    this is who to contact

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi received your email regarding your
concerns with knives4wholesale.com. Attorney General Bondi asked that I
respond. I am sorry for your difficulties.

I appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns, and offer you the
following information. Our office reviews complaints to develop
information about patterns of questionable business activities. I am
forwarding your correspondence to the Attorney General's Economic Crime
section for review. What action, if any, this office may take is unknown
at this time. Please note that our office does not mediate individual
consumer complaints; however, I offer you the following information and
    suggestions.

I encourage you to contact the Florida Department of Agriculture and
Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services (DACS) to file a
complaint. The DACS serves as the state clearinghouse for consumer
complaints and has a voluntary mediation program to assist individual
consumers. You may contact DACS at:

Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
    Division of Consumer Services
    2005 Apalachee Parkway
    Tallahassee, Florida 32399
    Telephone: (850) 488-2221
    Toll-free within FL: (800) 435-7352

Another helpful resource is the Internet Crime Complaint Center, which is
a combined effort of the National White Collar Crime Center and the FBI to
combat Internet fraud. For more information about Internet transactions
and scams, or to file a complaint, please visit the following website:

    http://www.ic3.gov

In addition, the following websites provide further information about
online shopping, tips on how to dispute credit or debit card charges and
many other consumer related issues that involve the Internet:

While you noted you had reviewed information about this company's
complaint history on the Better Business Bureau, I was unable to determine
from your correspondence if you had filed a complaint as well on this
company. That being said, if you have not already done so, I encourage you
to also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Central
    Florida at:

Better Business Bureau of Central Florida (serving Winter Park, Orlando,
    Altamonte Springs areas)
    Phone: (407) 621-3300

Finally, Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act provides
individuals with a private remedy to bring an action for damages,
attorney's fees and court costs. If you need help finding a lawyer, The
Florida Bar offers a Lawyer Referral Service which you may contact
toll-free at (800) 342-8060. If you cannot afford to hire an attorney,
you may be eligible for low cost or pro bono assistance through a local
legal aid office. The Florida Bar can assist you with this process.

Thank you for contacting Attorney General Bondi's Office. I hope this
    information proves helpful to you.

    Sincerely,
