sure jell
I have used this for years. Today I went to make strawberry freezer jelly, the recipe said to put the sugar in a saucepan with the water and sure jell. I thought maybe somethin is changed so I did what is said. Cooked it and added it to the strawberries. I made 2 batches this way. They did not set at all. I went to make another batch and noticed this recipe was different. You put the sugar with the fruit. It turned out fine. I had to use 2 more boxes of sure jell and more sugar to try to fix the first two batches. I am really disappointed, they finally are getting a little thick, but because I added all that hot liquid to the strawberries it just about cooked them. I always like the freezer jelly because it's like eating fresh berries. I hope the recipe is corrected soon.
pepperoni pizza lunchables
I always buy your lunchables in bulk because I have a limited break at work and need something easy to eat that will hold me over. However this last batch of 20+ purchased for 1.68 each, included only two pizzas per package. In nearly all of the recently purchased lunchables. It is very frustrating to realize you are not getting what you have paid for.
Kraft Heinz - smart ones
Slow Roasted Turkey Breast. (9 oz) UPC: [protected] 2 Codes on end flap: 325321 Mar-17 MIT 6918507/3/17 Number under barcode on flap: 020 Upon opening to heat the frozen meal, there was a VERY small amount of turkey in the container. I would expect more from a "meal". This is not a "snack". I expect more from Smart Ones. There are other healthy meal choices available. These are too expensive for what was in the container.

My daughter opened up her lunchable to eat. She took out the chicken nuggets, opened them, noticed a horrible smell, then looked at them and saw half of them discolored due to being covered in mold! She immediately threw them down and after taking pics, threw it away. She is allergic to mold and I can not imagine what would've happened if she didn't notice it. This is absolutely disgusting and needs to be taken care so that no one else gets this nasty surprise.
taco bell crunchy taco dinner kit
We recently purchased your Taco Bell Crunchy Taco Dinner Kit only to discover no included seasoning packet. We have purchased the same kit numerous times previously without any issues. Very frustrating to have ground beef prepared with no seasoning whatsoever, especially living 20min from a local grocery store. We'd either like a refund or we'll simply choose an alternate selection in the future. I generally wouldn't waste my time concerning $2 but I'm at an age now where principle and integrity stand for everything. Thanks for any acknowledgement in advance, Ted Morris
Awesome tips! Really appreciate your input and will most definitely try those options.
I would been a squeaky wheel and took it back.
I am a Mex American and hate all those packaged sauce mixes. They are always too salty. I make my own just by trial and error and they com out so much better.
Here is something you can try, cut up one medium potato or small into small chunks about 3/8 of an inch, cook your ground beef drain fat, add chopped onions about less than a 1/3 of a cup, garlic powder or fresh garlic, pepper, and two shakes of red chile powder or even paprika not too much, very little goes a long way.and add the potatoes together.
While cooking get all the condiments cut and ready.
Cook till potatoes are still a tad firm, set aside then fry your own shells. or if you are lazy like me just make tostadas only thing you need is refried beans.
The chili salsa will make up the difference in spiciness.
The potato stretches your ground beef or what ever meat you choose.
My husband loves loves loves them!

pizza lunchables
I have had 3 lunchables recently that have only contained 2-5 slices of pepperoni. That is not enough to make 3 pepperoni pizzas. If it happened once I could shake it off things happen but it's a consecutive occurrence. I have been eating lunchables for over 20 years I'm first generation. As a consumer and fan of your product I am kindly suggesting that you look into this issue because it is not fair for a customer a LOYAL customer to pay full price for not full product.
klaussen pickles
Back around August 1st. I called Kraft with a complaint
about the skin on the "pickles" I purchased were extremely
tuff. I purchase the large (64oz.) container, I gave your customer
service rep the SKU # for one of the containers, here is the one
I presently have (SKU# [protected]) USE BY 16OCT 2017 14 57CW.
Walmart price $6.48 per and I purchase one about every 10 days.
I was told I would receive $30.00 worth of coupons to cover the
six containers I had purchased. Today I received (2) $3.00 coupons
from (Rama Rengarajan) Director, Consumer Relations.
Ref:81353797N
Not exactly what I was expecting!
