Kra'sa / Envisage Skin International review: kra'sa anti aging cream 24

I was on facebook and saw kra'sa anti aging cream advertised as a free trial with only $4.98 in shipping and handling fees; while I was skeptical but since they stated were endorsed by the show shark tank, I thought maybe I would give it a try so I used my mastercard (Instead of my bank card just in case) to purchase this free trial which they then said I needed another product along with it-no price so I assumed was included. I checked my credit card statement a few days later and saw they deducted the correct amount, then a week later they deducted $103 and $109 out of my account. I did receive the 2 products but can't remember exactly when (I never used them) I never noticed these charges in my account because I was not expecting anything more to be deducted! Until aug 8th when I received yet another 2 products in the mail - this is when I noticed they charged me in july and august totaling around $430! I called them and they will only refund me the aug payments! I demand my money back! If you can help with this I would appreciate it! It is not right. They stole from me.

OMG, I can not believe what I have been reading on this site. Almost word for word what I would say. What a SCAM! I wish I had seen these complaints, before I requested my "FREE TRIAL".

I had a similar, if not identical experience, as most of the posting here & on the BBB site. What surprises me is that VISA has the type of relationship with this company that allows them to use entrapment strategies to entangle by using false statements from celebrities as endorsements, quickly highjacking the buyer to another website, sending products within impossible timelines, no paper work included with ‘samples’ so not sure what it is & who it is from..&charges are under different names. Keeping the consumer confused by varying company names & charges..not including paperwork with samples so unsure as to where & by whom they were sent therefore missing the very short window for return. The entire Experience was probably falling the letter of the law but ALL done by means of entrapment. VISA needs to protect their customer by looking at the SCAM issues & believe there is enough evidence to say that this company is on the fringe of illegal & that customers are being grossly mishandled & manipulated. I hope Visa rethinks the type of relation they have with this company & does more to stop allowing the offending company to use their ‘legal department’ to use this kind of legal manipulation..The product company knows that the consumer can’t afford an attorney to stand up for what is ‘right’ & stop this type of consumer entrapment. I have been with Visa for over 35 years & this is the first time that I experienced them allowing their relationship with this offending company take presidence over a customer. For this type of entrapment to continue causes me to wonder if the unfair charges to the customers are worth the financial gain to Visa...?

I will try calling the 877 number, but it gets so frustrating! Push one for English, push two etc. I hope it works because I live on a fixed income and can't afford $100 or more for skin cream.

Me too! Do we have any recourse to get the seller or manufacturer to accept product that has not been opened for a refund?

I totally have the same complaints from the facebook free trial as the above people. I wish I could publically admonish these thiefs, who ended up taking $438 for a few bottles of low quality product. TOTAL SCAM, this company is totally dishonest. DO NOT DO THE FREE TRIAL!

Definitely deceiving scam, do not purchase!

I called their customer service number [protected] and request to cancel the account. They stated that they did not have a refund policy; but after some effort with the representative, I was able to request a 50% refund. Afterwards, I ask for a confirmation email regarding my cancellation and refund request. At least I have a reference in case the issue continues. In addition, I disputed the charges with my credit card company and cancel my card; it's unfortunate, but it's better than taking the change of being charge again! Beware online shoppers, and good luck!

The very same thing happened to me. I ordered the face cream Krása said to be endorsed by Kandi Burress of the TV show Atlanta Housewives. It was supposed to be a free trial that cost $2.96 for S&H. As I proceeded to my cart this unadvertised serum appeared and I could not complete my order unless I paid and additional $4.98 for S&H. I ordered on Oct. 24 and received my package 6-8 days later. After only trying the product for about 3-4 days, I noticed on my debit card that the company had charged me $103 under the name of Eye Pro. I called to have them suspend my account and they insisted I had gone past the 14-day trial period. I asked them to suspend my account and refund my money. After several attempts, he offered to suspend my account and send me $51.50 of the $103 that I was charged to my card. I asked repeatedly to speak to a manager and was told that someone from the manager's division would call me within 24-48 hours. This is a scam, these people are fraudulent and taking advantage of hard working people. I will probably never get a call nor will I ever receive the $51.50 refund. I kept all my correspondence from them.

I have a very similar complaint. I saw the offer for a free trial on FB. I put in my name and address. It then said they needed a credit card number for $4.98 S&H. I thought that was fair, so I put in my credit card number (BIG MISTAKE!) It immediately went to a site for serum, an instant up-sell, which I detest, so I tried to cancel my order, which I wasn't allowed to back out of! I did not see any small print as I was trying to cancel my order. I did NOT go through any check-out and just LEFT THE SITE WITHOUT CHECKING OUT! I went on vacation and came back home to find full sized products shipped to me ~ no paperwork in them, no invoice ~ nothing! I couldn't believe they sent it without any checkout! I am thankful that CitiCard called and also emailed re: fraud alert for charges of $103 and $109 - one went thru, and the $109 I quickly denied. They gave me the info and instructions to call and cancel what I had no idea would be ongoing charges as others have mentioned, and also advised me that their deceptive business practices were legal because of the fine print. Although there are 2 separate products, with separate phone #'s, they are the same company - Envisage Skin International. I quickly called the company and it was obvious that they were used to complaints such as mine. I told them to stop all charges, and refund the $103. They credited me with 50% of the $103, and said to keep it, and return the $109 serum, and CALL them when I did within 30 days, but they did NOT advise of the $21.80 (20% or $20, whichever is most) refund charge. This is a total SCAM!

