Kroger racist at kroger gas station on chapel hill

I was at the gas station on chapel Hill . And the lady in the Booth, and her name is Boobie in very racist and rude . She skip me in line to let the white people in front . Let me say I was in line first . And plus my money is the same color as there's. I always get my gas there, but when she is there, it's bad vibes. She is very racist and need to be removed from that position. And this is not the first run in with her. If this doesn't work, I will go further with it until Justice is served. There's no time for this non since out here.

Kroger bacon

I always buy the kroger (at a Smiths) thick cut bacon but lately I have been very disappointed. I have pictures of the package I opened this Saturday that had such a thin line of meat that it was nearly non existent. Each strip was 95% fat. I am staving photos and hope this can be rectified
Thank you

Kroger abusive language at gas station by worker

we went to fill the gas and gas was not available, a worker who was scolding on everyone with abusive language and showing racism instead of telling smoothly that gas is not available and I have told him to calm down where he got more aggressive with his language. he is a old man I dont want to be rude so I left the place.

I dont want to make it a big issue but that worker needs to learn some respect towards his work and customers.

I am requesting Kroger management to look into this and dont hire people like this.

Kroger moldy bread

Tonight I was horrified At what I had ate. In the following pictures you will see the sloppy joe I had made using all Kroger products including the bread that has not expired and only 8 days since I have bought it. I just had my son 3 weeks ago and if I get sick due to eating your bread it will make it extremely difficult to take care of a newborn. I went shopping on September 10, 2017. It is currently September 18th, 2017. The bread will not expire until the 20th of September 2017 according to the packaging. I have shopped loyally at Kroger for years and this is not acceptable. I am beyond upset. I am beyond pissed off. I live in Toledo, Ohio. I shopped at the Kroger store on Suder Ave Toledo, Ohio.

Kroger kroger incontinence pads

Through the years I have watched extraordinary name brands be replaced by Kroger inferior copies, sneaking them in until they are obliterated from the shelves. I am now having to go elsewhere to get the medium size Poise Pads. In desperation I actually purchased the Kroger brand and when I opened it was surprised that it look pretty good, but all went downhill when I tried it. Moisture did not distribute evenly into the pad, but created a hard wad like clumping kitty litter. The sensation of wearing a rough roll of paper towel comes to mind. The Poise Pad stay soft and maintains it's shape. KROGER, YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD ON THIS ONE. Please keep Poise stock up until you can produce something that works and not just looks like it will.

Kroger spoiled vegetables

I have visited this store many times, but since the store underwent renovations seems like their vegetables are not checked or they just put them out for sale without any thought. I purchased "fresh" Brussels sprouts a couple of time and had to throw them away due to bugs in the sprouts. Then yesterday I purchased tomatoes (in wrapper) when I got home noticed they were spoiled. No one in the veggie depot seems to care or want to help. This store seems to be much better as getting around but their produce is terrible. I will be purchasing my veggies and fruit elsewhere from no on.

Kroger products not being available or at store when sales ads start

Over the last 3 months. Every time I go 2 Krogers in Fostoria. Ohio, does not matter what products I have went for . They are not available or store all the sudden doesnt carry them? Weird as when the sale is over, said products reappear on shelves! I try to shop local . As to keep THEE only grocery store thriving in OUR town. I dont know if this store has someone new ordering there products? I have placed a special order for some Propel water, it was on sale . Of course none in store, was given rain checks. So as of today it has been 3 weeks and still no word from Kroger as to the special order has came in? I have driven 30 minutes to nearby other Krogers and surprise they have ALL the sales items in there stores. It makes me not want to shop at Krogers in Fostoria, Ohio anymore, Sadly I am a lifelong Fostorian and Kroger shopper.

Thats true but I have been given rain checks for stuff that has been out and a month later still don't have. Then they proceed to tell you the rain check is no longer valid because it is over the 30 days date.

Kroger gasoline

I have always purchased gasoline at the newer Krogers here in Rincon Ga. Why is your gas all of a sudden 10 to 20 cents per gallon higher. Its alright with me I can go to many of the other stations here just like most other people are doing. I just think its strange that you do not seem to care. Maybe either you compete with the others or close it up .Its your business.

Kroger bakery

I visited two different Kroger locations.

