the Kmart feedback web site is http://kmartfeedback.com - which redirects to the survey page at http://research.tlg.com/unsecured/kmartfeedback.html

there is NO "www" prefix on the URL. There is, as has been mentioned, no such site as www.kmartfeedback.com. Just type the URL as it's shown on the receipt - kmartfeedback.com. It's there - I have opened the page numerous times these past few minutes

I am very disappointed, I could not log on for any survey for a chance to win $2, 500. I wish your corporate mentality would realize that your customers time is important and you have wasted a lot of peoples time by posting a non-existent website. I have made three recent purchases at K-mart but I doubt if I will make anymore purchases at your store over the Christmas season. went to kmart to buy my grandson a toy, and enter the contest to when the $2, 500 gift card for my grandchildren for they would a have a christmas, they are only 5& 6 years old until later

I try to do the online survey, but it would not let you but in a receipt number so that mean I could not enter the contest, if I was the one to win, I was going to bye grandkids some toys

Just walked in and purchased a coffee maker to replace the one I bought here six years ago. Found it easily. It was on sale. Check out was not a problem. I'll be back. Thanks.

Here is the website for the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. I didn't even bother to take the survey after reading the other KMART FEEDBACK website and all the people getting scammed, wasting their time taking this bogus survey. Way to go KMART, screw over your customers over a $2500 gift card offer. Your CEO probably spends that much for dinner...pathetic indeed.

So I encourage everyone to file their complaints on the website above, hopefully they will look into this matter.

I spent much more than 5 minutes filling out the form for the feedback sweepstakes. You would not take my e-mail address which means I could not complete the (nonexistent) survey. I give Kmart high marks until now, I'm mad.

My first opinion is that it's safe to be open minded to what is presented and how the situation is being handled. Second, the shoe department needs a new look with comfortable styles for walking and less on the bulky looking shoes. There is always room for improvement and we only learn by accepting critics to voice their honest and respectful opinion. Other than that, KMart is a great place for the community world wide. 3-10-08. Just came from the Super K -Mart in Southgate Michigan. Went on line to complete survey. Site came right up. So what's the problem? Completed the form in a couple of minutes. By the way this is one great K-Mart.

I did not have any trouble with the web site I just went to the wrong web sight first because it was first on the Page took a survey there thinking I was going to Kmart feedback but never got there so I tried another one the second one and was right there.

After getting a receipt on 12/29/07, I also went on the website and found that the survey does'nt exist. I really think that's very bad buisness on K-mart's part.

I was instructed to complete the survey, which turned into additional surveys with any site you agree to receive information about... I repeatedly ended up where I began, and it sounded like I was going to get a $500 gift card (even asked if address was correct so they could ship it to me through Fed-Ex!)... I have received scores of emails from other sites that I said "Yes" to in the many, many surveys, and have received several phone calls from insurance men and a guy over in India. I think the whole thing is a big rip-off and I am done with K-Mart and will refuse any info from their "associated sites" they lured me to!

I also tried looking for the feedback survey to try and win the BIG gift card! Looks like they are trying to make us all look like fools!

I have tried a number of times to get kmartfeedback.com with no luck... would like to know how these others say they are getting...which isnt many of them. I like to shop at Kmart and Sears... and I like to enter different things as money is always nice to have a change to win. I think the store in Burlington, NC does need a little better management and how the people greet you etc... that all counts in business. Went to WalMart, decided i would check out Kmart 1 more time. I should have known better. Just like everybody else says no website. Wasted 1 hr. of my needed X-Mas time there. The price comparison was unbelievable. HOW DO THEY EVEN STAY IN BUSINESS!

You Dressing ad says 3 for $5.00 when it is rung up the price is $1.67 each that is $5.o1 you are over charging this does not sound like much but if you sell enough it does add up and it is against the law!

I have to say that the survey for 2500.00 is false advertising and I can't believe they can legally do this. they need to take it off the receipts or make this good. Today is 12/14/07 and the receipt still has it on there. Please get this corrected. False advertising is illegal!

I have tried to get to your sight kmartfeedback.com and it cannot be found anywhere you should to a better job of making sure this sight is available it is a form of false advertising. Stop it! Don't you realize you are losing business over this practice. Again Stop it!

You must type in www.kmartfeedback.com, the site will come up if you do it that way. The survey does exist. I just entered my survey in although my answers were not very positive for Kmart, I was able to "enter to win" the gift card.

