The service of a lady at the counter is definitely not helpful and the attitude was bad. On 13/2/2019, 923pm, i'm facing an issue on my touch n go card which was not functioning well while proceeding to tag out on the machine, a kind man from ktm staff was trying to help me out but could not. Hence he adviced me to came back the next day morning and asked me to the counter to sort it out. However, on 14/2/2019 (727am) when I ask of a lady at the counter on this, the service was just asking me to buy a ktm card instead, with reload. Before that, there are no further suggestion given, provided with the bad attitude of not helpful to answer the question or being problem solver. I would highly recommend that lady to just change the job if you are not into service line. Just quit and dont show your sour face to the client because you are in this industry!

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu arriving at the destination 3 hours later than the supposed arrival time

The ets train that I boarded which is ets 9034 en route to ipoh from kl sentral which is scheduled from 10.15pm on the 10th february 2019 and arriving at batu gajah station at 12.41pm on the 11th february 2019 which is midnight just now. It is a very unfortunate incident that the train experienced power supply failure in the middle of the railway tracks situated between slim river and tapah road. Unfortunately, the emergency response is so slow that we have to wait for almost 3 hours before the emergency response team disembarked at tapah road train station to request for the change of train to travel to kampar, batu gajah and ipoh respectively. I demand a full refund from the management team due to all of the ktmb management unreliability and unprofessionalism in handling such difficult situation.

Do you think saying sorry is enough? I ended up arriving my destination at almost 4am instead of 12.41pm. Where is the sense of responsibility of you guys? Your company only thinks about making the profit until your own assets are not even maintained well to cater for the schedule for the passengers. I demand full compensation right now!

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu waktu perjalanan keretaapi ke laluan tanjung malim

Hi. Harini saya menunggu train laluan ke Tanjung Malim selama dua jam tanpa mengetahui waktu perjalanan train kesana hanya ada pada waktu petang SAHAJA. Perkara yg amat saya kesali adalah, dalam jadual perjalanan train pihak KTMB menyatakan secara terang-terangan bahawa ada train laluan Tanjung Malim pada 7.09 minit PAGI, 7.26 minit PAGI, 8.06 minit PAGI.

DAN SAYA HANYA MENDAPAT TAHU APABILA SAYA CALL KE CENTRE KTMB.

TOLONG YA, UPDATE YOUR JADUAL!

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu air condition ets

Air condition ETS KL to butterworth, coach D. Date 6.2.19 time 11.25 till 3.40 is not working well. Feel so hot until i sometimes have to walk to the toilet area bcs over there is much cooler. When ask the staff they said they dont know. How can u give such answer to your customer? We are not using the service for free. Felt dissapointed and regret.

Hello, On 5th Feb 2019 at 9.15- 10.50 am from seremban to kl sentral there are soo many bangladeshi or nepals men entering the ladies coach. Unfortunately, no offficer or conductor here doing their jobs. I do not know if they understand that this is the ladies coach. I saw soo many similar complaints in this board but why there are still no action have been taken?

I bring an OKU student today and ask for assistance from the front counter and they keep push others person to help provide help wanted. Thry didnt even attend the OKU person. Now my friends get stuck in the ets and i need to get him at other location. Totally lazy and lack of hummanity towards human beings with disadvantage. Proud to use the service. Thank you to all useless employers.

I bring an OKU to ride an ets to perlis.then, i ask 4 an assistance since this will be his first time riding along.but then, the front counter keep passing twrds other employees until lastly, we stuck on the ets and need 2 be picked up at other station.its all begin by a simple job that had been passed to other when they can do it by hemselves.waste of time, effort and money.very nice treatment from ktm kuala kangsar employees to OKU card holder.

Today (jan 28, 2019, 8:15am), the touch n go machine broke down at batu tiga ktm station . Wanted to buy single pass to take train to klsentral, however, counter staff said no single pass. The staff said if want take train need we are force to buy komuter card. That's very unfair since i already have touch n go card and do not wish to own another another useless ktm card.
Pls make sure touch n go service available all the time and do not cause inconvenience to customers.

