This is not a complaint but I couldn't find a different way to contact you. I'm not sure if you take unsolicited suggestions since you have a research and development team, but I wanted to share an idea for a new snack product with you. It would be a sweet cream cheese dip with crackers or cookies used for dipping. There could be different flavors of the cream cheese dip, like chocolate chip, cinnamon, caramel, chocolate, cherry cheesecake, or many more. I am diabetic. I follow low carb/healthy fat way of eating. Cottage cheese with berries are a staple in my diet. It would be wonderful if Breakstone's came out with "No Sugar Additives" to their fruit topping. The Cottage Doubles are a perfect size for my breakfast. Though the carb count is higher to those on the lchf diet, it is mostly caused by the sugar added, even if it is very little.

I think Kraft Heinz is missing a large market share by overlooking the diabetic food industry. With the knowledge and logistics already in place, it would be a slam-dunk. Kraft could easily under-cut competition if marketing to the keto/paleo and low carb way of eating.

I don't know that I would say this is a complaint exactly more like a comment. When at the store my daughter noticed the "Balthazar Bratt" lime flavored jello. She was very excited and of course wanted to buy it...so we did. However, she then turned to me and asked why it was green and not pink. She said it should be pink and bubble gum flavor. So I'm not sure if that would be an idea/option for you to make it at least pink to fit the character and not sure most would like bubble gum flavor but hey kids might. Hope that helps.

First pair of envelope only had one envelope with contents. The other envelope was sealed but empty meaning only 31 products were in the box.

Attached are photos of the invoice and the box with one envelope opened (product used) and the other sealed without any content.

I don't know your policy but I think this should be corrected. Thank you.

I purchased for turkey and cheddar lunch phones on September 13, 2017 at approximately 8:59 AM. I proceeded to eat one approximately 20 minutes later and there after proximately 15 minutes later I became violently ill. I experienced severe intestinal pain and thereafter vomited my stomach contents which consisted of the lunch hour which was the only food item I Digested that day. I was lethargic and nauseated for a good part of the day. I returned the unused lunchable s back to Walmart because I did not feel comfortable with my children eating them into the reaction I had. wanted to let you know i bought two bags of your product last week approx. [protected], and found both had mold inside. good until date is 21-dec-2017. i was surprised because i buy this all the time. i got these on sale for 2/$5.00. the bar code #[protected] 8 there are other numbers above the bar code they are: [protected] . i hope this helps with quality control

I purchased a box of Shake and Bake a couple of weeks ago. on 9/23 I was going to make the pork chops. I put the bag on the counter, poured the Shake and Bake into it put a pork chop in and picked the bag up to shake it. Well neither end of the bag had been sealed and when I picked it up the entire contents hit the floor! The Shake and Bake and the pork chop. Needless to say I had quite a mess to clean up and was down one pork chop to feed my family. I am a chronic pain sufferer so getting down on the floor was a chore for me. I am not certain how to resolve the issue. If possible a replacement would be nice. We generally use your products without issue.

My daughter was eating it and found a black hair in her food and non of us has black hair. I bought it a couple months ago but no one has touched it. Kraft foods you really need to get up on your employees with the hair nets and stuff... This is gross I'll never buy form you guys again. Second time this happens too. I purchased a 5 pack of the blue box a few weeks ago. I grabbed one this morning to make for my sons lunch and when I poured it into the boiling water a string was floating in top. It looks like a piece of rope or maybe came off some clothing. It's about a foot long and even had a piece of pasta stuck in it. I threw it out and grabbed another box and it was just fine.

I purchased these bacon bits well before the expiration date (almost 2 months). When I poured them over my freshly made salad, I was completely disgusted. There were huge chunk a of mold! Not just a little, a lot! Needless to say my salad was ruined. And now when I'm trying to send a simple complaint, I must have many characters for it to even be reviewed? Complete waste of my time and money!

Pudding is great ...packaging is not. Picked up 8-pack off shelf in Walmart. One cup immediately slid out and fell on floor causing some pudding to ooze out. Employee came by and cleaned it up and took rest of package away. I carefully took another 8-pack and put it in cart. Then later, at home, I removed the package from the fridge and it didn't even make it to the counter ... splat, another one on the floor, plastic up cracked and pudding blobbed on the floor. Hate to lose good pudding! I took the rest of them and placed them loose on shelf in fridge. Those open-sided cardboard packages are pretty much useless. Time for a redesign.

