Konus Model / Bad product
While on board the cruise ship “Norwegian Spirit”, of Norwegian Cruise Lines, my wife purchased the subject item for me as a surprise gift. On March 12, as we were disembarking, she gave me the gift. When we returned to our home, I found the product damage (the battery cover was broken), and the instruction booklet was missing. On closer examination, it appeared that the item had been previously purchased and had been returned to the gift shop on board the ship. After contacting the manufacturer, Konus, several times, they have totally ignored all letters. Seemed like a great product until I tried it, then found that we had wasted $210.00.
