Kroger self checkout

On Sunday May 7, 2017 while at the self checkout line at approximately 4:45 pm. After the end of my transaction I requested $40 cash back. I walked away for a short while came back and the money was not there . When I advised the store clerk and management by the name of Michael they advised there is nothing they can do. I know I am at fault for walking away but I feel like me the victim is being punished and whoever took the money is rewarded.

Kroger stalking

May 04 2017 around 8:19pm, I enter the store & ask where can I buy a carton of cigarettes, a young lady told me go to register 9. So I walk to register 9 after a couple minutes the Cashier next to 9 by the name of Jahvisha said I can help, as I'm telling Jahvisha what I need she is murmuring with the cashier on 9 I paid no mind to it till I go to check out with JAHVISHA Is On phone in her register with lady in register 9 both on the phone. I hand JAHVISHA my Identification Card && she's ASKING ME FOR MY ADDRESS! NOT MY DOB, so I asked Why are you asking for my address & not my date of birth?
SHE SAID:!
THE MANAGER ON DUTY THINKS YOU LOOK YOUNG SO I HAVE TO ASK FOR YOUR ADDRESS.

THE REASON WHY ONE HANDS THERE ID IS TO PROVE THERE AGE ?

TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY: STOP TRYING TO STALK CUSTOMERS!

That's not stalking. They're seeing if you know the address that's on your license. As many people with fake ids probably won't know the address that's printed on it.

Anita the legal age in Georgia to buy cigarettes is 18!
I would't be buying cartons of cigarettes if I had just started smoking tabacco!

Also I would understand if they asked for my address to buy liquor, since the legal age is 21.

That makes no sense. So for booze its ok, but not for cigarettes? Great logic.

Kroger service

I recently went in the self check out at your Troy, MI store. I did so because I had several coupons and I didn't want to gold up
A main check out line because I have experienced problems in the past with Krogers when it comes to couponing. After being overly anylized on every item, Diane appeared frustrated when a bogo coupon would not go through after she tried several times. It was a legitimate coupon. She then told me that "this is not really the place to coupon" and walked away to help someone else. When she got back the idle screen froze and restarted. I was then ushered to another check out. The Manager, Alicia came over and even more so overly anylized all of my coupons and turned down more coupons that were correct just different scents of All detergent that when the new cashier scanned did go through. She then took them off stating she would not honor them. I was told that the rude behavior by Diane would be addressed but that was just not good enough. I liteely spent a hour in this one transaction and needed to get home to get my kids ready for bed.

Kroger rude and liars

The Nicole girl working on Thursday May 4 2017 at 9:00p for Western Union lied to me saying she couldn't change the Us dollar money transfer. So I left and drove clear across town to another Kroger's where the gentleman did the same thing but, he fixed it so that's telling me she lied to me. Then I call the Kroger's where I was the first time and the manager named Viana not sure that's how it's spelled or she might of lied I think she her real name was Clarissa or something.she got rude and hung up on me twice so I cussed her out. very bad for business I will not shop at a Kroger's again on Needmore Rd Dayton oh 45414

Kroger a funky so called manager on duty

I was shopping in your forest drive location and your manager on duty became very disrespectful when I asked to scan a coupon. I went to get someone else and they tried to help as much as they could but at the end I needed his number for the screen and he refused. I have never been so pissed off in my life and it took everything in me to not fly off the handle and cuss him out. If he doesn't want to be here he needs to find another place of employment. He does not know how to talk to customers and I need more than I call back this isn't my first time dealing with nasty customer service at this location. I am a avid couponer and I will avoid this location as well as my friends and family. It is sad because now I will drive farther out just to avoid this store. I do not know his name, he does not have on a name tag. He needs to change his gender while he's looking for another job. Shame a man to act like a female and have a nasty attitude. Over a question about a catalina coupon, it could have been handled a whole lot differently.