1- Cherry Grove Plaza Kroger on Beechmont Ave on 9/14/17 around 5 pm
2- Anderson Township Kroger on Beechmont Ave on 9/15/17 around 2:30 pm ( I left work early to make sure to talk to a day-time bakery employee!)

At both visits, I attempted to order a cake and cupcakes for my daughters birthday. At both locations, there was no one in the bakery to help me. I had questions regarding pricing and how many people a certain cake feeds, and the people helping me had no idea because they were from another department.

The Kroger employees that helped me were very sweet. However, its a little frustrating as a working mother trying to get things together for a birthday party to have to make multiple trips just to order a cake because Kroger can't staff the bakery properly- at two different locations during two different times of the day. If you can only place orders during certain times- you should state this on your bakery policies or hours of operations.

Exteremely frustrated!

Kroger not enough electronic carts for shopping

EVERY time that I try to shop at the Kroger at 26400 Ford Rd, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127 there is NEVER an electronic cart for me to use. I am DISGUSTED with this store because they DO NOT have ANY consideration for those of us that need assistance in shopping. I live 2 minutes from this store and now I can't even shop there, I have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to shop at the Meijer in Westland Michigan. I have talked to the store manager on SEVERAL occasions and he is NO help and should be terminated for his lack of compassion and concern for the less fortunate.

In addition there are NOT ENOUGH handicap parking spaces and the store manager does NOTHING when people are parked in the handicap space that DO NOT have the proper identification on their car.

Kroger pharmacy

Today September 14th 2017 at approximately 8:30 p.m. I shop that the Smiths food drug store here my hometown Los Lunas New Mexico tp fill perscriptions at the Smith's Pharmacy in Los Lunas, NM. I'll get right to the point because I'm tired and I feel like customers need to know what is going on with outgoing into detail. The Pharmacist, Edwina, is the rudest person I am ever ran into in retail. She Cursed at me. I talked to her Manager Christine Archibeque and explain to her what happened. She took the pharmacist side. And now I will be contacting Corporate office in Salt Lake City and possibly Cincinnati Ohio tomorrow. The Assistant Manager Christine Archibeque referred to me as being rude to her employees and I have to say that I am not. I am a loud person and somewhat blunt and say what i have to.say without being rude. If I say something I'm going to say it direct I'm not going to candy coated. I call a spade a spade and people can't understand that this is a business not a non-profit then they need to work somewhere or where there is more tolerance for employees rudeness. in the business profit world, you need to be polite and courteous always and understand that customers have other choices by other stores other pharmacies and customers don't have to put up with rude service. This pharmacist is rude and refuse to process my insurance payment which is very difficult and she didn't want to do the extra steps to follow the insurance policies and rules for payment..If this is a major problem with employees, then they are in the wrong line of work. It comes down to this I don't have to beg for service or be polite when I am going there for service to begin with. I am there as a customer to do business not to socialize or make friends. If I spoke to the Assistant Manager those were my words so as a result of this I am going to contact corporate office and write letters to make sure that this Assistant Manager Christine and tge pharmacist employee Evelyn understand that customers are there for service. they are there to serve us the customers. We don't work for them or have to tolerate there sarcasm, rudeness or their obnoxious behavior etc. I don't need to be justified I don't need to be told that I disrespected employees. It doesn't matter We live in a world that people have no respect for customers no more. I have seen at that store in Los Lunas customers being treated very badly by employees. It seems like customers are a bother to certain employees. But not all managers and not all employees act this way but there's a lot more and that store is definitely not conducting themselves right. They need to train or reinforce good customer service skills they lack big time on customer service skills the store is located in Los Lunas New Mexico.

Kroger coupon offer

I recieved a preferred customer coupon offering $75 added to my kroger card. If i tranfer a prescription from another business to the kroger pharmacy. Uopon reading the fine print i found out my precription qualifies with one exception- i have medicaid for me and the 10 year old grandaughter i am raising. Thereby disqualifying us from your offer. Im am extremely offended as i work 40 plus hours a week at 12:50 an hour at age 55 to support us both and do not recieve food stamps or other benefits. I also buy all my groceries at our local Krogers store along with gas for work. When i read the front page of the offer it says" supporting your health and wellness" with big savings from our pharmacy. Well, hardworking people like me feel insulted and discriminated. Against simply because we need government assistance to afford healthcare. Dont you think an extra $75 would benefit my young grandaughter and myself by supporting health and wellness in a dedicated Kroger shopping best customer family? Thanks for making us feel less a part of the Kroger family'. We will most likely be taking our business elsewhere. Shame on you!

