Kroger fuel point redemption

Reference: [protected]
On 6/25/18 10:01 p.m. when redeeming my fuel points I was only given a .75 cent option. Under the Visa plan the No. 2 option was from 0-105 cents. When I pick the No. 2 option I was thinking I would get .85 cents like under the Visa card. All it showed was from 0-75 cent option. Under the Visa card I was offered at 25 cent bonus for every 100 points, which I received earlier in the month of June from May. I could pick .85 cents since I still had 605 points from May to use. Not having another choice I picked the .75 cent option thinking it would be deducted from the remaining points of May Instead it was deducted from The Month of June. I called the Kroger fuel point representative with no satisfaction. All I asked was to put my May points to June since this was not my fault. I wasn't trying to get points I didn't earn. The only reason I use the Kroger Credit card is for the fuel points. I have other option's. The customer service representatives must thick I'm stupid. I used the remaining points for May on 6/29/18 or I would have lost them. Since No customer service person took care of this problem. The program at the fuel pump is not user friendly. I'm not a satisfied customer. Please respond. contact me on my cell phone [protected] e-mail

Kroger italian meatballs.

Generally I make meatballs according to my Mother's recipe. However, one day noticing Kroger Italian meatballs in Ralph's Market in Los Angeles, California, I decided to try them. Preparing the meatballs according to instructions on the package the appearance of the product looked wonderful and very appealing. However, tasting the prepared product left very much to be desired. The meatballs were so salty that no one could actually swallow the first bite. Some one involved in the preparation of the product apparently didn't have any safe guards or was completely unaware of the extreme saltiness in the meatballs. Because of the effect on all who were eating the spaghetti and meat ball dinner that night have become hesitant in trusting Kroger's Italian meat balls.

My complaint concerns the extreme saltiness of Kroger's Italian meatballs. The finished product was totally uneatable. This was the unanimous opinion of all parties present at the family dinner. Some thing apparently went wrong with the Kroger system to insure that the final product, in this case the Italian meatballs, met high standards.

Kroger unprofessional behavior from management

On June 28, 2018 I witnessed a Store Manager named Lauren swear at an unruly customer after the customer caused a scene. Lauren fired back with the "F" word several times very loudly in front of customers which included but was not limited to children. The security guard hired to this specific store did nothing to try to dissolve the problem and Lauren cussed at him as well. It was disgusting behavior from a management standpoint and she should not be allowed to continue to manage with that kind of demeanor. The store where this occurred is located at 3838 Richfield Rd. Flint, MI 48506.

Kroger unprofessional behaviour by kroger customer care

On 6/7/18, in women's Kroger rest room in Harper Woods, Mi, I was pulling the napkin out from the napkin holder, its cover popped out and hit my nose with loud noise, the woman in restroom came rushing to ask me couple of times if I was OK. I checked in mirror & I didn't see any blood, so I checked out and mentioned it to Lisa (supervisor/Clerk of front desk). I told her to take care of the problem in rest room before someone gets hurt. She asked if I wanted to see the manager, I was in a shock & said I will wait @see, afterwards I left home, and did cold compress and took Tylenol hoping the pain will subside.
As time went by, I was not getting better; my nose was swollen, had pain in my forehead, cheeks, around the eyes, so I went back to Kroger & filled out forms given to me by manager Greg. He mentioned Sedqwick will contact me about this.
So Loretta from Sedqwick/ Kroger Customer (# [protected], ext 38691) called me on 6/8/18 to enquire about it, I mentioned to her about the accident, with above undergoing symptoms I had, & will go to Dr If symptoms didn't subside. She told me to call her or Yadia on same # above, to let them know if I went to the Dr. Things didn't get better as my nose was swollen, had pain in my forehead, cheeks, around the eyes, still so I saw Dr. Peter Rodin on 6/11/18, he diagnosed me with head injury, suggested taking Tylenol with hot & cold compress on forehead, & to avoids any strenuous activities. I should be seeing him if things didn't get better. As for today I have lingering pain in my nose and it increases when I lift/strenuous activity and I am feeling lousy trying to recoup.
Sedquick /Kroger care, Loretta or Yadia, fail to respond to 4 messages left on their answering machines (# [protected], ext 38691) on 6/13, 6/15, 6/27, 6/29. I mentioned it to Kroger mgr Halle of HW, Mi about Kroger customer, she claims she doesn't have control over customer care, & I should contact them directly. As my calls are not replied, it seems like the same old thing as customer care office is vanished & negligent.
I don't know what's going on with customer care as they are unprofessional and rude causing stress, as I left 4 messages, without any response. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter as it has been stressful with this especially when I am trying to recoup. Loretta wanted to handle my Dr.'s visit, because she wanted me to let her know when I saw the Dr, & now she disappeared.
I have been going to this store since late 80's, I like the store and employees as they are friendly. Thanks and I appreciate your help, if you take care of this.
Sincerely
Pamela Waldrop

