Kmart kmart rewards/ false advertising

I went to Kmart store on the 2nd I picked Kmart for the deal going on spend 30 get 15$ . So me and my 2 friends went. After are purchase we asked how long till we can use the 15$ she said it will be put on or card no more the 48 hours so we went back on the 10th to redeem or 15$ after spending 2 hours there I had about 50$ worth of stuff and was running late to a appointment as I was checking out first problem was from some underwear I picked from the 5/12$ rack well she said one was on sale so I could not get the deal this was all picked from same rack I was fustraited and late for a appointment so I said put underwear back then she rang up the rest and as I went to use my 15$ is wasnot there what so ever so I wasted my day and was totally humiliated in line from looking like an idiot 2 times both time there fault. The kicker of it my friend who also got the reward on the 2nd hers was not there and she also got her underwear from the 5/12$ rack and could not get them because we were out of time and one was on sale so we couldn't get deal. They should of compt us the deal since there was no clearance sticker then imagin both of us in line have that issue and her never getting her 15$ either this store is a joke a needs to get there store together we should not have been embarrassed from mistakes on there end. This store needs to be looked into.

Kmart steve harvey boys five piece suit size 8

I made a online purchase of a Steve Harvey boys five piece suit size 8 March 12, 2018 the suit was paid for in full I was told I would receive this suit 3 to 7 days. I did not receive the suit in 3 to 7 days I called the store to see when I would receive the suit I was told again that I will receive the Suit in 3 to 7 days from the date of purchase. I Purchased this suit for Easter it is now April 4 I have yet to receive the suit. I call the store April 2 and asked for a refund I was told I would receive a refund the money will be put back on my credit card instead I received an email informing me that they were unable to cancel my order. That I should contact Kmart and ask Kmart To close my profile. Upon contacting Kmart I was Told that considering this was and online purchase they could not cancel my order inside the store they said they had limited access to the account. Now I have contact Kmart 4 different times and explain the emails that I'm receiving from them. They still tell me they can't cancel my order and I have not yet received the suit. For some reason no one at Kmart or Sears is able to resolve my problem even though they took the money off of my credit card. I am very upset and I am considering contacting a lawyer to resolve this problem and I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and will file a lawsuit if I have to. All I want is a refund for the purchase of the suit that I did not receive. The order number is #[protected]. I hope someone can please help me resolve this matter ASAP. They didn't have a problem taking my money off my card for some reason you have a problem with giving it back to me. hope this problem is resolved soon.

Kmart despite having the wrong label I was not offer the prices marked

I went to Kmart on March 31. Me and some other people came across some towels that were marked $1.99. We asked the person that work there if it was was the correct pricing, and she said since it's the stores fault they would offer it. We grabbed few towels and someone went to ask the manager. The manager on duty Jasmine came. She said that we can't get those towels in that price despite of the entire rows of towel being there with the same label as $1.99. There were same of those towels elsewhere with different price and the manger said we go by this price, and removed the $1.99 price. Terrible manager service, I also work retail and we usually offer the price if it's the store mistake. However I seem worst service from the manger and I want this complaint to go to the district manager and her should know how customers are treated at there store. When I asked for a store manager she also denied to call her and said she left as she was off. I want th district manager to take some action, store number is 4457.

It seems like you were wrong about the price and misread it. If you cannot afford to pay the real price for the towels then do not get them. Or get the ones that actually are $1.99. Chances are you misread the sign. Just look at how you spelled the word the in your last sentence. I know this is a typo, but it shows that you are careless and do not look at things thoroughly. Chance are you did that with the sign as well?

Kmart donations

I spoke to Jeff the Donation Manager for K-Mart in Peru, Indiana and he was very rude, very unprofessional too with me! I told him I will never ever shop here ever again, and that I will tell everyone I know, and will blast this out on Facebook and other media online. All he could say was that he didn't give a DAM! How rude! This guy Jeff needs to be fired or taken down several notches. He acts like his crap doesn't stick and that he is the almighty in charge!

Kmart management

I just waited at customer service for 10 minutes while the manager and two employees argued in front of me about their break schedule. When the manager finally acknowledged me, she was incredibly rude. I ended up leaving without making the purchase I planned on. I have been in this store many times, as it is the only department store in the area, but I have never had a good experience. They treat customers as if they are getting in the way.

Kmart texas steer boots

Every year we buy multiple pairs of your boots because my fiance works a job that requires work boots. This year and last year total we bought 8 pairs of boots mainly black, but a few tan also. Usually your boots are awesome, but this year and last year they have been horrible. They keep breaking. Three pair the bottom of the boot broke where water was getting in his boot. Another pair the holes where the shoe string goes through broke so he couldn't tie them. Two pair ripped on the heel. The two we just bought in March have already torn. Where the tounge and the toes meet rippped. The stores wont take any back or let us exchange for new ones. What can we do because we spend a ton of money on his boots to protect his feet while he is working and expect it to do its job, but lately have not had luck with your boots. Please help us! We have 5 kids and dont have money to keep spending on something that should last more than a week.