I too have had problems with Kraft Heinz. Provided feedback on how much I disliked the SMARTMADE by Smart Ones Roasted Turkey & Vegetable dinner They told me that they would send reimbursement for the product. My reimbursement was a coupon to purchase another of the very same product that I just told them that I did not like. There was even a picture of this dinner on this coupon. When I contacted customer service about this, they argued with me and told me that this is the only way they handle customer complaints is to send a coupon for the same product.
kraft roasted red pepper italian dressing
8/21/17 I opened a bottle of Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing with a date on neck of bottle 11/18/17 that exploded while opening the bottle a loud popping noise occurred (same noise as opening champagne) and dressing poured out of bottle all over the floor.
Apparently there is something wrong with this batch of dressing. Below the sell by date was the following numbers 10:53 CP15.
You should pull these items off the grocery stores.
jello chocolate pudding sugar free
I purchased this product at walmart earlier tonight, thinking it was the regular chocolate pudding because the sugar free on the box was not really noticeable on the packaging. Granted I probably should have looked a little better but it was the only package left of plain chocolate pudding packs and I was so happy that it was an 8 pack, I've never seen that and in my pregnancy hunger fogged mind I thought I had hit the jackpot. So I went to work and sat down in dispatch to enjoy my chocolate treat and immediately was turned off as the sugar free puddings have the worst after taste ever. So if possible can you try and make the sugar free on the packaging more noticeable so this wont happen again, if possible.
jell-o
Today (Sunday August 20th) I bought a package of strawberry jell-o from the Lunds in Wayzata, MN . We had also purchased an island pineapple package before I opened either I noticed the strawberry box was significantly lighter than the island pineapple box. So I opened both boxes to discover that the strawberry box had no product within it. As for the resolution for my complaint I would like a refund for the product that I have purchased.
jet puff marshmallows
The marshmallows are all stuck together. They are too sticky and difficult to separate and use. Purchased to use for S'mores and was unable to use them. I would like a refund of my purchase price. I submitted pictures of the bag and of the expiration date. I would also accept a coupon for a free bag instead of a refund of money. Does this happen often? Should I return to buying the store brand which I've never had a problem with.
capri sun inside the lunchables
I am a 25 year old mother of a 4 year old however, I am the lover of the lunchables so this was something that happened to ME and not my child (thank God)! So needless to say i took a huge sip of my capri sun that was found inside my extra cheese pizza lunchable & it tasted disgusting. So i looked at the bottom and saw what looked like a film on the sides and something circular floating inside. (i have pictures and videos) anyways, i cut it open and it was green mold.
crystal light
Hello,
I recently purchased a pack of crystal light peach iced tea pitcher packets, and one of them was completely sealed and filled with air. I'm sure it happens all the time, but I just wanted to let you know. I love your crystal light products, so I was a bit disappointed, but a quick trip to the store solved the problem. Keep on making awesome stuff!
cheese american singles package no. [protected]
This evening (Aug. 18/17) I prepared a grilled cheese sandwich for our 6 year old grandson. He said he did not want it because it had "chile", ie. "Hot".
We explained it was not possible; after insisting it had "chile", I had a bite of the sandwich, and, TO MY SURPRISE, IT WAS "HOT", it had "chile". I told my wife about it, she had a small bite, and said we were both right ! We proceeded to go check the package in the refrigerator and noted everything
appeared normal. We thought the specific single slice might have been contaminated. We opened the sandwich and noted the cheese had red and
green specks, probably "pepper" specks. We concluded it tasted like jalapeno. We do not know how this mixup in the packaging could have happened. Kindly explain and acknowledge receipt of this report. Thank you, Rodolfo Gonzalez S., [protected]@hotmail.com
philadelphia cream cheese
I had a brick of philly cream cheese that was dated for december of this year that became moldy. The dadte is in an enclosed picture if needed. I opened it last week and it says 10 days after opening is best, it was less than that. There are photos attatched of the product packaging and the product itself. Please contact me further via k.[protected]@yahoo.com.
I purchased a package of Philadelphia Cream cheese on Sept 12, 2021 from Walmart in Shawano WI. Expires 26 Dec 21. Code B2 0215. I opened it and it looked curdled.
I fed it to the pigs.

