Kohl's Customer Service — order was cancelled with no notification, called two days later and lost an item and the $30 kohl's cash
Ordered from Kohls.com and never got a notification the order was cancelled. I had ordered $151.64 worth of stuff with discounts and was suppose to receive $30 Kohl's cash. I lost an item when calling customer service and paid the same amount, didn't get the Kohl's cash, and had to call back later in the evening after work. They never put the Kohl's cash in I could only use online that expired in 5 days, so a rep said that he would put some in for August. I am frustrated that I have to stalk customer service for them to do what they say they will after ruining my original order. Lost a box of crayons, paid the same amount, didn't get the Kohl's cash, and I'm just frustrated.
