Kohl's Department Stores / shipping problem

I placed an order on When I received my confirmation email I noticed it had the wrong address. I immediately called to change the address. They said it was too late, the order was being processed. They told me they would file an incident report with FedEx and gave me the incident number. That was on Nov 15th. Nov 17th I get the email that my order was being delivered to the address 1, 100 miles away. I called FedEx and the incident report had never been filed. Now I had to block the shipment and will not receive the merchandise I purchased on sale. I asked the person at where my order was being shipped from...Dominican Republic.
