On 12/16/2016, I purchased an 84 pack of your McCafe Columbian K-Cups from Sam's Club. I recently just opened it, and I no longer have the receipt. But nearly every cup contains coffee grounds after it's brewed.

I have purchased several cases in the past and have never had an issue with them until this case.

I would be satisfied to resolve this by accepting a coupon for the amount I paid for them which was $48.98 according to their website pricing.

Bar code [protected] exasperation date 4/26/2017 I have had 2 packages of this cheese dry out on the edges now. I am so upset over this. I don't have the money to keep paying for dried out cheese. I tried to end what I was complaining about... But it said no body would look at my complaint because it was to short... So please get your stuff together because no body has the money to keep paying for dried out cheese...

Shopping for salad dressings, it's just sickening that each and every brand, every flavor of every brand has #### in it like xanthan gum. I had to go to three different supermarkets before I found one local brand made with real ingredients and no bean gums.
Other foods guilty of stuffing cheap fillers include carob bean gum, terra bean gum, corn syrup, and the killer of all high fructose corn syrup. Hydrogenated anything is unhealthy. And just today I was reading about things like wood pulp being added to foods. Kraft was one of the guilty parties on that one.

Listen, I will NOT buy your garbage anymore. Pinterest is loaded with really delicious recipes for making things like salad dressing from scratch. It's not hard, and certainly tastes better. When will companies learn that inserting cheap fillers is bad? Maybe only when enough people come to their senses and stop buying it.

I tried emailing Kraft. Went to their site, found a contact kraftfoodservice at imsfastpak.com Don't bother people, that leads to a distributor and they can't do a thing about the pure slop they are distributing.

So if anyone that matters actually finds this, note, my family has stopped even buying ANY pre packaged foods at all. We make our own ice cream. We make our own everything. Mac and cheese is easy to do folks. And a whole lot cheaper than their pre packed food colored sodium in a box.

I started a pinterest board just for this subject. The junk companies like Kraft keep slipping into our foods little by little.

Kraft has been adding cream cheese to its grated cheese packages and this changes the flavor and the texture and makes it disgusting. If I wanted cream cheese in my tacos, mac and cheese, or other things that I make, I would add it. I want unadulterated grated cheddar and am not buying any more Kraft grated cheese. This seems like just anothr way to make money by diluting the percentage of the cheese we want with the cream cheese.

Hello, I bought a box of Velveeta on December 2, 2016 and when I opened the box later that day there was hard, crusty cheese on the outside of the cheese packet. The crusty cheese was all over the noodles also. It disappointed me because that was my dinner but I couldn't even eat it, it was so gross. Which also makes me mad because there goes $5 down the drain. I would like a refund, I have always loved velveeta but this incident made me not want to ever buy it again.

In the blue box Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. The macaroni falls apart when cooking. This is the third time its happened. In the last year. It ruined our dinner for us three times. My husband won't eat it cause he thinks something is wrong with it. The product was prepared as per the instructions on the box during the six minutes of boiling the macaroni. I guess we will no longer purchase this product. We don't want to be disappointed again.

I just bought the New Mega pack of finely shredded cheese and it don't taste the same. It has a weird plastic like taste and wont melt. I use nothing but Kraft cheese and have never had any problems with your products but something just isn't right about this cheese. It's the same exact cheese I always but only it's the Mega Pack. I can't return it to the store so my only option is to send in a complaint. I don't know if this will be of help but the code on the bag is: XCF 83 08:42 01

I have been using the kool-aid product that you squeeze into water. I have been drinking it for months. I make sure to dilute it to where it tastes very weak, if I don't, it gives me heart burn. I have type 2 diabeties. So, I use this to avoid drinking pop and sodas, because my husband refuses to stop drinking them. But, I have developed rather bad kidney pain lately. I went to a walk in clinic and they told me a lot of people can't handle the food coloring in the kool-aid. The food coloring makes our kidneys work harder and when you have type 2, this is what we need to avoid! I can't stand the taste of plain water, so I thought your product would be the best to use. Could you please make this without the food coloring in it? A lot of kids have type 1 or type 2 like me. It would benefit them as well. You would grow your customer base to a whole new group! Please, every one who can't drink things with food coloring in it would love to have more options to help them survive longer! Thank you for your time!

I bought this peanut butter in May from woolworths located in St. Albans vic and I didn't check its expiry or best before date on that day
Which no one usually check because we trust the brand but after I used for couple of days I had very bad infection and for almost a week and I was sick very bad but survive then I checked and I found that this product had expiry of 11.12.2015 and I paid full price of this. I will be going to the consumer court because of this issue, I still have the product with me but I was busy and I didn't get time to lodge complaint here, I will be raising this issue further this is not fair at all when you trust and you don't even know what you eating. I purchased several packs of Cherry Kool- Aid Unsweetened. One of the packs I purchased was EMPTY. There is not any koolaid in the package. I have not even opened it up yet, because the package is flat and very light. I don't appreciate paying for a product that ends up being an empty package.