I bought this boots a month ago and the soles are coming lose ! And there is no website to complain or get a refund from ! Worst boot company ever ! F rating ...Failure ...

Kmart return policy

I parched a heater with my social security check on the third of March it worked great at first then it quit last night I still had the box but could not find the receipt so we boxed it up and headed to Kmart in Farmington New Mexico apon arrival waited in line till our turn told them the above story the two ladies started talking in Navajo between each other ask me if we used a reward card no we hadn't asked if I had used a credit card no we paid cash they spoke to each other in Navajo again and she told me they couldn't help me and called the next person up I asked well what doi do about the heater she said no receipt no help
And went on to help the next person I paid 32$ for that heater I'm disabled and do not have the money to re place it Kmart has left a bad taste in my mouth I don't think we will shop there anymore

Kmart why not lease it

I did why not lease program in 2016 at first it seemed great but none of the employees knew anything about it, so I was approved and had to pay pay the taxes upfront this was at the Kmart in Toms River on route 37, after making the payments I wanted to pay it off now how the program was explained to me was no where or no how then what the person on the phone told me then they explained to me that if I do t pay it my credit would be ruined, they were horrible to me and I had to pay out more then what amount was told that I actually owed it was a lie and scam and put me in a very bad position! When I signed up for it what was told that I would pay ended up being a lie and was totally different price at the end. I know how leases work I sell Lexus this was not a lease then buy out it was just making payments on the amount then when you get it payed you have to pay another full price it's was all a lie and a scam

Kmart package not available on time

Hi, I purchased a toy for my grandsons first birthday on the 17th of March. The tracking number is #1Z4E1Y170379862343 . The order number is #[protected]. It said I would be able to be picked up on Friday the 23rd of March. My grandsons first birthday party was the 24th so that was perfect. I ordered it and on the 23rd i never received the email saying it had arrived so I called to see if it was in store but the phone went to voicemail so I had to go to the store. When I got there they told me it wasn't there. Today I called the 800 Kmart number and asked them what was going on, they told me it got delivered on Thursday, the 22nd and that I could go pick it up. We went there and again we were told that we couldn't pick it up because it was on the truck but not unloaded. They told us we could try to come back later to see if it was unloaded. We had to leave our grandsons party to finally pick it up so we could bring it to him. This is ridiculous! We didn't get a discount for the mistake or even a sorry. We wouldn't have gotten this item if it wasn't going to be here on time. We spend $70 on this for it to not come in when it's supposed to. I'll definitely think twice about shopping Kmart again.

This incident made me so angry that unfortunately I took my anger out on my grandson and was kicked out of his party. Now his parents are getting the police involved and pressing charges. What upset me was he was crying because he was hungry.

Kmart kmart tyre and auto service maddington. w. a

My elderly mothers car needed front brake pads replaced only. She was quoted $317.00 on 19/03/2018. She was happy with that quote and booked it in for 22/03/2018.
Approx 1.5 hrs latwr sge receives a phone call from Kmart tyre and auto maddington saying her discs needed maching too at a further cost of $150.00, she was upset as that was not included in the quote. And he also tried to push the sale of 4 new tyres. As it turns out we told them not to do the job. He was very rude, condescending to my mother and laughed at us as we left the office.
We had someone else do the job and there was nothing wrong with the discs. No damage at all, like your mechanic implied.
We are disgusted at his poor cutomer service and dishonesty.
We will never bring our vehicles to Kmart tyre and auto ever again.
You not only lost a sale of $317.00, you have lost any further custom by us.

Kmart overcharged for 3 toys s/b 50% off

Local store is closing and is selling discounted inventory. I did not receive 50% off price on 3 toys but didn't discover it until I got home. Went to store for refund of $15+ but was told it was my fault since I didn't tell cashier of incorrect price at time of purchase and 'all sales are final' and 'no refunds.' I was told the that is why the cashier reads the discounted price out loud - though at time she started scanning items, I was still placing them on the counter. I suggested either allowing me to purchase items equal to the overcharge amount or even a gift card but told not possible as all sales are final. I feel store is at fault as they overcharged for the 3 toys. Instead the associate manager said there was nothing that could be done.