Kroger employee behavior/lack thereof...

Today, 9/14/17 @ 2:01 p.m., I visited my StonyBrook Kroger, 9080 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY as I frequently do.

I proceeded to self-checkout with your Employee, MaryAnn (Receipt shows CHEC 512) at the station. I was not acknowledged. Fine, I'm used to that in most places. However, she made a point to speak/recognize everyone else that came through the checkout, including one of your female management employees ( couldn't see her name tag) as she checked out with her purchase.

As a 63 year old, retired, woman of color I typically do not write these kinds of letters but in light of today's racial climate, I feel the need to do so.

Continuing to check out my purchases, MaryAnn paced past me several times, still no acknowledgement and it felt accusatory because of the register messages to 'put purchases in bag' ... which I did. Apparent glitch. However, notwithstanding that matter, your employee withheld cordialities that cost nothing. It left a "bad taste" in my mouth.

As I departed, back to MaryAnn because I was walking away, I heard 'have a nice day' which could have been for anyone. I didn't respond.

So, I'm not asking for anything special or extra, just a pleasant shopping experience. I've been shopping at this location 19 years and really don't want to look for other shopping choices.

Thank you,
Valda K. Pugh

Kroger front end supervisor

At first I thought our F.E.S. (Front End Supervisor) was a friendly person but his true personality quickly showed. He's bitter, snips, some what rude. He does it all professionally but goodness it's like dealing with a constant complainer. He finds a new pet peeve every week/few days to complain about. He snips at us from the far side of the check stands to tell us "Don't do that." He has no mannerism when dealing with certain situations. He's snipped at me for what are legal returns according to company protocol. He plays genetic favorites. Tends to ignore certain individuals for their breaks. Legally only gives the lunch. I've only been working with him about eight weeks and I'm sick of it. Very rarely do I hear polite things from his mouth.

At my current store the F.E.S. operates self check while on duty. I've had some situations where I've had large returns and tried to get him involved. He wouldn't do it. He kept saying "You can do it." Only to be snipped and manager scolded the next day. There's been several times where when there is work to do he is no where to be present. No where to be found. Several times we have to page him to assist self ceck. If we ask who to page upfront to assist in the growing lines; he snips at us and says rudely "Let me do my job!"

Is there some thing I can do? Management keeps watching him closely but this makes him feel more difficult to deal with. Because his masculinity for his job is threatened.

I'm surprised he hasn't snipped at me for properly unloading the bottom of the basket but squatting/sitting down on the floor to unload it to the shelf and then getting up again. I will get a doctor's note from my chiropractor if I have to that says "You will give your employee the right to properly lift, bend twist and load/unload items according to proper lifting rules." I have told/will tell him if he's so bothered by it to get a signed note from management forbidding it. I have scoliosis from these dumb half shopping carts (pretty sure; didn't have it before I started working here) and there's not too many ways you can unload them for proper bending twisting, lifting rules...

Kroger gas station

I got gas on 930 division st in parkersburg, wv. on 9/9/17. The gas station attendant swiped my card and put my gas on the wrong pump. I go back up to the window and wait in line again with my children waiting in the car. The attendant then said " that was my fault" and swiped my card again for gas. At the time I didn't know I was being charged again. As i pumped my gas my phone alerted me that I had $2.00 left in my account. After pumping my gas I went to the window again and asked why they didn't tell me I being charged again. The attendant said it's been refunded... I asked again, why wasn't I made aware that I was being charged again because there was only $42.00 in the account and now there's only $2.00 in my account for $20.00 in gas. The attendant then told me it's put back on card almost immediately and had forgot to tell me she was charging me again... Really... So 2 hours later no money put back in account. I went back to the same gas station and another attendant was working, she had to go back and look on her POS for when I got the gas and then printed me my refund receipt. I asked why the money wasn't back in my account, she then tells me it can take 24 hours to be refunded... So now I had to pay with my credit card for my children and I to eat, which has a 24.99% interest rate... And now it's 2 days later 9/11/17 and still no money in my account. Your company should be leiable for the extra money I have to spend on my credit card... This is so dirty of this company to treat my family like this. I called the 800 number this morning and they now say it could be up to 5 days just to get what's already mine returned to me... Your company was quick enough to take it for sure! Now i'm still broke using my credit card for gas today at SPEEDWAY, I will not shop or get gas at Kroger ever again..

