Kmart point program

I drove 40+ miles to our closest Kmart because I received a email saying that I had 14.00 free cash to spend. No where in the email did it state that it had to be spent on a certain part of the store. When the cashier rung everything up she said I only had 5.26 available. She said the 14.00 was for groceries only. I truly enjoy shopping at your store but I was really upset about this. I did buy some groceries along with other items. Your emails misrepresent what is really available.

Kmart misleading information

I was looking for the Round Jute Rug which is showing available in Bondin junction store from Kmart Websire. After I went there, I was told they don't have it. Then I called Broadway store to ask them to check if they do have it. They said to me on the phone yes they have it. So I went to Broadway store. The lady from customer service said we definitely don't have it. It was such a bad shopping experience. I wasted all my Sunday afternoon finding this rug. There is no reliable information, neither from website nor from the phone call.

Kmart so bad employee

I went to k mart today
I was in the line to pay items it was my turn but Mexican employee said behind me person is first it is not my turn now. Behind lady was Mexican it is make me so mad.. same mexican so Mexican first .. wow if someone not Mexican should not go k mart .. anyway Mexican is first at k mart!

Kmart customer service

I aproched your Campbelltown Kmart store yesterday 12-8-2018 around 4:00pm. As I approach the front of the stall I seen a employee who was standing at the door checking customers bags. I walked into the stall pass this employee as I came though the doors I heard this employee swearing I turned around and I'm not sure who or what she was swearing at but the disgusting language coming out of the employees mouth was absolutely appualing.. not only did I have my young children with me who also had heard the language coming from this employees mouth I'm sure so many customers seen and heard to. This employee should not be working around customers swear ring and using foul language like that. I immediately left the store in absolute discust with this employee behaviour

Kmart jewelry services

I was at kmart aguadilla and I need it help but right now this lady on cash register keep talking on the phone so rude and I wait and wait and she never ask me if I need it help, I will never ever visit kmart again. Its ridiculous the amount of time that I waited for this lady to help me.. Oh by the way she still on the phone just laughing and talking this is not good for your company at all. I tried to talk to a manager so they can send someone else to help me but they said she is the only one in the jewelry section.. I'm really disappointed and so is my family.

Kmart kmart handicap scooters 34th st./ herald square

I am a person with a disability and I don't get out much except to go shopping at Kmart store. And when I do go shopping I find that walking up and down the isles can be tedious and I become light headed due to the medications I take for my disability. I relie on the handicap scooters to allow me a smooth and convenient shopping experience. When I went to the one on 34th street by herald square, both scooters are always out of order. they are never charge and one of the cords is cut on one of them. You know I found it very disappointing and a hassle to maneuver the isles of the store, many time I got light headed and had to acquire a place to rest. It took me at least 45minutes to shop but when I have access to a handicap scooter it takes me no less than 15 to 20 minutes. I asked you to please bring back the handicap scooters in Kmart on 34th st. You know not just fore me but many store shoppers who have some type of disability or physical impairment. Because they really do make a positive difference in my shopping experience.

Kmart cashier

I recently visited Kmart at 2302 Cherry Road Rock Hill SC 29732 and the cashier JAMES was very bad..He doesn't know anything about coupons and points and he was not willing to listen also...I lost all my points and coupons and then he voided the transaction and finally I have nothing in my hands no coupons no points and not a single stuff...I had $32 full points+ coupons+ FREECASH and he messed and ruined everything...So dissatisfied and disappointed from the cashier and Kmart .