They have no one to check you out of store. The sale signs are all wrong and they are not very nice. The 2500. gift card is shameful this is just all wrong Is someone in a third world country running KMART this is store number 7174.

Hello kmart. I tryed to getinto the survery but could not get into it why is this a joke or want . if so why not say so. Some time i do not no why people put these things out their if their not true. Some people get their hops up to win. when it is just a joke thats not fare at all. And yes i belive in giveing money to my community. How is it that "K-Mart" has a web site they advertise for a free drawing for a $2500.00 drawing for a shopping spree and you cant find it? I guess this is why I do most of my shopping now at wal mart because it wont be long until there wont be any k marts to do business with.

We also couldn't find the place where you do a survey to get entered to win $2500.00, what's up with that, if your not going to do the survey, dont post it on your receipts, that is false advertising.

Its bad enough out there in the retail shopping market, but for kmart to lie about this site is terrible. I spend a lot of money with kmart, if they don't make this right with me I'm going to target and walmart from now on.

K-Mart on 12 mile road and John R. Madisosn Heights Michigan is the worst managed store in the world. I ask myself why am I here every time o go in. There sales never ring up on sale and they are to lazy to check the prices. Today, their price was wrong the girl rang the manager 4 times, there were 3 signs saying on SALE $6.99 the cashier would not look ,the item was 2 feet from the cash register, when she did finally see the sign she still would not sell it to me. she had to get a price check.

The employees say the managers are in the back playing cards. 20 to 30 people waiting in line every time. I thought they would change when Sears took over, but I think it is worse.

I was at a kmart at 4201 n. Harlem norridge,il on 12/06/07 my mom bought some vitamin c the price was $1.09 at least that was the price on the shelf.my mom took them up to the counter when I got up there the lady was asking my mom for $4.39. I told her the price should be $1.09 she got very rude and said that's the amount her machine shows, I told her i don't care what she machine said the price on the shelf shows $1.09. there was a man scanning items on a other shelf and i asked him to go over where we found the item. He scanned the bottle of vitamins it came up$1.09 and he said there buy on get one free. I went back to the counter and told her the man said it was$1.09 and she was still very rude to us. I talked to a manager and told him about the way we were treated by this lady, he said he was sorry I told him it seems like she was trying to scam my mom for more money because she's 76 years old and it does happen to older people. I was in management at one time and if i or one of my workers treated a customer like she did to us we would not have a job. I think you need to hire better people.

On December 4, 2007, I went to do grandson Christmas shopping. I purchased Leap Frog Learning Tad. It had a price sticker on it of 19.94. Several other Learning Tad's and Learning Lily's had markdown of 17.94. At the checkout register I was charged 21.99. I told the girl that it was marked 19.94 on the top of box, and several others on the toy isle (Learning Tad & Learning Lily)were marked 17.94. I was sent to Customer Returns, were I recounted my story to lady at Customer Returns. She called Toy Dept. manager over to register. Was told that at Christmas alot of people change prices on toys, so I could only get it for 19.94. At least 8 other Tad's and Lily's were marked at 17.94. I thought they would automatically scan or maybe I would have picked up one that was physically marked. I could understand one that had a wrong price sticked, but at least 8 more with the same price. I don't steal, change prices, etc. It wouldn't be worth my time risking going to jail over 2.00. Plus, it puts a bad taste in your mouth for people to insinuate that your dishonest. The toy manager also said that she recognized the
problem with the price difference, but that she was busy doing a new toy display at the front of the store and she also had a truck
to process. I didn't even ask for the 17.94 price, I just thought she should be aware of the three different prices. I found this
particular toy priced even lower at another local store, so I should have taken it back for a refund, and purchased it at the other
store. I've worked at a local large retail store and we tried to make the customer right to a point. I've always liked Kmart,
but this shopping experience wasn't my best. Most stores have to take the price that is physically on the item. Well, 2.00 wasn't
going to break me, but there is a principal here. Thank you for listening to my story.

I am upset with kmart and the lies they have on their receipts about the 2,500 gift card! I think they should give everyone that has a receipt that says you could win a 2,500 kmart gift card a gift card for false advertisement! Maybe we should all take this one step forward to the better business burrow!

I got to the survey o.k but what I did not like was one of the free ads that I signed up for said that $14.95 would be billed to my phone bill each month. Hello I don't think so.

I tried to get on to take the survey for a chance to win 2500 dollars there is no such survey all i found was other people complaining about the survey they said it was a rip off and i agree completely with them. I wil not ever try again and i will not shop at k mart again, every thing they say is false!
