It's all the bad remarks that you can give to an organization; no efficiency, no protocols, no professionalism and of course with an outstanding remark of an awful public transportation service. At least 6 times a day, the train is late, at least 10 times a week you're stranded in the middle of your journey... It's always "we're sorry for the inconvenience" tone with ktmb. All their sorry's are being washed down the sewer. Something has to be done or it's going to cause ktmb great and it's a total humiliation to our tourism industry.

Wake up ktmb, wake up!

I had paid RM35 annual fees to KTM on 2 April 2017, however i did not receive the card by now. Almost 2 months, as they mentioned within 14 working days i would receive. Call center does not pick up my phone nearly 10 times. I wish to have answer from them and get back my card as soon as possible.

Touch n Go users always ended up with non-reasonble penalty fees for RM10 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️, lousy service ever! Almost every 3 days i got penalty for no reason, weird...

Saya menunggu train ETS dari Sungai Petani ke Padang Besar.Saya menunggu dibilik tertutup.tapi kenapa aircond dibilik menunggu KTM Sungai Petani tidak dipasang?
Bila ditanya pada staff KTM Sungai Petani alasannya " ha pasang kipas" apahal?
Tiada alasan kukuh.
Sepatutnya bilik tertutup begitu dipasang aircond. Lainlan aircond rosak.

Hi there, why. The ktm always keep delaying the time of customer, all the customer waiting here for so long, from 8.03am to 8.14am from Taman Wahyu station, please improve your service which is customer paid for fee, they will cause all the customer from delaying their work as well, please puntuctual the timing !

LRT services are really better than KTM

KtM service from KL to BATU caves n it's really disappointing service that we have n it was delayed with out giving any notifications.

I am currently taking the train to KL Sentral from Batu Caves. The sign clearly stated that Coach 3 & 4 are for ladies only, but there are a few mens in this coach. They might not seen the sign, but even after the announcement were made, they still stand here like nothing is wrong.

The sentul station exits toward to klpac doesn't have lights on and most of the working lights are dimming.it is too dark to walk at night. Pls change it to led lights which is bright and energy saving .
The escalator from bus station to ticket counter also always malfunctioning. Pls maintain properly.

So difficult to buy a ticket on morning through your KTM app or web site, keep on refresh, loading, slow respond, buy a ticket need more than 40 minutes? What is the point u creat apps for us?

Hi, myself Pursham travelled using komputer on 30th September at 11 am. They were numbers of guys in the female coach. May I know where is the help policemen.? Not all female are brave to voice out as they guys were foreigner and were physically big and strong. My humble request is, policemen should check on female coach more often. Thank you 🙂

Layanan di kaunter ktm taiping oleh petugas lelaki yang agak berumur amat teruk..melayan semua pelanggan dengan nada yang tinggi. Saya harap pihak pengurusan dapat memilih orang yang lebih layak untuk bertugas di kaunter (frontliner).saya rasa ini perkhidmatan yang teruk disediakan oleh pihak ktmb

Why does there's 2 hours gap in ktm schedule of tanjung malim-pelabuhan klang? It is too much and too slow. And too slow to reach at the next destination just the same as i can walk on my own feet. Please changed the schedule not more then 2 hours because its too much for me to wait like a [censored]

Appealing to KTM Nilai. Please repair the lift. We (Senior citizens, women, children and physically challenged) find it a torture to cross over to the other side. In fact, even younger commuters with heavy bags are suffering in silence. Please have a heart.

Cool ktm, same problem can keep happen again and again in a month, delay and delay, is this the vision and mission of ktmb? Well done guys you already achieve the most "efficient" transport in our country. Such "good" management didn't help to solve the problem, don't you guys think that it's time to change all the employees?

1). On 8/9/17 9302 - EG9302 KL to Ipoh. ETA was 10.48. Only arrived past 11.15am. 20 minutes late.

2). On 10/9/17 9313-EG13 Ipoh to KL ETA was 21.37. Only arrived around 22.30pm. Almost an hour late.

PLEASE explain. Supposed to be ETS!

When can your company update the KTM speed? Is the big problem ever! I wait 50minute for one train! LRT is just 10minute per train, is the big different you know? I have no choice must take your stupid KTM so please make it faster and on time!

I am complaining about staff service who working at tampin Station. Unfriendly service when asked above 2 enquiries by the malay staff. Her face are unhappy & lazy to answer any question.

I was charged RM10 for waiting on a train that was delayed. Due to the technical difficulties, i was forced to use the other public transportation. My destination is far and i needed to get home to my family on time but failed. I would like a full refund for my RM10 without further questiones asked. I am clearly unsatisfied with KTMB.

I’m one of the passenger who takes 3:30pm train from Ipoh to KL central. A Malay guy staff of KTMB in Ipoh station shouldn't raise up his voice when showing train ticket to enter the gate. Where is your etiquette? Do you really learn? Please do not raise up your voice to passenger as they pay for the ticket! We are not deaf!

I took the train from KL Sentral- JB Sentral., transit at Gemas. The train at KL Sentral delayed for 1 hour, from Gemas to JB Sentral was informed delayed for 30min but it's more than 1 1/2 hour. I took the train at 2 am this morning and yet to reach my destination. This is such a disappointing services by KTMB!.Please improve your service!

We are having a train back to Ipoh by paying RM35.00 but the train is down now we trap in a train like MRT without any toilet. Is this the service that the company should provide when we pay that much of money? I suggest there will can have a better service n like usually we get by replacing the train that it was down to a better one. Thank ypu

I had registered ktm student card and receive it. But when I key in the number for discount during ticket booking, the system tells me card not exists. Is

Macam bodoh ja buat kad bayar setahun tapi guna 2, 3 kali ja sebab tiket asyik habis ja kerja. Dah book 2 minggu awal kadang seminggu awal pun still habis. Baik aku naik bas. Bodoh punya website dahla lembap. Category aku saja select washing machine sebab taktau nak select apa pasal ets ni. Gmampus

Very inconsistent and misleading online train schedule that leads to a lot of time wasted plainly waiting for the train in the station.

Ridiculous gap between trains of the same line that result in frustation and humid atnosphere in the station.

I was on my way from Kl sentral heading towards sungai buloh by ktm. Then a few minutes before reaching sungai buloh station they forced me to wait for an hour since theres was only one track and other train has to pass. Seriously very dissapointed with the service. Such a bad experince using ktm.

I boarded the ets platinum train from kl to bukit Mertajam but I didn't receive any complimentary snack throughout the whole journey..I feel cheated.Dont put fake news if aren't gonna give complimentary snacks to the customers.We paid more but didn't receive anything. I hope that this problem can be solved.

PUBLIC TOILET MALE AND OKU TOILET.
1. The toilet bowl is stuck and filled with human waste surounding the cubical.
2. OVERFLOW with dirty and contagious waste water.
3. OKU toilet bowl sticks with human waste ([censored]).

pd 3/3/2018 sy menggunakan perkhidmtan komuter dr anak bukit ke gurun.
dalam tren adalah sangat panas, tiada aircond dan langsung tiada angin!

I am very frustrated when the canteen close earlier not because the food finish.
They said that they close earlier because last station near by but actually there are 3 more station to the last station.
Before arived at parit buntar already close canteen.

As a passenger of this train whom is about to rush for the airport, I am not very happy at all with this situation. Perhaps ktmb shall ensure no such incident like this happens.

Ktmb shall also compensate to all passengers for this delay.

Since this is Platinum class ETS, we hv pay extra RM20 for the train. No extra service given, No any snacks given to us. Why we need to pay extra RM20 for the train?