Kmart warranty

I purchase for my mom at the end of April in the location of 12350 sw 8 st, miami, fl a pair of earrings and a chain . According to the sales person was 14 k gold. I was clearly instructed to the sales person that if is not real 14 k gold, my mom will change the color immediately. Well the sales person indicated that dont worried about it, in one month if something happend I can return . As I ask 20 days after I have to return with my mom. The sales associate denied everything that we spoke. Thanks God I have write word by word in the recipe. Now is not one year yet . My mom chain 14k that we have to change and pay the difference broke for two different parts. And the pair of earrings fell one side in each one . I will like to know the opportunity that I have to return this items or replace. Or contact my credit card to indicated what happens. If I am covered by Sear/Kmart warranty or my credit card. Please awaiting for your answer

Kmart pay online, pickup in store

The customer service provided by Kmart stores are unacceptable. This is the third time I have purchased the item onlime to pick up in the store, which hours have passes and I have not received a confirmation email stating my order is ready for pick up. During the Christmas holiday my daughter didn't receive one of her gifts on time because it took the order a 1 week to be fulfilled but as per Mary's website the item is suppose to be available the same day. I have placed a order with target atbthe same time and my items were available for pick up that same hour. This has happens at both Bronx, NY locations on Bruckner Blvd and Coop City. I will also be filing a corporate complaint as well. I asked to speak with a supervisor at 5:30pm and as of 6:01pm I'm still waiting for management.

Kmart poor management

I was hired on the morning I showed up they were arguing over who was going to train me! Since that made me feel so unwelcome I walked out and told management why I was. They (claimed hr came in and said to terminate me. Really? I quit when I walked out. I would never work for a company with such poor management skills. And you wonder why your having to close more stores. Get inside of them and see how your managers are running your stores. Sad cause I've been a shopper there since I was a kid and I'm 52, but would never spend another dime of my money...for the wary I was treated! Sad!

Kmart complaint about krissy at the manukau store

She isn't very honest and well behaved employee and also she makes up plenty of rumours of others and tell staff member around the store she has been very un fare and putting others down she need to come out of the store this isn't fare to others specially for people that come after 1 week and here rumours about themselves people asking you what happened is this true and stuff

Kmart customer service/returns

My aunt passed away about two weeks ago. We have been going through her things and found several items to be returned to Kmart. The tags were still on them; however, we did not have any receipts. The local store in Lexington, South Carolina would not accept the items. We were told to donate them to Goodwill or a church. We have had NO problems returning items to other stores like Kohl's, Hamrick's, and Walmart. Needless to say, we will no longer shop at your stores and waste our money on your merchandise. Our entire family will patronize the stores mentioned above since they were so nice and accommodating to us during our time of sorrow. Thank you!

Kmart no handicap scooters

Today I went to my local Kmart store (745 Quentin, Lebanon, PA) to purchase some items. When I came in I noticed no scooters available but 2 wheelchairs. I am handicapped and can't walk any distance. The wheelchairs won't work if you're by yourself. They use to have 2 scooters and was told they broke and never replaced them except with wheelchairs. This is no way to treat your handicap customers and prevent us from shopping in your stores.

Kmart managers

I work at kmart as a cashier. I am 18 years old. I have asked multiple times for my hours to be cut down because of school and nothing has been done about it. i'm working friday-sunday. and both saturday and sunday are 8 hour shifts. i'm only a senior in high school. it's ridiculous. and the soft lines manger is VERY rude. example: a customer asked me to call someone for help with a trampoline yesterday. i said okay. the soft line manager was the only one working. no workers were on the floor. i said "hey a customer needs help with a trampoline back there, i can't do anything because i'm a cashier." and her response was a dirty look and she said "and ?" and i was like "um you have to help her get it to her car ?" and she said "well what the hell do you want me to do about it" and this included a dirty look and an eye roll. i'm so close to quitting. this store location is awful and we all get treated like dirt.

Kmart store supervisor michelle

I took my son shopping for college supplies, there was a coupon for 10% on his phone, that said to use a code at checkout to receive the 10% discount, cashier didn't know how to process it so she called Michelle over who, proceeded to tell me and the customer in line with us, who by the way wanted to use this same discount, that we couldn't use it, it had to be a printed coupon for them to scan, but the one on the phone was not a printable one. I spent $435.00 and that 10% would have been a great savings to us. She argued with us, was not very helpful or nice. I asked her to put the code in and she wouldn't, kept saying she needed a printed coupon in order for us to get reimburse for discount. She was very unprofessional with us, we just paid for our items and left, But I was very upset about this and I still would like that discount.
Really not sure why Kmart would put this coupon out there if the stores wont let you use it!

