KSRTC / Money deducted from my account for failed booking!

This is not the first time such an instance happening. on the 1st of september, i tried booking 2 tickets online to my native and the transaction failed after entering the transaction password. I tried once more and even that didn't go through. Then i got it booked through an agent. And to my surprise, i see that i am being charged for the two tickets. And, adding salt to the injury, there is no way i can communicate with the KSFTC fellows. No response to the email and no phone number either. The KSRTC Dept. is so irresponsible that i don't have words to describe. Please let me know, if anybody has got the money back, and if there is any way of contacting them.

    KSRTC has got a very poor service .Almost everyone in Bangalore who commute by KSTRC are not happy with the service.Especially people who book the ticket online have a tough time to book the tickets.If KSRTC is not ready to provide a good service than i think they should not have the facility of online booking .

    I had a similar experience with KSRTC - AwatarOnline. I was charged twice for the same ticket even though one transaction had failed. They money was not credited back. I did lot of follow ups through email, I gave all reference numbers they asked for. But the money was never returned.

    Forgetting all these, nowadays whenever I try to login to the website and book tickets, it displays "server busy, please retry later". I think the server is down and there is nobody to bring it up. If the quality of service is this poor, they should better close it down. I cannot understand what the real problem is. Does anyone know why this is not being taken care of?

    mine is also same case.the ticket booking is cancelled but the amount has been cut.still not yet refunded.

    I had the same experience 2 months back and looks like KSRTC like to retain the money. No action on emails and their helplines doesn't work. If they have the right accounting practice it should be evident that these are not revenues for them, it is the money they owe to their customers.

    i got two failures while Bookin and I got refund amount only for one failure. And No one is responding to the mails and Conact numbers which were given in website.
