Kotak Mahindra Banknri remittance

The bank delayed conversion of the remittance from dollars to indian rupees by one day and did it when the rate had come down by more than 70 pais, causing a loss of more than Rs. 5000.00. This was done by their Panchkula branch.
The officers have been n]making excuses that the backlog in the bank was too much thus the delay. Then another reason that they got in touch with my spouse but got the instruction late whereas the phone number registered is mine.
Then that they received instruction after closing time. This is all the while disregarding my transactions for the last 4 years where it is to be converted immediately on receipt.
Further all mails on their net banking site are answered with "I trust your complaint is resolved and our officer has been in touch with you". They mark all complaints resolved without any verification from customer.
The motive seems to be to just frustrate the customer so that it may die of its own.

    Totally agree, these are unprofessionals and their approach is also pathetic, the moment they default on their service, they stop responding any mails and avoid customer issue.

    Faced same issue while making outward remittance, they kept on hold my transaction and executed next day with ! Rs. difference forcing me to incurr a loss of 26100 Rs.

    Not even their senior people had the courtsy to respond to our mails sent to their CEO, MD, JMD, AM, RM blah blah blah

    They speak of high morals and values and ethics but follow none, a total negative for them, not customer friendly bank but a bizzare bank
