Kronos / company claims never received returned order....return # included on package and customer has shipping receipt
I personally called to cancel this automated re-order scam after second parcel was shipped. It was within the time frame to receive a refund on the second parcel. I was given a company return number, promptly shipped back the item with # on outside of package as I was instructed with return address. I also called my credit card company to cancel the charge. They too investigated the order. The company is claiming that they never received the package. I have a shipping receipt. They may be giving a bogus return address and until the package is received...my money will not be returned. What do I do at this point?
