KPopTown / wrong tracklist of product, worst customer service

i wanted to order the song really really of winner for a friend, who loves that song. on kpoptown i checked out the last release of the band. the last album got two versions and according to the website of kpoptown one version was supposed to have the song. but that was a wrong information, both versions have the same songs. i am not familiar with this group and contacted the support. they refused to cancel my order and i told them that i dont need the wrong songs/product and asked them about the best solution. the reply i got was the rudest thing i have ever witnessed from a customer service. like it is my mistake not paying attention to the album title and only to the tracklist. i am not familiar with their albums and just checked out the last release. of course i only pay attention to the tracklist. i dont care if the album got a pretty title. i am mad, of course the product with wrong tracklist got revised and is not available at the moment. dont order from them. this was the last time i spend my money for their rude services. they dont even aknowledge their own mistake and bully the customers.