Kroger pharmacy

I am a stage 3 cancer patient who over the past few months every time I've went to fill my pain medications I have had some issue or another getting my medication filled . I've spent past two weeks in the hospital and had missed my regular pain management appointment and my family dr had written my a carry over prescription to get me threw until I could get back to my regular pain management dr who I have been seeing and filling or prescriptions for well over a year. Upon taking my prescription to have it filled I was once again by the same female pharmacist questioned about my doctors writing the first prescription and whether or not my doctors knew the other was writing the prescription, trying to explain that I am a stage 3 cancer patient and that I have TEAMS of doctors that all working together have and will be at different times be writing different scripts to cover the extensive pain that I'm in from the cancer, Chemotherapy and surgeries that I've had to endure over the past few months . The same female pharmacist still refused to fill my medication without talking to the pain dr whose office was closed and would be over the weekend and part of next week due to the forth of July weekend and I would just have to do without my medication that I needed that barely controlled the pain I was in and just take the other carry over medication that didn't come close to containing the pain . She has been rude and insulting and judgemental every time I've had to deal with her, I'm in no way a junkie or dr shopping, I'm a STAGE 3 cancer patient under going Chemotherapy to save my life. I will be removing my medications that is a extensive list from Kroger pharmacy at Corbin station in Corbin Ky and taking it all to another pharmacy as of today and will no longer be a customer of Kroger, after many years this is saddening but will no long be part of a department that will allow a mear pharmacist to play doctor to a cancer patient who already has 3 separate teams of doctors who all are in contact and fully aware of what the other is doing and giving me and why ..

Kroger kroger brand cake icing

I purchased 2 different brands of cake mix and 3 cans of the off-brand or Kroger brand chocolate fudge icing for a kids B-day. My purchase was on 6/25/18 @ 3:49 pm [protected] [protected] )my total balance for items purchased to make these 2 cakes was around $20.00. The reason I am so upset over my incident is that I allowed my kids to start icing the cakes and decorating them while I was in the shower when I got out to see how it turned out ...there was one can left and it had MOLD GROWING IN IT UNDER THE FRESHNESS SEAL. I HAD TO BREAK THEIR LITTLE HEARTS WHEN I HAD TO THROW IT ALL AWAY. COSTING ME HUGE INCONVENIENCE OF HAVING TO LEAVE THE PARTY WHICH WAS ON6/26/18, GO HUNT DOWN TWO CAKES AND PURCHASE THEM SINCE I ALREADY HAD GUEST THERE. AND MY DAUGHTER DIDN'T EVEN GET TO EAT ANY OF THE CAKES I BOUGHT FOR HER BIRTHDAY FROM HER STOMACH HURTING AND SHE SAID SHE LICKED THE SPOONS AND HER FINGERS WHEN DECORATING WITH THE MOLDED ICING. I don't want this negative experience to reflect as a review so I am not going to post this for all the parents from my boy scout troop and my co-workers from the hospital I work at, to spread virally because this was an isolated incident after your stores Hep -A incident that was on news.
I am however out $65.00 invested in cakes for her party, then she gets sick from eating the icing. I still have the can and pictures or her throughout the day feeling worse and worse as the day went on from that cake icing. I want that money returned or in-store credit, check, gift card, whatever but this needs to be corrected. Also mainly because of the expiration date on the cans say Feb 2019.