Kroger inappropriate behavior

While at work today waiting on a customer, I was belittle and demeaned in front of a customer by the floral manager, Char Titus. This is not the first time that this has happened. I was in the middle of waiting on the customer when she started talking over me about how I didn't know what I was doing. The customer is the administrator of a big nursing facility here in Wellington, and was needing balloons blown up with helium for a big open house that they are having on May 3rd. She was more than willing to pay for the helium. We have done this in the past, since we didn't have the exact colors needed for the open house. Char then walked away. The customer, looked at me and could hardly speak. She was very uncomfortable with what had just happened. The customer then asks me, "Does she always talk down to you and so condescending?" I apologized to the customer and reassured her that I would take care of her order. This is not the first time that this has happened. She has also done this other times. Another time while waiting on a customer she pushed me over to the side and told the customer that she would be happy to take care of them, as I was only there to be her maid and clean up after her. The customer and her husband, looked at me awkwardly and went back to placing their order. There needs to a reprimand for her actions. If I was in the wrong she should have taken me to the side and discussed this with me, not call me out and make me look like an idiot in front of customers. She has no customer service skills and needs to be in a different field of employment!

Kroger artisan lettuce

I purchased Artisan Lettuce from the Kroger located at 350 E. Six Forks Road in Raleigh, NC 27609. I recently became a new customer over three years ago, because the gym facility is located near this store location, so I shop at this location often. I've always purchased Artisan Lettuce and never had a problem until about a month in a half ago. I noticed the lettuce was covered with a large amount of (what felt like) sand. The lettuce is extremely gritty. So after another purchase on yesterday (May 1, 2017) I quickly realized the salad was still quite gritty. I like to purchase this salad for its nutrients, but I want to be satisfied as well. Please either pull this item off the shelf or do a much better job of make sure the lettuce is clean. I purchase the type that is in a plastic container. I felt I had to complain because I keep investing in the item and I'm not getting a good return. Please address this problem asap.

Thank you in advance,

Ms. Morgan

Kroger angus pot roast

Last week I purchased one of your Angus Pot Roast for sunday dinner. When it was ready to eat I took it out of my crockpot to cut it up only to find that at least 70% of it was nothing but fat. I have bought several of your angus cuts before and they always had plenty of meat on them. Not so on this one. Very disappointed that I wasted my money on fat.

Kroger employee shawn swinderhammer

This employee is always rude to me I have constantly tried to be friendly and few times I've asked about where a iteam might he is short and rude with me. My grandmother was shopping and was complaining to me about a rude employee at the Pekin IL. Location and I instantly put two together. Seems his on my fiancee friend list and I was appalled to see what I believe he wrote about my grandmother to be seen unaware that I or her would see it. It is very unprofessional of him and honestly don't want him to get in trouble but that is no way too treat the elderly..

Hello, my name is Patricia Williams my husband name is Larry Williams. We were just in your Kroger store, Blytheville, Arkansas 72315. 30 minutes ago we we're in line for 15 minutes, A guy with the name tag of Willie, came up and told a white guy to come on up from behind us, he would check him out ahead of us.. We complained about this matter to Willie but he just looked at us and continued to check the white guy out ahead of us! We feel like we we're discriminated against and feel that your customers should all be treated the same regardless of their skin color. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Kroger meat department

I went to the division street location and purchased a half ribeye. I rang for the meat cutter . He came out with four inches of hair sticking out all around his cap and was VERY rude. I asked if he could cut the steaks about inch and a half he bluntly said no ive already cleaned everything. It was 6:37 pm Thursday evening . This is MOT the first time this has happened but I promise you it is the last. I will not set foot in krogers again. You can have your card and your rude employees who refuse to do their jobs. Pathetic.

Kroger birthday cake

I went to the Kroger store located on North Bend Road in Cincinnati, Ohio today, 4/26/17, to purchase a birthday cake for my daughter. I choose a cake and had one of the girls at the deli personalize it. I did not realize until I returned to work that the word birthday was spelled wrong and the writing was not very pretty. It would be difficult for me to get back to the store this afternoon, so I would like a refund of $16.49. My name is Melissa Wilker and my address is 4114 N Dearborn Rd, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025. My phone is [protected]. Thank you.