Untuk perhatian pihak pengurusan pekerja KTMB.
Saya dan anak saya selalu menggunakan perkhidmatan KTMB. Kami sangat berpuas hati dari segala segi. Saya cuma nak luahkan rasa tidak puas hati kat seorang staf kaunter di ktmb Taiping. Nama saya tak pasti disebabkan tidak memakai tag nama.Orangnya agak berusia. Sebagai seorang yang berpengalaman dan agak berusia beliau langsung tidak mempunyai ciri-ciri baik dari segi tutur kata. Diharap pihak KTMB memberi perhatian terhadap masalah yang saya luahkan ini.

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu ktm delay on what ur upgrade progress?

time : 1910pm

date : 26/1/2019

ktm supposed arrive at station Midvalley is 1900pm, but 1840pm train didnt reach yet, really crowlded at station midvalley, there have annoucement about the whatever problem at train rail, only used one rail between salak selatan n serdang.
Actualy what the upgrade programme ktm doing now? everytime haevy rain, or saturday sunday sure there have delay, train problem, tecnical problem whatever, what is the upgrade progress ktm do now? already how many years ktm still in upgrade progress, said early month of 2019 will be settled all, but im everyday ride ktm, but didnt get any upgrade, time still the same, delay delay delay, need change bus need change train, schedule oso problem, at night still no train go back kepong station.
actualy is ktm really do their upgrade work or not? any improvement?

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu rude ktm staff in kl sentral; lacking of good manners

Hi, I would like to address the issue regarding to one of your staffs who is in charge at the gates in KL Sentral.

I have never encountered with this problem before when my Touch n Go had a problem at the gate as the staffs will guide me through but today was an exception. I was about to take a ride from KL Sentral to UKM and my card had a problem. I asked one of the staffs there for assistance. Unfortunately, the staff did not help me at all but instead he was shouting at me over and over again. He was very very rude as I only asked him to help me politely.

I was so embarassed. I have never been publicly humiliated before. I thanked God that this one lady came and helped me.

I hope that I will not be facing with the same problem again in the future especially when a person is in need of help. I really hope u guys can give your staffs a bit on an "attitude training" since some of them are still lacking of them.

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu extremely dirty

To whom may concern,

Please take note that the train 9106 8:40pm from KL Sentral to Butterworth is extremely dirty with so many big and small cockroaches crawling on the floors, chairs and the windows. There is also one baby cockroach crawl to my shoulder. This problem is totally unacceptable, it will ruin the reputation of ktm. this may caused unhealthy issue which harm to the passengers. I hope the workers can clean and make the train with good and clean environment

Ini kali kedua saya buat komplain tentang penggunaan org awam dgn koc wanita.. Saya amat kesal dgn pihak ktm tiada apa2 tindakan.. Saya cadangkan pihak ktm boleh buat announcement secara terang terangan agar org yh tidak bertanggunjawab ini sedar diri dan pergi ke koc lain. Ini dapat menyedarkan bahawa ktm berhad mmg mmndg berat tntg kes begini yg sslu jd di koc wanita.

hello i just want to say that perhaps ktmb cn provide an officer to check the ladies coach on every stop. it's only 2coaches to look at. here on malaysia we still have people that doesnt understand order. men sitting in ladies coach until we the women dont have the seat.perhaps 'malaysia baru' is not too baru with us, having people with this kind of attitude. and another thing is about the train. we have millions of people fgs, and thousands that been using your service . should we wait for like half an hour for just a train? and what if it's a peak hour and the train is so pack? when i went to sg just now, they only have like 5 mins gap between the next train, so people wont have to wait much

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu unethical behaviour at ktm padang jawa