Fraud is all I can say. I was on the phone for half an hour with the company this morning. I followed all the terms and conditions set forth on the company page when ordering, even canceled within the 14 days via email (multiple emails because I decided to send the copy of my order) for BOTH products as I had two different order numbers for the two
products.
I also sent a copy of my order
confirmation so there was no confusion on the official order date or on the order numbers. I was told the email(s) were not received and I should have called to confirm. I then read them their terms and conditions which clearly state to call OR email your cancellation. They then tried to use a different approach as to why I was charged and not cancelled. Each time I was able to refute their claims as I had copies and screen shots of everything that transpired during my purchase.
I demanded an RMA number (he claimed I could keep the product as my acct was closed) however, I do not believe they will not charge me after the 30 days if they do not receive the product back. Again, I referred the representative to the companies Terms and Conditions. He seemed to know nothing about them and asked what web address I read them on.

During this call my bank texted me that suspected fraud was occurring and to contact them. My husband did while I was on the other line sorting this out. I told the company we were talking to our bank and they have been flagged as a fraudulent charge.
This is an ongoing process so I have not conclusion to report yet.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE FREE TRIAL.

The same thing happened to me. I called to get the charge removed and they told me they would be willing to return 30% of the $103 and $109. When I said no, they said they would give me 60% back. I still said no and that I wanted a manager. For 19 days now I have been trying to talk to a manager named Alex. He never calls when they tell me he will. But today we did talk. What a waste of time that was. He said that he couldn't give me a refund. I am now disputing it with my bank. They are needing a lot of information and sadly I don't have any paperwork. When I received the product there was no papers even to say who it was from or what the terms were. It is pretty sad that these people are getting by with it. I do have a number for you to call if you want to. But let me warn you, you will not get anywhere.

On the site they advertise this product as having 6 ingredients. I looked around for a full ingredient list and even sent an email asking for them. I did not receive a reply or was able to locate a full ingredient list. Honestly at this point I should have walked away but I decided maybe it would only be 6 ingredients. So I sign up for the free trial. At one point it wants to add ilus anti aging serum. I didn’t see a way to not add it or to remove it from the final cart. Again should have stopped and walked away but, I didn’t. So the package arrives. I open it up and rub a little on the back of each product on the back of my hand. The products are loaded with silicone. I know instantly if I put this on my skin is going to freak out. So I immediately send an email to krasa for cancellation of the order. I’m given a number and told I have a month to send it back before being charge the full price. Fast forward a week and suddenly I have a $109 charge on my card. So I call in to find out what happened. I’m told that I only cancelled the krasa and not the ilus. That I had to send a separate email to a separate email alias for the ilus cancellation. After fighting with them for I don’t know how long they’re willing to refund 50% but no more. I’m told that even though both items were on a single invoice and both items arrived in the same box that they’re considered two separate orders and have to be cancelled separately. I’m even told to take it to a doctor and ask them about the ingredients. Wait wait you want me to spend more money on a product I don’t want to begin with? Hahahaha. Finally after a bit over half an hour I give up. I got 60% refunded which still meant I payed over $40 for an item I didn’t want and wouldn’t use that I though I had cancelled right away. I’ve never purchased anything from anywhere where you had to send multiple emails for a single order for a single company. I’m certain this is done to trick people into spending their hard earned money on utter crap. I will never again try something from a company that is not well know and established.

I too saw "free trial" but when I called the customer service number the bank gave me, they told me it was NOT a free trial and I had 14 days from the time of the order to return it to keep from being billed as it said in their fine print. Bank stopped payment on my credit card and I returned product.

I have a very similar complaint. I saw the offer for a free trial. I put in my name and address. It then said they needed a credit card number for shipping and handling. I thought that was fair so I put in my credit card number (BIG MISTAKE) Then I noticed in small print at the bottom that I would have to cancel, if I didn't want the product. I also saw $109. I didn't want to get into all that, and I definitely wasn't going to pay that much. I didn't go through any check-out and just left the site. In a few days I received the cream and serum. I couldn't believe they sent it without any checkout. I was checking my credit card and noticed that I had already been charged $109.00 by CRVITTO*CUTTOFANTIATG. I quickly called the company and told them I didn't want any. My credit card company blocked the company from my account. They continued to send the cream and charged it to my credit card under the name APS*EYECARE. I marked them "return to sender" and sent them back. Now I discovered I have been charged several months under the new name. I called the company today and was told the name of their company is Envisage Skin International. They insist I owe them. My credit card company is working on this again and has blocked the new name. TERRIBLE COMPANY whatever its name. is.