Hello, I experienced a server mouth problem, (Still dealing with that very problem) 1 of the only foods I could eat for at least 6 months was chocolate jello pudding. (regular sugar) , I s—t you not I ate 5 to 6 4 packs of your great pudding. I tried them all (not chilled on shelf, the larger size cup) I can't name them all but I love your chilled chocolate original. However me & my wife have separated & she has been helping my family pretty much take care of me, they all come back pissed at me, i'm like why what's the matter every single store in las vegas nevada have 1 row only of chocolate original jello pudding. However every single store has 4 to 5 rows of sugar free chocolate pudding, all still there no-one has bought row after row of every kind of jello pudding their is, the original chocolate jello pudding is long gone bought & paid for (gone). You ask the store manager & you know what all of them say, you have to pre-order (ask for what & how many you want & they will do there best to get it for you in a month or so). I;m not able to eat a bunch of things yet but something not write, why stock your shelf's with something no-one is buying right. Your orders have to show this ? I am asking you as a fan, as well as a customer who truly need this product! (i have no teeth if you haven't figure this out yet) so please send a lot more original jello chocolate pudding. Today 9/5/2015 my husband purchased a box of the Velvetta Mac & Cheese made with the 2% milk by mistake, we buy the regular product. This has got to be one of the worst products we've purchased in a very long time. The cheese was not creamy coming out of the package instead it came out in a cream covered lump that looked almost like it was starting to dry out. It took a long stirring time to get it to melt then it tasted awful. What are you people doing? I cannot believe your testers say this mess taste good. I'm very disappointed in Kraft Foods.

Velveeta no longer melt! It is grainy and nasty. I grew up with this and it used to be creamy and smooth and not need all sorts of special attention to melt. This new formulation is disguting. Kraft are youm listening?
I actullay ask pals form the usa to hand carry this to me in scotland. Never again. Never ever ever. And i will tell everyone that i know not to bother with buying it any longer, it is junk in a box. Shame on you kraft!
Right now it has been in a dish wiht rotel tomatoes (For that dip) and the velveeta is sitting in grainy unmeltable cubes. . . Boo hissss boo hisss, kraft why dont you leave well enough alone? Were the profits no high enough for you? Why did you haveto add cheaper starches and other nasty ingredients to a famous and yummy product? Bad bad bad to the bone bad bad bad bad bad.

I bought cookies of Kraft Foods Customer SVC CTR. I brought them home and noticed that the expiry date ended 2 months ago. I opened the package and smell was someone dies in this package. It was nasty and horrible, and I tried to contact this company and left the complaint, but no one answered to my phone calls. I just want to warn all people that you need to be careful if you buy food of this company. And post comments if you have the similar situation.

I bought cookies of Kraft Foods Nabisco. I went home and opened the package. I bit off a piece, and something wrecked on my tooth. I saw a small piece of plastic or something like that. I was in shock, because I could damage my teeth. I threw this package away and never bought products of this company. So be careful if you buy products of this company or leave comments if you have similar situation as I have.

I had purchased a bag of ranch flavored corn nuts and within 20 min of eating them i was profusely vomiting with diarrhea for the next 12 hrs. also having asthma was within minutes of calling ambulance because it was getting hard to catch my breath with vomiting so hard. read on another site about a lady the same thing happened but she had poured last part of package in her hand and found rat feces and mold. I am HIGHLY allergic to mold of any kind. Never thought about contaminates in a kraft product so didn't actually see what was in bag as i would pour a few in mouth from bag but never in my life can I remember being so ill.

As I was pouring hot water into a cup of easy mac n cheese as just another after school snack, a small black object floated to the top. When I pulled it up the wall of the cup, it appeared to be a dead bug(or skeleton of some sort of bug). I commonly ate these quick, easy cups of mac n cheese, but was disgusted and disappointed when presented with this.

I mixed everything together using a wooden spoon, dished it out into plastic bowls and when I went to put salt on it I saw something shiny in my bowl. I took it out and it was a piece of wire. It disgusted me so bad that I wouldn't eat or let the kids eat any. If that's the kind of stuff we will be finding in Kraft products I don't think we will be buying anymore. I will make this public. Other customers need to be aware of what they may find. What if I would have just taken a bite and not looked before I started to shake the salt on? I am so glad I did look.