Kroger deli

Hello. So I went grocery shopping today with my daughters and decided for dessert we'll have apple turnovers. I bought a four pack. Fast forward were home I sit down next to my husband in the kitchen and have a taste of the apple turnovers I couldn't wait for, so I'm chewing and I noticed that I couldn't break down what I was chewing so I removed it from my mouth, it was plastic. Shocked and horrified I took another small bite very aware now and I have more plastic in my mouth.

Kroger multiple services - old store

This store needs some very serious intervention on so many levels it's hard to know where to begin.

Customer service was appalling at the Starbucks today. Employees were Brett and Charlie. Concerns were addressed with supervisor.

Slow or absent deli workers was another irritation. I personally witnessed several people who wanted to order deli meats but who didn't want to wait for an employee to help. Atrocious, the whole area and quality of help from top to bottom. Again, concerns were addressed with a store manager on duty.

Kroger deli/a very rude and unpleasant employee

I always go to Kroger's deli to get my meat but there is this one older guy named Francis. He is always rude and he will ask you what you want and walk away from you with an attitude and he's shaking his head the entire time while he's helping us. I always just tried to ignore it but then one day he gave us spoiled chicken. The situation could have been avoided if he asked us if we wanted a sample, which he never asks. I'm at the point where if I see him working I will just go somewhere else for my meat and cheeses.

Kroger kroger brand lemon lime sparkling water beverage.

I am a lifelong Kroger's customer. Family are all preferred card members and daughter and son in law own stock in Krogers. Not to impress but to affirm my satisfaction with Kroger products and personnel.

I buy my groceries and prescription drugs at Kroger's Green Twsp, Dent store. I also visit Western Hills and Cleves River Rd. Krogers trying to find this specific flavor (Lemon Lime) of water that is manufactured by Krogers.

They are always gone or a bottle or two are displayed. I have talked to supervisors at all three store to explain my desire to purchase the Lemon Lime brand by the case. They were accommodating but no follow up. The stores carry all of the other flavors of same type and are almost always stocked well, but never the Lemon Lime flavor. This issue has been going on for a minimum of 6 months, hesitated to complain, but I am starting to look for alternatives

I know this is a small matter, but it is important to myself and my wife. Thanks for listening and again I appreciate Krogers and the people who work there.

Respectfully Roy A Stanforth [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com.

Kroger defective product sold - open box bleach

I bought a bleach last year September from one of the store in Indianapolis. I didn't realized that it is already an opened bottle (which should be sealed one) while I purchase. Because of the open bottle bleach it damage my car carpet and I spelled on the apartment carpet and damaged. Next morning I went to the store and talked with Tamara Douglas (J-906 assistant manager) of the store and filed a claim. I got couple of phone calls about the claim and they said it is being investigated. I had submitted all the required documents. when I inquired last time through internet and got this case reference# as [protected]. This claim is not resolved yet.
Can someone assist me with this? I can be reached at [protected]

Thank you.

Kroger customer service and the definition of customer service

I called today since I had not heard one word from anyone at Kroger since I submitted my complaint.

