Hello, my name is Melissa and I am a loyal customer of yours​. I purchase your product weekly. You have outstanding products at a great price, unfortunately I recently purchased some if your ground coffee as I always do. This time however I am certainly not pleased. The coffee to say the least was extraordinarily sub par. It was wet and extremely clumpy, after attempting to shake it to try to break it up, it still did not achieve the consistency expected.I tried to return to the store but was refused, as it was open. Besides the money lost, I have lost faith in your company. As a company I am sure you are aware that this is the more dire of the two. This is not the great product I have come to expect from your company., And truly hope you wish to fix this problem

Easy mac and cheese

My son made 2 bowls of easy mac in the microwave. The first one he put water in it and it turned out fine. The second one he forgot to add the water. My microwave that I just bought caught on fire! Smoke alarms went off and my house filled with smoke. My house still smells horrible! And my microwave is garbage and cannot be used! I don't understand why Kraft Foods does not put a warning on their product for this! I am soooooo pissed! I have to replace a lot of things in my house because of all the smoke damage and smells that will not come out! Thank God my son was not hurt! However all the things I have to replace because of it will put a financial burden on me. I am a single mother and can't afford to do this. Nor should I have to when their is no warning on the product! Kraft Foods you need to put warnings on those products! Or recall them!

Daughter was drinking Capri sun and swallowing some type of foreign substance, started feeling sick for a few days. Cut open a few containers and found same slimy substance in those containers as well. Very disturbed by this finding, need to have tested to find out what it is and if this is a dangerous substance. The newest version of the hard salami is nothing like the product we've enjoyed for years. It is soft, offcolor, greasy, skinless, and looks like Spam. It is disgusting. We will not be buying this hard salami again. Please bring back the old hard salami! Judging from many blogs I've read, I am not alone in this complaint. Many of your loyal customers are very upset about the new product.

My son and I each had a Kraft mac and cheese cup from the same box (18OCT17XDW089H3, S31) for lunch. Only like food we ate. I had to call out sick from work and he has to stay home from school because we have both vomited multiple times and have uncontrollable diarrhea. Thanks Kraft. Are there not standards for food products that must be met? Shouldn't a sample have been tested prior to shipment? One box, two people horribly sick? For shame.

I bought this product and I've always loved it but this box was not bent but inside the shells were broken and the seasoning pack was open and spilled in the box. I had to throw most of the kit away. I have bought this product so many times in the past with no issues. Just wanted the complany to be aware in case other boxes were packaged this way as well.

This is my all time favorite snack, I buy it quite ofend. I bought a jar of the spread and the whole top layer had mold. I tossed it away unhappily. I assumed it was just a bad batch. Next time I went grocery shopping about two weeks later I bought it again. I totally disgusted when I opened it and that one was all full of mold. So sadly enough it was a waste of money twice, and I will never be buying the product again.

The amount of plastic used to package the Snack Trios is excessive. You show a lack of environmental concern in introducing another heavily packaged item. I received on package as a free promotional item but I will not be purchasing this item in the future.

A company such as yours, apparently involved in a wide range of businesses and consumer products should show leadership when it comes to sustainability.

Hopefully, this message will get some attention. I also hope others will express this concern.

I love your horseradish sauce as it is the best one I have found. However, the squeeze bottle is not customer user friendly. The top is very hard to get off and many times the piece to pull off the lid breaks without lifting the lid. Also when you are about half-way through the bottle, it stops coming out squeezing and at the end it is even worse. Might be a good idea to think about repackaging. Thanks for listening.

I purchased a 4 pack of lemon Crystal Light Iced Tea. I made the tea and it was raspberry tea. Tried another packet. Same thing. I buy the same lemon tea weekly and have never had an issue but looks like the raspberry tea was mispackaged and mislabeled.

I bought a can of Cool Whip to add to a chocolate pie. The only identifying information that I found were on the bottom of the can BOT SP 13601, Plant 37-047. M5799. DSC. PL 3746. Exp. 8/16/17. 22:47

I added the Cool Whip around the edges of the cold pie. Within minutes the topping g was flat and runny. I think that you need to go back to the drawing board and try again on the Lite. We have used all varieties of the tub Cool Whip and have never had an issue. I wanted the pie to look pretty so I spent the extra to buy the aerosol can. It was very disappointing.

Contained maggots. Cooked the noodles and noticed brown and black spots on the noodles. Found a few whole maggots when I drained it. Looked back in the boxes and had maggots crawling in the boxes. Bought at Kmart in Florence, SC. Boxes were in date. July 30, 2017. Both boxes stamped with code S25 06:23. Proof of purchase----[protected] 2. Original cheddar---14 oz

I purcased two 30oz jars of mayo so i could potato salad i had everything ready to go and realized my mayo smelled funny. so I looked it over and discovered it was expired one was19 APR 2017 00:16CP03 and same thing with the other and it exp date was 14 JUL 2016 01:07 CP 03 almost a year old! so I had to stop my process and run to the store and buy two more. These were purchase together at walmart . I expect a full refund or coupons for new ones would be fine also. I use alot of mayo. thank you !

I am disappointed with your choice of ad to promote your products. This nation and the occupants have become so crass and vulgar. This is not "cute" or "trendy." It is sad and disgusting. So, I have to vote on you campaign with my dollars. And by not watching any shows or programs that you sponsor and inform everyone I know to do the same.

I purchased the cheese slices and every time I would try to take them apart they would break then I had them in my fridge for about a week and they have mold on them they don't stay fresh very long the cheese slices that I purchase was the ones that have the white paper in between them I purchase the provolone the pepper jack and the American they're little thicker slices but they don't last very long very disappointed in your product

The box clearly states the content. I watched my 9 yr old open the box. I then look for the kit kat candy bar, it was clearly missing. If I can't depend on Kraft getting it right. I can purchase the item independently. My son is autistic and I like to reward him for achievements. You put me in a challenging position.

In addition, Kraft foods doesn't make it easy to contact them.

Shame on you for insulting both moms and families with the disgusting commercial about cussing! This is not funny, it's degrading. At a time when children need pure, consistent, strong role models, you drop the ball... totally. To see Kraft association here is awful! As a mom of 4 and nurse, I plan to avoid your products until you post an apology. And make this right. This really makes me question your integrity... and I will be sure to tell all caring people I know and come to know along the way...You really blew it!

I am appalled at the Kraft Dinner Mother's Day commercial. What kind of a message is your company trying to send? That it's okay to swear in front of your children and encourage a filthy mouth? This is supposed to be humour? For families? This is one of the worst commercials by Kraft that I have seen. You should be ashamed of yourself portraying mothers in such a bad light!

Kraft recently aired an advertisement for its mac and cheese line in which a mom shares colorful alternatives to swearing around her children — then lets fly a few profanity-laced tirades, according to CNBC. The campaign, called “Swear Like A Mother, ” is meant to show moms they don’t have to be perfect.
The ad was based on a survey Kraft conducted that found 74% of millennial moms had sworn around their children. “We wanted to cut moms some slack, ” Rachel Drof, marketing director for Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, said in a press release.
Kraft is fighting slumping center store sales as consumers turn towards less-processed foods. The company has reformulated its mac and cheese to include fewer artificial ingredients, which has boosted sales.
