What has changed with Oscar Mayer hard salami? For many years (35+) we have enjoyed Oscar Mayer hard salami but the last 2 packages taste and seem different. I thought it was just me, but my entire family also mentioned the taste so I have to ask...what has changed? It is missing that 'unique' flavor that differentiated Oscar Mayer from other brands.?

Sorry to be a bother, but I just sat down to lunch to enjoy my Lunchable, & unfortunately, my package only had 7/8 cheese slices, despite containing 8/8 crackers, & 8:8 ham slices.

I am a lifetime Lunchables consumer, going on 30 years now, & this is the first time I have ever had a problem.

Maybe I am being ridiculous, a grown man eating Lunhables; however I just felt unsatisfied with the product I purchased.

My daughter made this pudding, ate some and started choking! There was a piece of PLASTIC in the pudding! I am providing a photo of what was in the jello packet. I am extremely aggravated & upset this was in the pudding, yet relieved she was able to get it out of her throat. This is NOT acceptable! Is there a recall for this product?

I am asking for compensation for this incident. This MUST be addressed!

I'm a student at university and purchased your product a few days ago. after following the preparation guide, I removed the lid to find grey slimy pasta and chewy bits of 'bacon', or mushroom or rubber or whatever it may be. The food looks absolutely nothing like the picture does and I was very disappointed with the quality of your product, I hope you can offer me some better quality products as compensation. Thanks

I bought Athenos feta cheese 2 weeks ago at the local Food Lion and opened it last night for the first time. The expiration date is [protected]. It was soft, mushy, smelly, and appeared to have whit mold on it. The picture below shows what it looked like. Not only did I have an incomplete dinner (didn't have time to go buy more since I was dishing up the food), I use this product often and am now grossed out when I think about feta cheese. I want my money back. It was disgusting.

I was just curious about the quantity that should be in the individual cups?

When we fill the water up to line and cook it it is actually below the line with noodles when it is done. So probably about a 1/4 of cup is noodles, 3/4 is empty.

This is the 3rd time that I have bought them and am just wondering if they ar defects or is this indeed how much should be in the cups.

I just don't want to purchase anymore if it is the correct amount as it takes about 3 of them to fill up my 11 yr old daughter.

We just bought this product today at Tom Thumbs in Rowlett, TX. The expiration date shows 09/05/17 and unopened but the cheese is pure of molds. My daughter was the one who opened it and good thing she saw it on top of her spaghetti before eating it. We have used your products for years and I'm disappointed that quality might be slipping. Please check your shipment and recheck the quality of your products.

I went to make a box of Kraft mac n cheese(upc [protected]), and upon pouring the noodles into the boiling water I discovered little dead bugs in the box. (The box was intact, so there was no way they made their way in there while in my possession) This made me very sad, as it was my last box and now I have no macncheese. I'm wondering how I can be compensated for my loss.

Very disappointed in this product. kraft never made such a thoughtless product before! quality control messed up big time on this one1

Purchased 2 packages of the 24 cracker cuts @ $3.99. I want money back.

The cheese cuts were almost tasteless.

Hello I contacted you about month and a half ago regarding ninja turtle Mac and cheese. You said our store here would have them again. They have not and I asked them and they said they do not see any ninja turtle Mac cheese in the future. Which leads me to believe you lied to me. Now my son who is autistic has been having meltdown after meltdown. It is really frustrating. Seeing as this is the one thing I could get him to eat. He doesn't like many foods. This the one he does like. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP! Tell me what I can do to get more for him. PLEASE HELP! I would greatly appreciate it. A Frustrated mom.

I purchased a Good Seasons Cruel Kit today from our local Walmart here in Coldwater, MI.

When I got home, it was discovered that there is NO lid for the crust. There was also NO packets of dressing enclosed. When I contacted the store, I was told to contact you.

I would like at least a lid please.

The Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix I purchased a short time ago at WalMart (Best used date is 12/27/2017) was basically inedible. I have always like this flavor because it is so versatile, but it seems your formula has changed. There was so much sage (?), or some other herb in the mix, it was horrible! Although this spice is not listed, nor are any other overpowering herbs or spices, I think someone might have mixed up the formula somehow.

I will try another box sometime later, but I wanted to let you know in case others complain. It may have just been a batch error (hopefully!). The only number I could see on the box, that may be batch number, is MIT 6783493.

If you would like to send me another box, I would be happy to test it for you! =D

The crinkle cut French fry potatoes were not good quality, they had dark spots throughout the bag on each French fry potato. I have never encountered this before, your potatoes are always great quality. I will try to post a picture of these potatoes. Not sure how these passed your quality controls, but not a good sign. I will try and post a picture I took of them.

I recently bought two packages of this macaroni and cheese from a Walmart here in Rochester Hills Michigan- The container of bacon bits in each one was moldy- Package had sell by date of 05 dec 2017 (s25 1848) The first package I threw out thinking it was just a fluke but when I got the 2nd package and it was moldy as well I knew there was an issue. My wife and I have always bought Kraft and have never had an issue. I'd like to be reimbursed for these 2 boxes.

I recently purchased a 96 slice box of these cheese slices at a grocery store named Plaza Extra here in StThomas, VI. The slices are individually wrapped, but every slice in the package was hardened and brown on one side of the slice. The slices were not sealed completely. Rather than try to deal with the people here I decided to submit a complaint directly to the company. I paid almost $18.00 for this box of cheese here in the VI, and ended up throwing away about one half of each slice.

Poor quality control. The last several bags of these potatoes purchased were riddled with internal black discolorations and "eyes". When I first started buying this product the quality was excellent, over the past couple years the quality has dropped significantly.

Date of last poor quality bag was 5/16/2017.

Desirable resolution:
- Improved quality control.
- Refund for the last 2 bags purchased.

This morning I was making my lunch for work to take with me. Everything was fine untill I added the cheese pack. The cheese powder was brown. It wasnt that lovely mac and cheese orange it was brown. I smelled it and it had the most aweful smell ever to it. I wasn't going to even risk tasting it. I am very very displeased. This is very much a false advertising as the box that we all knoe shows a nice mac and cheese orange color not poop brown. I have attached a picture to prove this. With this added I may not buy this ever again. And will be sure to tell others about this on social media.

Hello, I buy my daughter Capri sun roaring waters and she was drinking one this afternoon and could not suck anything through the straw which was weird. I looked at it and the bottom of it I could see the straw clogged with mold and the bottom of the Capri sun had mold floating all around. I also pulled the straw out and mold came out. It is really disgusting and this is completely unacceptable. What are you going to do to fix this ? I also have pictures.

I purchased some boxes of Macaroni and cheese opened a box went to cook it and bugs came up as I was cooking the Macaroni. I would appreciate a refund and now I'm afraid to see if the next boxes are sage to cook. I'm upset! My kids love their Mac n cheese. It was the 5.5 Oz box.

Velveeta cheese used to melt and become creamy. It does not melt now. It's like plastic. I will not be buying it again. Even with additional cooking time, the Velveeta remained a slimy glob on top of my recipe. I was very disappointed and shocked. It appears Kraft has changed its formula for this product and I assume have added non-food elements to it. Modern "food" seems to have very little real food in it. I try to make almost everything from scratch these days and it had been awhile since I used Velveeta. I was expecting it to look and taste the same as it used to. It didn't.