Kroger kroger clicklist

Yesterday September 9th I submitted a Kroger click list pickup at the 13 mile, Roseville MI. Location. My pick up was for 5pm. At 4 pm was called and ask if I could come in at 6pm instead. I let the staff member know this order included items for my dinner this evening and that 6pm would be the latest. My husband arrived at 6:14pm to pick up the order. He was told after calling to let them know he was there they would be out in a few min. 45 min later no one came out and the cars pulling up after him were reicieving their orders. I called and ask what was going on the sales associate put me on hold to check, when she came back on she stated or order still was not ready. I ask why the hell they left my husband sitting out there and did not have the decency to even update him. She said she didn't know and that they will have it down shortly. It was now after 7pm. We have 3 children at home needing dinner one of them autistic. Schedules in our house are so important. I told her my husband would not sit there longer. After he arrived home we called and ask to speak with a manger. The manger I believe Lisa was totally unprofessional telling me she doesn't know why and had no solution her advice was I come in to the store to shop on my own. I told her my husband who shops had just had surgery on his leg which is why he can't walk through a store and needed to use click list. She said she needed to speak with the staff doing our order to find out more info. I ask if she could do so and please call us back. It was now 7:45. The manger never called us back. It is now Saturday morning we still have no grocerys nor have they refunded or $165 for the order. I'm literally speechless at this point. For one at the lack of customer service, to the poor management, no conflict resolution, and no regard for the sensitive situation. We now need to grocery shop to get the items we did not yesterday however I'd like our money back immediately.

Our order was scheduled for pick up at 6pm. We arrived and waited two hours for our grocerys being told over and over they would be out. Cars rolled up and would get their stuff and there we sat. They finally brought our things out at 8:37pm we pull off to leave after not even getting a credit for the fee only to get a call half way home they didnt give us waters. We go back get them come home only to find half the grocerys still missing. We called and where told cause we rushed them we would need to come back and get our additional items that were missing.

Please bare in mind this is after we never received our order yesterday from a diffrent kroger and have not had our money refunded . I didmt know this could happen twice unreal.

January 11, 2017 Hebron Ky I though it would be a great idea to do click list on my way home from work.
Selected my items 24 hrs ahead, pick up between 6-7, arrived at 6.
Well because it appears every one has the same great idea I’ve been in line for now 3 hours .
Why would Kroger allow so many pick ups at once? There are only 2 young men trying to service what looks to be hundreds of customers, what I’d like to know is where is the manager ? They should be helping... half of the people don’t seem to have their groceries ready, I’m one spot away from freedom and I’ve been in this one spot at least an hour! Oh but I did receive my text telling me to not forget, my order is ready!?!?

Kroger fresh selection shredded carrots

Purchased Fresh Selection shredded carrots from the produce section at my local Kroger, located at 20730 Pontiac Trail, South Lyon, MI 48178. Upon returning home to prepare a salad, I opened shredded carrots bag and grabbed a small portion and started to eat them. Upon eating carrots, i bit down on a very hard and sharp object that did not feel like carrots. I reached into my mouth to find a large white, sharp, course and hard object that resembles a piece of tile and/or very hard plastic. The sharp and course sides to this object scraped my gums and has caused pain in my tooth. I have included pictures of the purchase item; bag of carrots as well as the object to cause injury. I took the bag of carrots and object back to my local Kroger store and requested to speak with the Store Manager on duty. Upon speaking with her, she acted like she wanted nothing to do with me and would forward my complaint to the Produce Manager? Really? I walked away and never seen the Store Manager again throughout my shopping trip that day and decided to forward my complaint to Corporate for assistance. Since a bag of carrots are only $3, I am seeking to be compensated for my pain/injury via a gift card for my next few grocery trips.
