This kolej is very very bad paid master (in fact not bad, it's totally don't pay). They will buy things from your company, then they will not pay you single cents, when come to payment, they will challenge you to sue them. BE AWARE!

Chairman and executive director signed (joint account) and isssued maybank cheques for the purpose of salary to illegals. Don't they know to whom they are issuing cheques? They blindly signed cheques for years and years? WHAT AUTHORITY DOING?

First of all you are not authorized to call yourself AUTHORITY, shame of you. Because you are doing pasar malam business, not education. you are doing siphoning ah-long business. Shame of you for throwing stones on LEGALLY WORKED many people's stomach by cheating them their salaries.
Are we tarnishing your reputation? For your great work do you expect us to recommend kolej itj for Nobel prize? or for ISO certification?
I worked as lecturer in Kolej ITJ for 8 years, 1998 to 2006. Even today I am not paid more than RM 30, 000 balance of my salary and part time claims. My salary was RM 2, 700 as per my appointment order (notary chopped) submitted to immigration. I am paid only RM 2, 500 for years and years. Stanlee is not director; just he is one of crook management employee appointed from March 18th 2007. He was working in a construction company. Stanlee and kamarul (personal secretary to chairman) who were threatened me not to enter their premises to ask for my earned money.
My permit was expired on Dec 26th 2006. I left Malaysia on January 28th 2007 with empty hand. Again I came back to Malaysia in March 2007 to get back my money; I tried my best for 6 months spending thousands of ringgits without job. But I am threatened not to enter their kolej premises.
I am one of 5 lecturers came to kolej itj legally with proper work permit. 4 left by January 2005. There are 7 people worked /working illegally in kolej itj without proper work permit from education ministry and immigration. They handled accredited diploma and university of wales degree subjects. These diploma and degrees are valid? All illegal are paid salary cheques (May bank, damansara branch) promptly. Cheques signed by chairman and his 3rd wife (who siphoned kolej money to pay her needs ie., Selangor golf club bills to say one of them...) I lodged police report at balai polis petaling, Jalan klang lama for my protection and for other matters stated above. But it was useless.
I caught red hand when one of illegal lecturer was watching pornography with a student in staff room!
Exam answer books unmarked but student results are announced! I manage to grab some of those unmarked answer books from one of illegal lecturer who found them in garbage! Though management only appointed illegal and paid those salaries. I decided no meaning in return answer books to management.
It seems Kolej itj chairman and his families’ passport was seized by income tax department and EPF department couple of times.
I am looking for a right lawyer to sue kolej itj in session’s court for threatening, harassment and for special compensation. Hope I will find someone to help me.

THIS KOLEJ HAS ALL THE KEY PEOPLE OUT FROM THE INSTITUTION. AS A LAWYER I HAVE COMPLAINTS FROM MOST OF THERE EMPLOYEES. THE COMPLAIN IS COMMON FROM ALL OF THEM -- ITS THAT THE EMPLOYER DOESNT PAY SALARY FOR ANY OF THEM. THE LECTURERS LEFT, STANLEE THE DIRECTOR LEFT, AND MANY MORE LIKE THE EXAMINATION DEPARTMENT PEOPLE LEFT. THE OWNER OF THE KOLEJ DOESNT PAY. PEOPLE WERE PAYLESS FOR MANY MONTHS? HOW ON EARTH CAN THEY WORK WITH OUT PAY? tHE EMPLOYEES HAVE QUESTIONED WHERE DOES THE STUDENTS PAID FEE GOES? THE ANSWER IS THE OWNER FEEDS HIS WIFE... OOOPS NOT ONE WIFE BUT WIVES...SHAME ON HIM TO BE BORN ON EARTH .
Who have reported to the police? The Kolej or The Authority? Who is the authority?
THERE IS REALLY NO BASIS TO THIS COMPLAINT AS THE COMPLAINANT ABOVE IS TRYING TO TARNISH THE NAME OF THE INSTITUTION. The matter now is under police investigation.
