KSRTC / Money deducted from my account for failed booking!
This is not the first time such an instance happening. on the 1st of september, i tried booking 2 tickets online to my native and the transaction failed after entering the transaction password. I tried once more and even that didn't go through. Then i got it booked through an agent. And to my surprise, i see that i am being charged for the two tickets. And, adding salt to the injury, there is no way i can communicate with the KSFTC fellows. No response to the email and no phone number either. The KSRTC Dept. is so irresponsible that i don't have words to describe. Please let me know, if anybody has got the money back, and if there is any way of contacting them.