I just bought a brick of Philadelphia cream cheese for a baked square recipe. The texture has a strange powder on the tongue and there's an odd after taste. I don't notice it as bad when I taste it from the brick, but baking it is terrible now.
Did you change the recipe?
If so, let me know so I won't be purchasing it again.
I purchased 3lb blocks of cream cheese as I always do from Sams Club but when making our cream cheese filling that we make it was very runny (not stable.) Opened another one and still... the same. I figured I would buy singles from our local grocery store, Times, but still the same...? Not sure what happened but this is not normal as we always use only Philadelphia cream cheese.
I opened a block of cream cheese this week & it was moldy; date on box reads expiration Dec 2020. Photo is attached. So what are my options of getting a refund? It’s far too expensive to continue purchasing this product if I cannot count on it before BOwling Green good up until the expiration date.

breakstone 2% cottage cheese
I recently purchased a container of my favorite cottage cheese from my local supermarket, Sudbury Farms in Sudbury MA. and was disgusted to fine a blob of what appears to be an black oily mass in the container. I opened the container today 08/16/17 . Obviously, it cannot be consumed and needs replacing, however, I need to know what this material is and if it represents a contamination beyond the single instance and potentially including all other containers manufactured at the same time. I would provide the photographs if there were a means to do so and will post them to your Facebook and other social media sites if necessary. Let me know how I should proceed.
cheese products
I just sent this email to Michael Mullen, a SVP at KraftHeinz:
Mr. Mullen:
The corporate architecture for handling Kraft retail consumer issues stinks!
Twice today I waited and waited and waited on hold via your toll-free number because there was evidently not enough staff to handle the influx of calls. I tried back a third time at 3 PM Eastern and the office was CLOSED!
I then tried to send an email, and it was a navigational nightmare on your website... I couldn't find the page to do so... It was more of a scavenger hunt than help!
Here's the short version of my issues:
Slowly but surely I'm phasing out Kraft brands from my grocery items. Right now, the only thing that's still to my liking is your mayo with olive oil... but time will tell if I remain loyal to that!
In the past I stopped buying Kraft Shredded Cheese because fat-free packages have less weight [but the same cost] as the regular shredded cheese.
Because sales were "not enough" for Kraft you'd discontinued the fat free cream cheese.
Two weeks ago, a competitor's brand of cheese slices [including fat free] was put on a BOGO sale by my local grocer. They were out of stock despite numerous visits to the store, so the meat manager [as a form of compensation] gave me two packages of Kraft fat-free sharp slices.
1. The packages weigh less than Borden's... Yours: 10.7 ounces; Theirs: 12 ounces
2. When you open the wrappers, the slices split apart because of the thinner weight.
3. They taste blander (not enough of the 'sharp' flavor as indicated)...
When the store finally got in the Borden fat-free Sharp slices, I took back the unopened Kraft package and exchanged it for a Borden's one as well as purchasing more of their product!
I'm one of those consumers who is not only health-conscious, but value conscious. The more you cut product portions, the less I buy the brand. You company is not doing anyone any favors... and I have dumped a lot of 'major' brands because of this practice.
It's bad enough that a product is dissatisfactory to a customer. It's worse that's it's near impossible to contact Kraft to discuss any issues with them. Time is money, and Kraft has certainly wasted enough of mine.
I guess the mayo is the next to go...
Please cheek your food before you send it out.my kids are small.they love your cheese .please please cheek it out.
crystal light iced tea
We have been loyal drinkers of crystal light tea for years. Did you change the formula? The on the go packs taste the same but the larger packs for making pitchers of tea is terrible! I had bought several of the large bags of the product from BJ's and now have to throw them all out. I don't have a receipt any more so cannot ask for a refund but would appreciate some sort of coupon or something so I can at least continue to enjoy the tea from the on the go packs. I am really disappointed I can no longer make pitchers of iced tea.
I ended up at this site because I was trying to find out what happened to my Iced tea because I can't stand the taste of new flavor. It is TERRIBLE! Per the exact wording from JE from Fairfax, this new Crystal Light Iced tea in the pitcher pack is terrible! I too can only buy the small on the go packs. If you want to add this new flavor as an option go for it, but keep the original for us that like and have enjoyed it for years.