Last Sunday on 6/1/2019, I went to KTM Padang Jawa at about 10 am and when my car entered, the gate was opened and and I do not see any people there guarding. Hence, I just entered thinking maybe it was weekend so the parking was free. Plus, it was my first time being there. However, when I came back to my car that night, my car was clamped and there was a note with a phone number written on it. So I called the number and two guys were coming, Helmi and his friend. I asked him why he clamped my car because obviously the gate was opened when I entered and he was not there to pass me the parking ticket. But he simply said he was there. I doubted him because I do not see anyone in there the moment I entered. So I asked him if he was there why he did not tell or come to me to inform about the parking ticket. I was there waiting for quite a while. Obviously, he purposely let me entered the gate without the ticket and made it as an excuse to clamp my car and get money out of it. They started to be rude when I refused to pay since it was not my fault at all. They gave a lot of nonsense excuses and talking rubbish to me and my friend. They treated us like [censored] because we are helpless women and no one else at the scene that night. They told me to pay RM50, and then RM45, and then RM60. I felt that something was fishy due to the unfixed amount they told me and again I refused to pay. They started to get angry and and blackmailed me if I did not pay them, they will leave me and my car locked. And they even said they felt like shouting at my friend. I felt like my safety jeopardized and reluctantly paid them RM30 to unlocked my car and asked for a receipt. Then, they left and I went to the ticket counter and told the officers there what was happened to me. Those two officers said and confirmed that the receipt Helmi gave me was not an official receipt and they should not clamped my car because obviously I did nothing wrong. They were the one who careless on duty and simply put the blame on me and even blackmailed me to get the money. Their unethical behaviour was simply unacceptable and I was traumatized with this incident. Those two officers at the counter already helped me to lodge a complaint to Helmi's supervisor but until now no action was taken. Even if I cannot get my money back, I really hope that the authorities will take serious action into this matter.

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu waiting long time in ktm station under hot sun

* 7 Jan 2019 at KTM Kajang Station.
* Passengers have to wait for the train in the KTM station for more than 45 minutes under the hot sun. The awning in Kajang Station is not able to shade the sun during AM, thus resulting many passengers are exposed to hot sun. There is no other shade available on-site.
- Resolution: shorten waiting time and extend the awning or provide shade.

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu refund process take more than 2 months

I have purchased 2 ticket from kl sentral to ipoh via ktm portal on 11 Nov 2018 and been informed by the ktm officer that we need to pay for the tickets due to their portal technical issue upon arrival their counter and about the print the tickets. As of to-date, the refund is not done yet and they keep asking us to wait.. Scrolling down the complains filed in this page, i found that many purchasers experienced the same issue and even some of them have been waiting for more than 3 months and yet their request is not settled until now. Is ktm trying to drag until we forgot to chase or follow up. Then they can just use money in their own way? I don't see what is the issue behind since our bank transaction is done and the money has been charged into ktm account. I shall file this case as fraud and submit a consumer complaint to NCCC to expedite the process better.

KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu refund not receive after submit the refund form since 11/12/2018

I have filled up the refund form due to system error on 11/12/2018 at KL Sentral KTM counter at 10.10pm. The officer in charge, Ms Rozana confirmed that the two transactions that I buy were not successful. Thus, she helped me to buy another ticket immediately over the counter for the same date and time ticket for my mother. Another officer, named Ms Farisah called me on 12 December 2018 at 10.30am to verify my tickets details and the IPAY88 transaction that I bought twice which deducted from my maybank account but tickets not successful buy. Five proof of transaction failed and form filling are attached for your reference.

Both transaction reference are: [protected] (T2000097436100) and [protected] (T200097104300). Each transaction is RM36. Total RM72 deducted from my maybank current account.

Thereafter, I did not receive any refund as at to-date. I have tried numerous call KTM office at call center last week but the staff said it's under unit care staff who incharge the refund. The staff said will get the unit care officer to return my call to update the status but unfortunately, none of the staff contact me as at to-date.

Mohon jasa baik ktm berhad ..utk sentiasa membuat pemantauan d cctv dan membuat pengunguman speaker sekiranya ada terdapat kaum lelaki di tempat koc wanita .. lagi2 pada waktu lewat malam dan sunyi di koc wanita ..teguran telah dibuat oleh pengguna wanita tetapi teguran tidak di endahkan . Keselamatan pengguna wanita amat perlu di titikberatkan lagi2 memandangkan kes terkini lelaki menyamar sebagai wanita berada di koc wanitautk tujuan yg tidak senonoh. Jasa pihak tuan amat dihargai .
