Kohl's men's 2 piece red and black pajamas

I got him these for Christmas and he wore them two times and the seam on the arm are coming apart. The material is very flimsy and they sell for $50.00. I will never buy another item from this company. If you want to send me another pair in better material I would try them but not the same ones. They are extra large. I never saw such cheap material. I sew a lot and never would buy such cheap material.

Kohl's pricing

Bought a homedics sleep spa at Kohl's and it was priced at 139.99 so on impulse I bought it. Went home and thought that for the product it seemed awfully pricey. So I went on Homedics web page and the product was priced at $79.99...wow! So I did return it with no issue and told person reason and she just said wow and don't know if she even wrote it down. I wouldn't have returned it if it were just a few dollars but that is way over. Have questioned their sale pricing in the past and may not shop there anymore unless I know the actual price of an item. Need to be aware of their sale events !

Kohl's refunds/returns

We ordered some christmas gifts online from Kohl's on 12/6/17. On 12/7/17 we received shipping notices and tracking notices. The order was split up into several shipments. One shipment was for a Diamond Bracelet. On 12/11/17, I received an alert that this package had been delivered... in New York City - WE LIVE IN LOS ANGELES. I immediately called, and was assured that this was just an error, and they would credit our account back. Today is now 1/31/18 - and despite five phone calls, and five assurances that this is being corrected, we have never had a credit back to our account. How is it that this company can send a shipment to the wrong address, on the other side of the country, and despite the tracking information showing this item was returned to Kohls on 12/19/17, and signed for by "Weinberger" that we cannot get a credit on our account?

Kohl's order not received

On Dec. 21st, 2107 I got a email from Kohl's telling me the item I ordered and sent to my granddaughter in Flagstaff, AZ was delivered at 12-19 pm. I immediately called her and told her, her Christmas present was delivered. She went outside to get it, and nothing. She looked everywhere. I called the chat line immediately to say nothing was delivered. Since that time, I have talked and chatted on line to a Kohl's representative 6 - 7 times with my complaint. They are located in the country of Nicaragua, (that alone is quit an ordeal). I was told it was delivered, but it was not delivered. They finally said they would refund my money. I got two different refund reference numbers for the 148.16. Day after day, nothing. Every time you call, you have to start from the beginning again, again and again and it usually takes me about 40 minutes I have chatted with supervisors, and they all say the same thing, and no refund. Then I get emails telling me I have to take it up with UPS myself, and UPS has made several attempts to reach me, and that is a lie. I have received no emails, phone calls or text messages from UPS. I tried telling them that, but no, I m wrong. I have spent lots of money with Kohl's. This has pissed me off. Screw Kohl's, I m cancelling my account. Just stop pissing on my leg and tell me it's raining.

Kohl's kohls online order

Hello,
I ordered earrings on line on order # [protected]. When I received the 1/4 carat TW diamonds, the box was empty. I called Khols to let them know what occurred and they told me they had to re-order again. Order #[protected]. I received the earrings, however, was charged twice for 1 pair of earrings. I've contacted Kohls on line customer service several times and got nothing but the run around. I was told I would receive a refund for the original order. My charges are $122.45 and $75.33. I've spoken to a supervisor and got no where. I need my credit plus the interest I've incurred for the original amount. The other pair of earrings on my original order came in with no problem. I need someone to contact me and credit my account from the original order where there were no earrings. It's been over a month and nothing has been rectified. Please help! Thank you. Kohl's customer service

. A little over a year and a half, ago i purchased two items at KOHLS for a family member for graduation. We were in the process of moving at the time and i inadvertently misplaced the receipt that I had paid for with cash. The 2 items retailed at a little over $120. Since Kohls policy is "NO QUESTIONS ASKED FOR RETURNS" she took them to Kohls in Asheville, NC to exchange. She was treated very rudely and they took the items from her and said a gift card would come from their corporate office in about 2 weeks. Long story short they refused and kept the items. A year after this when pulled over for a taillight that wasnt working, she was handcuffed and arrested and taken to jail on charges from Kohl's for "trying to obtain property by false pretenses". They also had put a bogus address for her on the warrant. When consulting an attorney in Asheville she said she had had several cases such as these from the same Kohls and because she was bi-racial they were racially profiling her. After about 6 months of back and forth to court because KOHL'S was given this amount of time to provide proof of the "alleged crime" it was finally dismissed today as KOHL'S had no proof because the items were NOT stolen. So she was publicly embarrassed and humiliated by being arrested, dragged through court for months waiting on KOHL'S to prove she had done something wrong and still KOHL'S KEPT HER GRADUATION GIFT all because she was a mixed race. I am asking this to be shared as much as possible. Kohl's should be held accountable for what they did to her. They should also be made to remove their ads stating no problems with returns. Personally no one in our family will ever step foot in their stores again and I hope after reading this others will do the same.

