KTM Berhad (Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad)ticket refund not received

Dear KTMB,

On the 27th December 2016, I've refund 2 tickets from Ipoh to Seremban at Batu Gajah train station.The payment was done under my sister Public Bank account. Her account number is [protected]. I believe the refund should have been bank in to her account by now, yet she informed me that there isn't any refund received from your behalf. May I know what's going on and I hope to hear from your behalf as soon as possible. Your cooperation is kindly appreciated. I've filled up the form for refund on that particular day around 1220 hours. The following details are the proof of my transaction.