Kmart product availability

Shopped for t shirts at Williamsport PA KMart on August 14, 2018. I wear Mens XL or 2XL all cotton T shirts with no pocket or logo designs. You don't have any. Even the Hanes 3 packs were 25% polyester. The others were mostly polyester, and cheaply made in Romania, or SE Asia. After depending on KMart for decades, you have probably lost my business. I understand buying the cheapest products available, then selling at the largest mark up seems like maximizing your bottom line, but people aren't that stupid. I'm taking the time to inform you of this, so perhaps your buyers will consider the long term consequences of only offering your patrons the lowest quality available.

Kmart online order places

I placed an order online July 29th

I have been waiting for my order to "Ship to Store" for the estimated arrival of August 8th. I have called the number provided given by one of your employees regarding this is issue and NO ONE has been able to answer any of my questions. I have spoken with three separate representatives on three seperate days regarding this order not arriving at the chosing location. Which all of them stated they would send me an email about the where abouts of the package and etc. I have not received any email yet! Your representatives have no knowledge of tracking information nor the last place where the package was scanned. That doenst help and it is absurd.

I find it hard to believe that this is the way you want to treat your Rewards Members. I was advised by the representative I spoke with yesterday that on certain occasions that the shipping information doesnt update and the package could of arrived at the store.

I decided to call the Kmart location at 34th Street Penn Station to see if this was accurate. I called the first time and spoke to someone who told me they dont have my order in their system. Then she transfered me to a manager that hung up on me while I was telling her my discrepancy. Since we disconnected. I called back until someone answered the phone. Finally after several attempts the same person I spoke to the first time answered. I stated that the manager she transferred me to hung up on me. She then placed me on hold for a very long time. Please see attached photos.

The fact that NONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES have made an effort to help resolve or at least bring clarity to my situation is completely disguisting. Meanwhile my son who was supposed to have his birthday present the 8th of August is still waiting.

In my opinion someone in your establishment needs to reconsider how you handle affairs of this matter. As a customer I WILL NOT be purchasing any items from your store and I will share my experience with those it may concern.

Kmart overcharging then applying store credit to overcharge!!!

My husband was issued a $12 coupon for the store in Hamilton MT. We went in today to use it. When the coupon was deducted our out of pocket was about $9. I remember thinking for what we got that was a little high. In the car I looked at my receipt and I was charged for 2 @ $3.79 each. I went in and "Shirley" tried to tell me, "You got $12 off at the end. We take a little off each item." OK, I said but I was overcharged to begin with. She tried to make me see where you didn't overcharge me and I still don't see it. She did refund me $3.79 but the $12 should come off the CORRECT price!

Shouldn't my out of pocket cost have been $2.28 after $12 credit?

Kmart 45 day return policy

My daughter had a storage while she lived with me she placed a couple of layaways in kmart and as she got them out she put those items in storage. She had queen sheets in her layaway but she switched her bed to a king. She just moved in her apartment on 08/10/18 and she tried to exchange the sheets. They said they can't do anything because it has been past 45 days so they sent her out the door with sheets she can't use. How lousy.

45 days is a VERY reasonable return policy. Most are 30 days or less. Just because they refuse to break the rules it doesn't make it lousy service.

Kmart customer service

My name is Kathleen and today I got served by a girl who had really bad customer service skills she didn't talk and didn't ask for my flyby card and she didn't smile and she looked at me like I was really strange and she looked like she would rather be anywhere else but at kmart working. I have had a fair bit of bad customer service in the port macquarie kmart store.