Kohl's poor customer service

Ordered 14 items on 11/23, all were ready for shipment by 11/27 all money was deducted from my bank account on 11/29. fast forward to 12/7, tv still not shipped, go on chat, they are making my issue a "high priority"! Doing an "investigation"! Will hear back via email 24-48 hours. 12/10 no word, chat again. Told that my order was cancelled due to the tv being sold out, I was upset, wanted a tv. My money was going to be refunded. 12/11, expecting my refund...nothing call and am told that my refund was processed successfully, I will get an email when the tv is available, I can purchase for same price and he added a couple of promo codes. 12/12 no refund chat again am told that they are "investigating" why my tv wasn't shipped, duh, I can tell you that, making my issue a "high priority". Told them to cancel my order and refund my money, that a manager needed to be notified. He said it takes 7 business days to refund my money, I ask if it's 7 days from today, yes it is!Why not 7 days from the 7th? Call 800 # told that another dept. is investigating and trying to find me a tv, (I ordered another from Walmart Monday night). Asked for a supervisor, he too tells me a refund will be sent, I asked for a date he said 7 working days, I said "no I want a date" he counts and says December 18th! Never notified that the item was sold out, found documentation that money would not be taken until item shipped. Found many complaints on line today, thinking that a class action law suit needs to be filed! I will be visiting my bank tomorrow, with all documentation, including screen shots of chats, cell phone records of phone calls, original order and cost and screen shot of my tv sitting in my account not shipped! I am sure I will get assistance and direction from them as to my options. Would like to see Kohl's no longer permitted to debit accounts!

Kohl's gift receipts policy

I placed a fairly large order (#[protected]) online at Kohls requesting gift receipts on some of the items. I received most of the order today and NO gift receipts. After spending almost an hour of my time first via Kohls online chat and then being told I had to call customer service. Customer service has told me they can't issue gift certificates after a product has shipped. It was YOUR shipping department that neglected to include the requested receipts.

According to Kohls customer service, I can return everything and order it again and hope the gift receipts get included this time, or drive an hour to my nearest Kohls to get the gift receipts. Absurd. You've lost a long-standing Kohls customer over something that could have been easily resolved.

Kohl's lack of professionalism in customer service

I was on the phone with customer service for 1 hour and 5 minutes. My phone call was first answered by Karen in Mexico. Karen's manager was walking around or standing next to her and yelling at the employees, which resonated into our conversation. When Karen did not know an answer, instead of asking me to please hold, she put the phone to her shirt or hid the mic somewhere and started yelling at her manager. She dropped the phone/mic several times which caused a loud noise in my ear. After 15 minutes of this taking place, she finally started to help me. After 10 minutes, she then commented to me that she cannot credit my account back, even though she supposedly was doing this during the first 10 minutes! When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was passed to 5 different people, none whom were supervisors! I finally reached Zack in the Philippines and when I was telling him what I have been through, his comment to me was, "to calm down". I am a Platinum Kohl's charge cardholder. After this little stunt, I will be cancelling my card and shopping at other stores. This was ridiculous!

Kohl's kohl's cash

I placed an order at 11:52 on November 25th. Everything I read online and from the store adds said I needed to place orders to receive $15 Kohls cash for every $50 spent by Dec 25th. So I worked very hard to be sure I met all the requirements. I was shocked when I called and they said because I didn't place it on the system's time (CST) I would not be credited the $45 Kohls cash. Imagine my shock when they told me that. I have spent $150 in time (MST) and you are trying to keep it from me by hiding the time restriction in the fine print. That is not fair at all. I have loved shopping Kohls in the past but this is just not fair! I expected some compensation but Albert was not willing to help me out at all. Not even bit of credit could he give me! I feel betrayed by your company because of this sneaky, behind the back way you are doing business. I don't like having these feelings and I feel like it would be more fair to honor an order in whatever time zone it was ordered in on the advertised dates. Please help! I counted on this money to finish my Christmas shopping! Now I feel robbed.