Hello my name is Tonya Sprague. I am one of your Crystal Light with caffeine wild strawberry's biggest fans! I drink at least 3-4 packets a day. I never drink soda's or any other beverages besides plain water. Recently i have been experiencing a problem with this product. In the last two boxes i have bought half of the packets were open on the bottom end and the power inside was hard and sticky. I believe they were this way because the air and humidity got to it after packaging and thus being difficult to get out and into my cup. I went ahead and used the hardened powder because the box itself was not tampered with and it does still melt when you put it in water however i am sure that there must be several people that this has happened with as well that may have thrown it away thinking that it might have been tampered with. I have a few pictures that i could send to you if you would like. In speaking with a co-worker that drinks crystal light as well says that the same thing has happened with hers as well and only with the wild strawberry not the other flavors.

Hello-

Today I purchased Dover Farms Cottage Cheese 1% Milkfat from Grocery Outlet 1835 Newport Blvd Costa Mesa, CA 92627.

After removing the intact plastic wrap around the lid and then opening the lid, I was horrified to see a layer of pink slim (possibly salmonella?) coating the inside of the tub. This in addition to the malodorous smell of the product indicated to me that is was unsafe to eat. The pictures show you the details.

Please provide me with a replacement product.

I have been drinking this coffee for over 25 years and I have never been so grossed out more than I was this morning. I opened my fresh smelling coffee and to my surprise I seen a maget wiggling on top top of my morning delight. I through up right there in the sink. And there was like some webb stuff in there. Brand new can of trash. Coffee is too expensive for something like this to happen.!

I bought my Parmesan Cheese from Walmart in North Las Vegas Friday September 8, 2017. I placed the cheese into my pantry unopened that day. Tuesday September 12, 2017 I opened the cheese and there was no seal. There was no evidence that there had ever been a seal. It may have been tainted or rotten from no seal. I went out today September 14, 2017 and purchaaed a new one and there was a seal.

I purchased Kraft Mac & Cheese Shapes that were the Trolls on 9/14/17. When I got home from the store I made the box of Trolls Mac & Cheese, but when I dumped the box in to the boiling water there were bugs that came out with the pasta. I did not take a picture because I was so disgusted and didn't want the bugs to get in my house. This is very disappointing as I am a huge Kraft Mac & Cheese lover. However, I will now be hesitant to buy again with fear of finding the same thing.

I melted some and after it was melted and I went to eat it . It had a screw in it. I broke my tooth and pierced my gum! This is ridiculous! I don't have insurance to fix my tooth and now it's broke because y'all had a screw in the block of cheese I had bought from Walmart and melted! I have never had a problem until now. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it if it didn't have a scew out of all things a screw and broke my tooth and pierced my gum.

Purchased a bag of cracker barrel cheddar cheese sticks on 9/11/17. Put them in the fridge have eaten two out of the bag with no problems. Go to eat one this morning with breakfast on 9/14/17 and I find one with a moldy end. Threw the rest of the bag away. The cheese stick was completely sealed. I found it strange that the cheese sticks had some moisture on them when I first opened one but thought it was some sort of food safe preservative or something. I did not check the rest of the bag for moldy cheese sticks. Sadly I will not be buying the cracker barrel version of cheese sticks anymore.

I purchased 2 bags recently of the fat free mozzarella unfortunately I can not find the receipt for the purchase. The use by dates are both Oct 2017 but the cheese is very sour in taste and unusually stinky. I would like a refund or a coupon to buy replacements of the product. I use mostly Kraft fat free and or low fat cheeses.

I bought a tub of your blueberry cream cheese this afternoon. Come home this evening go to make a begel open my cream cheese break the silver freshness guarantee label on to find some kind of dead bugs and maggots under the label. Mind you I am one that checks dates and all it has expiration date of December 2017. I have never in my life been so grossed out I will take pictures before I through away this product and will never again by your cream cheese.
