kopiluwakdirect.com review: No delivery of the order and the agent didn't call me back 1

I bought coffee from the company www.kopiluwakdirect.com. I paid about $40 for the order and delivery. After I made the payment, I haven't received any confirmation email or receipt. I contacted the customer services and asked about my order, a lady told me that she would check my order and called back. No one called me back, and I still haven't received my order.