Sara/call center rep. advised me that my complaint had been forwarded on to corporate. This was after she placed me on hold to read the complaint. I actually do appreciate the fact that was the first thing she did. It showed a willingness to understand the issue from the beginning instead of waiting until 5 minutes into the call. 😀
However, after she told me it had been sent on there was nothing else she could say. I actually had to dig the responses out of her.
I briefly explained how bad my experience was and that I had not heard anything at all from Kroger in over a week. I had tried to call every other day and couldn't get past more than a 20 minute hold.
Sara advised me that once a complaint is sent on to hdq that they don't hear anything else. So for her, case closed.
I again said that I just didn't understand not reaching out with the news that the case had been forwarded to hdq or even if anyone from Kroger was aware of anything. I asked why Kroger doesn't at least let the customer know that the case has been sent on. She then said she couldn't answer that question. And that it could take more than 2 weeks before I hear anything.

The more I tried to explain how I don't understand not passing on anything at all to a customer who has clearly been mistreated not even to let them know(which could be good or bad)of the forwarding. That's when she finally says that someone did call to advise me of this. I've been on the phone for almost 10 minutes and after bringing up the issue several times she finally now says this. Really?

I have to question Kroger's so called customer service practices when the customer who has been upset, regardless if it is right or wrong, has to pry any information from a "customer service agent". I also don't and never will understand how a person can hear that a disabled women is ganged up and bullied by two men, insulted and even had money stolen from her and NEVER once during the phone call does Sara say she apologizes. If anything, how about she is sorry I "FELT" mistreated? At least show you care at all.

Bottom line-Right or wrong on the understanding of the sale and or more, mistakes were made on both sides. The whole thing didn't have to be such a horrible mess. I was treated rudely by Sergio and Michael. It cost Kroger NOTHING to say they are sorry I felt or was upset that night.
I left crying due to what they did and Sara can't even be understanding as a human.

What has happened to Kroger? I don't know if it's each store or comes from Corporate but having good customer service is FREE. A nice apology from someone who actually cares goes a long way. And it makes me really sad that one of my favorite stores has fallen this way. I now know that Kroger doesn't care about anything but especially the customers. Because clearly breaking the law with advertising one price and not giving it, a very underhanded method of business is the Kroger of 2018. ☹️

Kroger new remodel, terrible service.

Recently we were excited to have a full service remodeled store in Springfield Tn., Well after a lengthy construction and shopping around the construction for quite a while the store was complete. So much better with additional offerings. This is a pretty busy store and we have been loyal Kroger customers for years but recently wishing Publix would come to our home town. My wife and I have found the shelves half stocked and many items recently out of stock period. We were in the store Sunday afternoon and when we went to checkout there were seveal checkouts not open and the self checkout was covered up, which I really do not like especially when you have a large amount of groceries which we did. There was noone to bag so I bagged my own groceries entirely and not the first time either as I looked down the isle I saw a manager who watched me bag my own while she watched. The deli is never open to get sub sandwiches or plate lunches. My father asked about the deli after several visits and was told the refrigeration was out after numerous visits. I am normally not a complainer but I spend thousands a year with Kroger and am considering a switch. Please look at whatever will make this a better experience for shoppers in Springfield Tn. weather it takes a management change or something drastic. A friend who has been a Kroger employee for years confided that they have had numerous complaints.

Kroger cashing check for $20 over my bill

My bank is too far away to just cash a check for $20 pocket money, so when I go to Kroger's in Morehead, KY., I usually write it for $20-25 over my purchase. Last Wednesday, June 20, 2018, I was "allowed" to write it for the purchase, but not the additional $20. The cashier tried it a second time...".no". Then, I thought if I went through the same line with an additional purchase, …...still, "no". So, now I have 3
little notations from Kroger #734, all from the same cashier's lane: "I'm sorry, but we're unable to proceed with your transaction." ---------after more literary comments, goes on to say: "you have the right to obtain a free copy of your information held in Certegy's file, if you request it no later than 60 days after you receive this notice. In addition, if you find that any information in Certegy's file is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to dispute it with Certegy."

