report him for his bad attitude. When calling the store to report this, Austin the manager answered and didn't seem to care too much as well as the fact that he didn't ask me for any information or anything about my complaint (including not asking for my name). He proceeded to hang up on me before I could finish. So now I am here because this is disgusting customer service and I don't appreciate the blatant rudeness. I don't care if the store is busy and they're having a bad day that's never an excuse to act the way these two did. I work in customer service and god this was just awful.

Kwik Trip management

Dear Managers,
I am no long going to be working for KwikTrip there is many reasons why I am leaving and do to how I was treated and I felt very unappreciated with all the work I did. Also with the hours of me being worked over my 8 hour restriction was happening more and making my body pain even worse. I will say for a business I am unhappy by how I was treat and how with my fibromyalgia pain and work restrictions was ignored.

Kwik Trip rude staff

every time i go into kwik star lisa the store manager makes rude remarks to me. it doesn't matter what i do she is always judging me about either my hair or my clothes. i try to avoid going into kwik star when she is working. ive dealt with this for years and in tired of it. im putting my foot down something must be done. jwik star is the only place in town that has milk bread etc.

Kwik Trip new managers

Management does not treat their employees with respect. They don't use positive reinforcement to encourage my loved one's motivation. Instead they write them up for trying to follow Kwik Trip Policies. Then my loved one feels like they shouldn't even bother trying to do their best anymore, because it's never good enough anyways. I understand that new management can be difficult to establish, but it shouldn't make the ones that have been there for a long time feel like they want to leave.

Kwik Trip leadership

What happened to the Mukwonago Kwik Trip? The new manager has no personality and the store looks a mess. I have been going to this Kwik Trip for 3 years and it has always looked clean and organized. Now it looks too cluttered with way to much bakery everywhere and the cleanliness has really gone down from the messy coffee bar to the dirty floors and garbage outside overflowing. I can go to many different store for bakery. But choose Kwik Trip cause of the cleanliness and happy coworkers. But all that has changed this last month or so. Maybe back off the rediculous amount of bakery everywhere and clean the store.

Kwik Trip customer service

The customer service I received was terrible at this brand new kwik trip in my town. The guy (wearing a white shirt) had his personal cellphone plugged in towards the trendar machine and was hovering over the counter scrolling on the phone. We had to cough to get attention and was told just a minute. Then his phone rang in the middle of being rung up and he stopped helping us to look at his phone, I know it was his phone ringing because I have the same exact ringtone on my phone, and then after paying he didn't even say have a nice night, he looked back down to the side of his register and went back on his phone. This is brand new store, hasn't even been open a month yet. This is highly unacceptable. The service I received is not acceptable. The time this occurred at was probably around 7:30 pm to 8 pm. The date was today (11/26/2018). I'm so frustrated about my experience, this is literally a just built store, opened the 8th of November so not even a month. Very unimpressed.

Kwik Trip food poisoning

On Thursday November 8th around 12 pm at the Coon Valley Store, I purchased an angus cheese burger that was on special. All I had to eat at lunch was the sandwich and a soda and by 3pm I had to leave work because I was starting to get sick. I was throwing up all after noon and evening and it wasn't a stomach bug because I was feeling fine before that.

The Problem with food poisoning claims is most of the time it takes 4 to 24 hours to make a person sick. Many people are fine up until the point when it finally overtakes the Immune System. So it could have been something you ate prior with in 24 hours. I am sure they sold many burgers that day so unless you know or heard of a group of people who got sick it is impossible to pin point exactly where the source came from.
