SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Can't read my books!

I decided to try KoboBooks and joined this service. After I completed the registration I received some promo codes. When I tried to open the reader it was not working and I received an error message. So I contacted customer service, explained the situation and they told me to download some app. I did as they said but it did not fix the problem, so I called them again and they said that there was nothing they could do. They promised to give me a refund, but three weeks already passed and still no money. Don't buy books from this company!