So...here I am...….wondering what in the heck happened on Wednesday? The cashier was dumbfounded as to "why".
I tried calling the 800 number provided, but I only got automated voices wanting me to purchase something/sign up for something, 5 different times...that's when I hung up, without getting to speak to anyone.

Kroger mixing organic products with the rest of the store.

I will quit shopping st Kroger if I have to go through the entire store for the few organic products I buy. It's too hard to find them as it is but you moving them will be insane. I hate the Kroger stores that you have to search for the organic up and down the isles through the sludge and bad smells of the bad foods. You can smell the preservatives and the bad sugars and yeast after being free from them. I truly cannot stand that you are doing this. My whole entire family shops at Kroger for the organic foods and they all said they may as well shop at Walmart. They said Walmart is getting some pretty awesome organic food and it's far cheaper. I don't know how true this is but we may switch. It's more than an hours drive for us to go to Kroger and that wears us out enough without having to shop all the isles. I won't do it, it's just too much! Who made up something so stupid? You think organic people make gut but the poison foods? Not on your life will people who are organic do that! It's just the dumbest idea and totally has made us all mad!

Kroger customer service

Hello, I wish to first start by stating that I run and own a day care facility. I also feed the hungry/homeless in a large capacity twice a month. Because of my business, community work, as well as my personal use, I spend no less than $2200 per month ($26, 400 yearly) at krogers stores. Primarily the store located at 590 cascade ave sw, atlanta, ga 30310. Also 95% of the time I pay full price as I dont utilize my krogers card. Last night I went into the krogers located at 590 cascade ave sw, atlanta, ga 30310 to pay a bill. I was told that the people in front of me (2), were the last two customers that would be served. I said that it was my understanding that customer service close at 10pm and when I called to verify that is what I was told. The customer service worker stated that customer service is closed at 9:45pm. I said well that's wonderful because it is 9:40pm and I made it just in time. She then looked at me at said, "these two men will be my last customers." I said may I please speak to a manager. After asking her twice she finally got on the phone and called the manager. She then hung up the phone and 5 minutes later (9:47pm) I said, "is the manager coming to speak to me?". The customer service person (taniya I believe her name was) said, "no she's not. She said she doesnt have time to be bothered with this!". I asked her to repeat what she just had told me and then I motioned to the security officer, who was a few feet away, to come to customer service. Once he arrived I explained to him my frustration and he then tried to call and go get the manager himself. By this time the customer service worker (taniya I believe is the spelling of her name), turns off all the lights and looks at me and laughs and says im done. I told her she was being rude and she yells at me and says the most unbelievable thing to me. She says (and I quote), "you just mad because you can't pay your bill. Don't be mad at me because you waited until the last minute. You should have paid it earlier!" I could not believe she said that. I told her she was unprofessional and rude and I asked her for corporate's number. To which she quickly replied, "1-800-krogers, call them I don't care"! I absolutely can not believe her attitude and behavior and want justice for the situation.

Kroger cake

I recently ordered a cake from the Kroger near my home and was disappointed with the outcome. The cake was ordered for a graduation party so I got a full sheet to feed my 70+ guests. When I ordered the cake I asked for it to be made with a whipped frosting seeing as the guests I had invited preferred that. Upon cutting the cake at the party I realized it wasn't what I had asked for. I was very disappointed because I had paid $50 for that cake and not even a fourth of it was eaten because no one liked the topping. It was very upsetting to have that reaction to something I was excited for.

We have purchased ‘Cincinnati Gourmet Ham’ from the deli at the Forest Hills Kroger for years. Sunday I was told that Kroger no longer carries this brand. This is apparently a corporate decision. I am registering my extreme irritation with this decision. Why discontinue an excellent product? Kroger does not off another baked ham product that is anywhere near the quality and flavor of Cincinnati Gourmet, the Boars Head brand doesn’t even come close. Please rethink this and return the Cincinnati Gourmet Ham to the delis in your Kroger store at Forest Hills.