Kohl's kohl manager

On nov. 24th i received $30.00 in kohls cash, valid from nov. 30-dec 6th, 2017. On dec. 1, i went into kohls and purchased two hallmark ornaments each costing 12.95 for a total of 25.90, this left me $4.10 on the cash certificate. Last night dec. 3rd, i went back into kohls to make a purchase and gave the cashier the kohls cash with the $4.10 left on it, he told me i did not have anything on the cash that i had spent it. I told him i had not. He ran a receipt that showed i had also spent the $4.10 the same day in a separate transaction. I told him i did not, he called over a supervisor to look at it and talk to me. She said well you already spent the $4.10 sorry. I told her i had not, she pretty much called me a liar and there it was on the print out that i have spent it. I told the young man to just go ahead and run the transaction for what i had and forget it. He was very apoligentic and nice. I told him it is not your fault. The $4.10 is gone and there is nothing i can do, so the supervisor said, you spent it. I am sorry this really upset me. I do not like being told i am lyeing about it. When i worked in retail the customer was always right and i did not spend the $4.10 whomever did i hope they enjoy it!

You have a right to know where the $4.10 went. If they can't show that, they'd be wise to just give it to you. I'm not a believer in the customer always being right, but the customer is still the customer.

Kohl's online order

I placed an order online for an Apple Watch Series 3 on October 25th, 2017. I received 2 emails confirmations that I will be getting Apple Watch Series 3. What I received was an Apple Watch Series 1 on October 24th, 2017. Life happens and I didn't realized what I got until the 30 days mark. I Called customer service about the situation and they said I can return it in store. I went to the store and they treated me like a thief. They looked at the email confirmation and stated I ordered a series 3 why I am returning a Series 1. They refused the return and stated it's been more than 30 days. I called customer service again and they said I should be able to return the item. They'll open a case for someone to contact me and pick up the item. Well, it's been two weeks and they have not picked up the item. I called customer service again and again and I've been getting the run around. They said their system showed I ordered a Series 1. This was the first time I ordered something from Kohl's and it will be my last. I have never experienced such poor customer service nor the hardest return for a mistake that was not my own. I still have the iWatch and I can't foresee them fixing this mistake. I just want to return this item because I did not want an Apple Watch Series 1. I want an Apple Watch Series 3.

Kohl's sports / tennis shoes

Less than one year ago, I purchases a pair of Croft & Barrow hiking shoes from Kohl's in Laguna Niguel (SoCal). I do not wear them everyday, only occasionally. Last week, I found that the flat steel rod in the sole of each shoe had worn its way through the heal of the shoe through to the outside. The shoes still look good, but are unwearable. This is incredibly poor engineering and workmanship. Koh's should be ashamed to sell such crap.

Kohl's internet phone order

I took over hour to look at the paper ads then picked out all my items on line. I called to place my order by phone like I do at Sears or JC penny's .

I get a email confirmation saying Burning ave. I called right back and said NO it's Vernon ave. It was too late. I received an email saying I needed to get my packages at on burning. Lol there is no burning ave in my town. I'm not bilingual! Your phone Center is located in the Philippines. The lady who I barely could not understand told me. Get real KOHLS bring back those jobs to USA . English is poor! Oh, packages are rerouted back to kohls because bad address.

Kohl's online ordering

I made an on line order and I waited a week and never received my order. I call Kohls to find out where my order is and they tell me it will be delivered on Friday! I ordered things from Walmart, Schwans, Amazon and Macy's and all those packages arrived! Kohl's never arrived so I call them to find out where my on line order is, they send me to a customer service rep that's over seas and speaks very broken English. I get nowhere with her because she hasn't a clue to what her job is. I hung up and call back and the same thing happens again! I'm becoming pretty agitated at this point and I'am thinking all I want to do is find out where my order is! It takes me a total of 6 calls to finally find out that half my order was sent back and they had no idea where the other half is! They'll let me know wheather they are going to charge me or not for the remaining order! I've been with Kohls for many many years but that was it for me! Where is customer service! Where is the loyalty to me, I've been a faithful customer for many years and I felt I was treated poorly! There was no apology! In fact they said I gave them the wrong address! Really I know my address! I ask them to cancel my card and they said no problem! So I guess Kohls snd I have parted ways! To be honest I felt that their women's and juniors clothing selection had went down hill in design and quality along with a lot of other things! They over charge things and then cut the price in half to make it look like a big savings when in fact that's what it should have been charged anyway!

Kohl's running nike sneakers

I bought Nike sneakers in April they started ribbing in augs when I went on Nike web site it had said they stand behind there product and that you need to return where you bought them so I did and Kohls in plaistow nh service desk gave me 20 dollars refund which I used my credit card which shows I paid 69 I am going to write to Nike to let them know what Kohls did when I returned them I did not get my money back and they didn't let me get a exchange NOT HAPPY WITH service. Kohl's false advertising

On 11/25, 10:03 PM PST I checked out of my Kohls cart and confirmed that my Kohls cash I was receiving was in the cart. It was. Therefore, I authorized my card for the purchase. Following, my Kohl's cash of $45 was not provided. My cart in which I authorized my card to be charged was not honored.

