Kpoptown bts album - map of the soul : persona (random ver.) cd + poster - poster : unfolded poster

On 9/14/2019, I ordered a BTS album and unfolded poster from KPopTown.com. The items were shipped separately. I received the BTS album on 9/25/2019 or 9/26/2019. When I opened the package, the album had two dents, one on the front and the bottom. I send an email on 9/26/2019. In the email, I told them about the dents and not received the poster. The poster came the next day. They sent me an email, asking me to send pictures of the damaged parts. It took them 2 or 3 days to get back to me. So, I sent another email again. The 2nd email they sent me, I was told the shipping will be costly and too much of a hassle if I sent the items back. They offer to give me a $2 gift voucher. I didn't accept the $2 gift voucher since I paid $26.50 for items. I said the same thing in the 3rd email they sent me. I was told the same thing. They're unprofessional, shady, greedy, and cheap. They don't want to refund me $26.50.

Kpoptown stray kids miroh albums ordered with posters and no posters were shipped

Dear KPOPTOWN,

I ordered two limited edition Stray Kids Miroh albums with posters for each on 03/12/2019 to be shipped to Australia, Melbourne where I live and I have received the albums in great condition which I am grateful for. However no posters were sent. I have been patiently waiting for these posters to come only for them not to arrive. I instead received an empty tube without any posters at all. I ask that you please complete the order that I paid for or in some way please compensate me as my order was not completed and I am disappointed that what was paid for hasn't been sent.
Below I have attached the order receipt for more details of my purchase, please take my complaint into consideration.

Kpoptown unshipped product

I have ordered few items and received it within few days as I used the express service. However, one of my items was not included in the package and I was trying to email them.
After a week, no reply yet so I sent the email again.
Now, it has been almost 3 weeks and still no reply.
Very disappointed with the customer service.

I did not receive the Jihoon's Light Keyrings.

Please solve this matter.

Kpoptown wrong tracklist of product, worst customer service

i wanted to order the song really really of winner for a friend, who loves that song. on kpoptown i checked out the last release of the band. the last album got two versions and according to the website of kpoptown one version was supposed to have the song. but that was a wrong information, both versions have the same songs. i am not familiar with this group and contacted the support. they refused to cancel my order and i told them that i dont need the wrong songs/product and asked them about the best solution. the reply i got was the rudest thing i have ever witnessed from a customer service. like it is my mistake not paying attention to the album title and only to the tracklist. i am not familiar with their albums and just checked out the last release. of course i only pay attention to the tracklist. i dont care if the album got a pretty title. i am mad, of course the product with wrong tracklist got revised and is not available at the moment. dont order from them. this was the last time i spend my money for their rude services. they dont even aknowledge their own mistake and bully the customers.

Kpoptown never ever order from them

If you have lots of money, then go ahead and spend it on their garbage. Exactly. The way they treat customers is called disrespectful. Judge by yourself. When you order something, you're hoping to receive it sooner or later. The kpoptown won't give you this. They don't deliver. They fed me with promises to deliver my items soon, but nothing had happened at all. Tired of this.
Just wanted to say that they are absolutely unreliable and you should not buy on their advertisement.

Kpoptown They don't want to ship my order

Kpoptown is a scam site, they will take your money and wont ship anything! Tell everyone you know not to buy from this website!
I bought several items from Kpoptown and about two days later I received a message stating that I have to pay a shipping fee. That was strange but since it was only $5 I decided to pay. Several days passed and I received the same message saying I need to pay a $5 fee. I contacted their customer service and received a response that they wont ship anything until I pay $5. But I already paid! Since there was no other option I paid again and few days later received another message that my order was cancelled! Now I need to think of a way how to get my refund and + $10 I paid for shipping. Just don't buy from this site, it's a scam!

Kpoptown Terrible customer service

I loved kpoptown and ordered many times from them, but this time, they sent me the wrong item. I immediately contacted customer service and asked for an exchange, and was told that first I have to send the wrong item back. Then I received another message from them stating that there will be no exchanges and they offered me a partial refund, which was around 10% of the total cost. Absolutely ridiculous! Customer service is terrible and absolutely unhelpful.

Kpoptown There were only problems with the seller and his orders

I have ordered from www.kpoptown.com couple of times, but each time there were some problems. Once the order arrived damaged, because it was badly wrapped. The second time the order was lost and the seller refused to refund me. The next time the seller mixed the orders and sent wrong one. I returned the order and asked for refund, but the seller didn’t rush to pay it back, so please be careful with these guys and stay as far as possible from such dishonest person.

Kpoptown Waste of time and too difficult to get refund

It was awful experience. I bought some stuff from the company www.kpoptown.com, but my order has been lost somewhere. I don’t know where and how it has happened. I wait for the refund now, but the seller has told only some excuses and promises. Don’t buy from this awful and unprofessional company. I hope that it will be shut down soon and there won’t be any other deceived customers.

Kpoptown They lost my order

Don’t buy from the scamming website www.kpoptown.com. I ordered some stuff from them, but the seller provided only info that it has been sent. After 5 weeks I haven’t received t. The seller promised to check, where the order was, but after that he simply stopped to communicate with me. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