Kroger shopping cart

I shop at this location every two weeks. Today on April the 24th 2017 I went there did my grocery shopping went thru the u-scan (like i always do) paid for my items and as i was leaving i went thru the first pair of exit doors and my cart came to a dead stop (i did not know what was going on with the cart) so i went back inside to get help (the employee closest to the door was u-scan well she was with 3 other customers and i had to wait 5 mins! until she can help me). I told her my cart is stuck in the middle of the floor and i dont know why. She said it was a new security thing and it locks the wheels up if your cart sits to long so she unlocked them. Now my question to you, what? My cart sitting to long? I dont care what the reason is that the company decided to do this, what i do care about is shopping at an establishment without hassles. This is definitely an issue for me because you should not have to hqve your shoppong cart all of a sudden lock up on you nor should you have to go and find someone and wait for them to unlock it. There are other establishments right up the road that would be happy to get my business. If this issue is not solved by the next time that i am in there (2-3 weeks) and this happens again. I will take my business else where for good! I hope you take this issue as serious as i do because this should not have happened.

Kroger half & half 1/2 gallon size

I normally buy at least one half & half 1/2 gallon size per week. The Morton
Kroger is almost always out of that size but has multiples of the other sizes.
I have complained for over a year to management to no avail. Most times the
blame is put on Corporate or the computer program and that they have no control. Since the "best use date" is in June extra stock would not go bad.
I assume the problem has been caused by the coffee shop in the Kroger but this is an assumption. The Kroger stores in Pekin and East Peoria never seem to be out of stock why does Morton have this problem? It feels like I'm being encouraged to shop at the Morton Walmart. Why would you do this?

Kroger refusing to honor rain check

The manager, Joe Turner, refused to honor a rain check. He advised me that I was reading it wrong because the manager, K. Baker, doesn't know what she's doing. Ms. Baker wrote the rain check while looking at the sales paper. A copy of the Rain Check is included.
Mr. Turner was very rude and while surrounded by the management team, told me I had 5 sec to leave because I couldn't read it right. I disagreed with him about the meaning of the Check.

Kroger pssst canned vegetables

I typically only buy Kroger products and I am always pleased with them. I don't always buy them, but as money is tight the Psst products help to stretch the dollar. The mixed vegetables were bought twice both with horrible results. I thought the first time was just an accident. But the second time the results were the same. Please view the picture on the can and what is actually in it. Highly disappointed. The majority was only carrots and potatoes. I am all about value but I also expect the product to be what is described. If I wanted just carrots and potatoes I could have bought that. If adding the rest of the vegetables is not cost efficient for the Psst products I suggest removing it from the shelf.

Kroger no one listens

I submitted a written complaint to the Kroger corporate office, about an employee slowing down two lanes while checking out. She refused to have her groceries bagged and then involved the checker in the next lane when her bill was a couple $$ over what she thought is should be. The reason I wrote to corporate was that the store manager did not take my concerns seriously.
It is now over three weeks later and I have no response. I guess they don't care about the consumer either. I now only shop at Kroger if I have too.

Kroger about the bakery products and people who do not speak english.

Dear Kroger,

I felt it was time to ask you to get rid of the skinny foreign manager, people who do not speak English in the bakery, produce, and in the Deli. I know how your store used to function 15 years ago and right after Albertsons left. Customers deserve better than this. We value Kroger's Store.

I mean this in a loving way. It's time for a good change with clean positive results. The Bakery products need to be wrapped and completely secured. The Bakery area should look clean and people need to be able to communicate effectively. Please value American workers and provide the best for your customers. Kroger customer service

I was just informed that customer service is no longer accepting fuel point surveys over the phone, that I must use the web app. Problem is that I've lost 100's of points just in 2016 due to bugs in the website. I used to shop every week and submitted every 7 days so met the only one per 7 days rule. It's like playing the lotto with the website. Spoke with Ashley a customer service manager in Oregon who was of no help and no concern on fixing the problem or keeping me as a customer of over 25 years. Only reason I stayed with Kroger was the fuel points and that's no longer reliable. Is this intentional? I have Walmart, Publix, Aldi, GFS, and Sprouts just around the corner.

Kroger mannerless manager

I went to Kroger and I saw Manager Jeanette berate and yell at her employees so much that a girl cried. I've also seen Jeanette insult and degrade employees so much that I felt disgusted with myself.

I've seen this happen many times. It seems like every other time I go to Kroger I see Jeanette making people cry or shouting about some small, insignificant details.

I wonder about the hiring process of Kroger, because she's not the only awful person I have seen. It looks like all the managers enjoy taunting and bullying other employees.