I followed up with customer service, and they continued to tell me that it was after midnight. I was extremely unsatisfied with their assistance and believed that they were very rude. I was on the phone until 11 PM with no assistance from their customer service at all.

Kohl's complaint about service

I went into the Kohl's in Amsterdam New York where I usually do the shopping for my children and my wife. I had over $500 in clothes and I needed to buy my wife a watch. When I walked up to the counter to look at the watches I asked the lady if I purchase a watch can I bring the rest of my merchandise up here. She told me no that I could purchase a watch there and then go stand in a line that was wrapped all the way around the store to purchase the clothing. Guess what I left the clothes there and I never purchase the watch. Kohl's needs a reevaluate they're Brack Black Friday procedures four people spending good hard-earned money there. Kohl's will no longer get my business until somebody contacts me and does something about me wasting 2 hours shopping in their store to be told I know that I can't cash out at the jewelry department where I was about to purchase a $500 watch. You guys lost out on over $1, 000 worth of business and will continue to lose it for me I can go spend my money at JCPenney's just as well.

Your complaint essentially states that your entire trip was centered around being able to purchase your entire order at the jewelry counter. If this was so essential for your purchase, why did you not ask before shopping at all? You made an assumption and that is your error, therefore you are not entitled to anything. Honestly your complaint sounds like you just threw a temper tantrum and stormed out when you found out you would have to wait like the other customers.

I hope you put the clothing you decided not to purchase back. It would be awfully rude if you didn't.

Kohl's condescending customer service experience at cortlandt manor ny kohl's with "colleen"

I returned this evening (11/23/17) from my Thanksgiving Eve shopping with my soon to /be mother-in-law at the Kohl's Cortlandt Manor NY location and even a few hours later I am still irate about the treatment we received during our visit. In the past I used to work in retail, mostly in management for roughly 8 years and had the unenviable shifts of hav ing to work on black friday/the night shift on Thanksgiving on more then a few occasions, so I can easily relate to[ the displeasure that can come along with the shift, but always made sure to maintain a level of courtesy when dealing with customers no matter what. This particular evening my soon to be mother in law received none of this from one particular self-important, arrogant, and condescending blonde employee, I believe 30-40 year female employee named Coleen (no name tag, had to ask the cashier this woman's name. The first stance was simple enough. We were looking for an appliance in the flyer that was advertised for $49.99. We mad the mistake of disrupting Coleen from her vital post of directing shoppers to open registers and asked why the appliance we saw in the flyer for $49.99 had a matching display except the price sign stated "$79.99:" for the same matching item when Colleen asked us "can we read? Since the sign on the display clearly said $79.99" we then double checked and saw the items matched even right down to matching UPC at which point we were told "oh well we need to accept sometimes signs get displayed incorrectly" we said thanks any way, placed the item back on the shelf, gathered our items and proceeded to check out. As our items were being rung up by a very sweet associate (Selena or Yelina I believe, at register 4 or 5 I think) and sure enough the Cuisinart Toaster over that was $44.99 (the displays' sign correctly confirmed that) however it was ringing at the register at $70. Our good friend Colleen got called over again and stated to my future mother in law, in a very disgusted, condescending tone "That price is obviously after mail in rebate and that it is clearly stated in fine print, that we must be stupid or something to of not of read the fine print and must not know how sales fliers work if we don't even know how to read the fine print" followed by Colleen walking off with an annoyed and disgusted/disapproving look, making her superiority complex very blatant. Even the cashier couldn't believe how we had just been spoken down to like that. The cashier sincerely apologized, and as we finished our substantial transaction (substantial enough that we earned $45 in Kohl's cash) and I politely asked for the name of the "Nice lady who had assisted us' (Colleen) and proceeded to leave the store offended and enraged contemplating ever returning to that location where we had had countless positive experiences. I don't know if this report goes to the correct department to see and take action or if this is just a message board for customers to air their experiences, but if it is just a message board then I hope that Colleen is reading this so that she is not surprised when this story is heard by the correct management department who will hopefully take the appropriate
corrective action is taken against her as I will be relaying this story further to store management (and corporate if need be) so that other innocent Kohl's customer do not have the unfortunate dealings with this "Colleen" person who clearly does not belong in this customer service oriented line of work. In the meantime myself, the rest of my family as well friends and families of friends seriously contemplate future patronage of this store's location(Address: 3008 E Main St, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567)
and reconsider the reputation of this company, because this is not the treatment that paying customers deserve, so I hope that mistreating and talking down to paying customers is not a corporate core value and that as a company something will be done to rectify this problem and offer some sort of incentive to at least re-instill our confidence of this family of previously loyal customers.