Kmart service at coolalinga registers

I was at KMart Coolalinga today at approximately 9:45 am. Please pass this message on to the two girls that were serving at the registers and assisting the self serve register. One with brown hair the other with blonde hair. If you do not like your job, or if you do not like assisting customers that shop where you are employed to work, quit now. Sometimes service can be annoying overboard, but service with a smile and acknowledgment is nice. The service provided by you two girls was disappointing with your surly smug attitude. If you think spray and wiping the counter or trying to open an already opened box is more important than making eye contact (without the eye roll) and assisting customers, you need to find another job. Assisting customers with an eye roll is not appreciated. There are plenty of other young local adults out there that would love your job.

Kmart in-store pickup service

I purchased 4 items on March 12th & that same day I was told half my order was ready. I had them delivered to the Kmart in Prince Frederick Maryland for in store pickup. When the person I had to pick it up arrived he waited a hour and they couldn't find it . I recieved a second email that same night saying it was ready again so when he went back the next day it took them 3 tries to find it. I went in the 17th to see if my other items were there and a lady told me no after checking. I asked if I could cancel them and she told me I had to go online to do so or call the 1-800 number. When I went online yo try to cancel the items it said I couldn't because they were delivered. When I looked up the ttacking info, it said they were delivered to the store and recieced by Vito. When I called back to the store I was told they'd look and call me back. When I got the call back a guy informed me that my items were not at the store and that he could cancel it for me if I wanted. He cancelled it & said the items were only $8 and some amount of change to which I told him no they were about $20. He couldn't understand why and asked if I used shop your way points but when I ordered the items the Kmart website told me I had no money in my shop your way so I paid all of it from my card. I asked him if I brung in my receipt would that be better and he said yes so I headed back to the store. When I got there they said they didn't have the items and that it'll be marked as there but sometimes it's not. To my surprise one of the people who told me this was Vito who the tracker said received my items. I had my receipt ready to show them but they just asked for my number and name and said they'd let me know when the items came in and would call me so they can get everything sorted out. I was also told that maybe my items were showing up on their computer as only being $8 and something because they were still being processed and coming to the store but once they got there it would read the full price of the items I didn't get yet. Right after I left the store I received an email saying my items were cancelled and the status of the items were ready for pick up, all after they just told me the items were never even in the store. It also said that the total for the items were $21.18, and just minutes before they were saying on their computer it came up to only be 8 dollars and some change. I had my boyfriend with me each time I visited the store and he was the one who picked up the first two items. Overall I just simply don't want the other 2 unrecieved items and to have them returned because I've had problems with these items since I purchased them. I am happy with the 2 I have but it has been a complete run around with the other 2 items. I am very unhappy with my in store pickup experience and will not be using that method of shipping ever again. I also will not order from Kmart online in the future. Pictures attached show when the order was placed, how much it was total, the tracking info for the items I did not receive, the email I got after I left the store, when my first two items were said they were ready for pick up, and the receipt for the first two items.

Kmart rotterdam ny store

My family and I visited your Rotterdam NY store on 3/17 and all I can say is I will not be returning. I was looking for 3T jeans for my son and you would have thought this was a girls only store. There was not 1 pair of jeans in any size for a boy. On top of that the department looked like a tornado went through it. We continued to walk through the store which we shouldn't have. We walked by the mattress department and I almost threw up. The mattresses that were out are absolutely disgusting. They are covered in stains and filth. We ended up buying a toy and light bulbs only because we didn't want to go to another store. We waited at the checkout for 15 minutes. The woman at the customer service desk said she isn't allowed to check people out but would if you only had 1 item. What's the difference between 1 and 2 items when you only have 2 checkouts open and both lines had 6-7 customers in them? So, with this horrible experience I will not be back unless desperate and even being desperate I will second guess coming to this store.

Kmart the customer service at the 770 broadway store.

I tried to make a 60.00 perches, but to the cash register freezed and the manager Jorge and the floor manager witch did not care to give her name because she felt she didn't have to. Try to treat me as if I was waiting to get arrested. There demeanor and body language spelled out gangster. And yet want to treat me like a criminal. Shame on them and the one who hired them. I used to love shopping at that location, now I have no choice but to shop else where. A little friendly advise, trane, trane trane. Before putting them out to the public.

Kmart is overpriced with low selection of quality items. I wish you price matched because 99% of your products are overpriced compared to target/Walmart/toys r us . Since this is the closest store to our home we are sometimes in a bind and have to stop here even though we despise this store. Please lowere your prices and start to carry more quality items

Supervisor Natalia has no customer service skills whatsoever. I'm very upset with her. She was rude and confrontational. I went to the customer service desk to send a Western Union and from the moment I asked for assistance she had the worst attitude. I have been a customer serv supervisor for over 23+ years in USA and this girl is simply a bad apple. I will never go to this store again because if my experience with Supervisor Natalie. I filed a written complaint with the store manager Olga but I wanted to let you know. This is unacceptable behavior and it needs to be addressed inmediately.

Kmart layaway department

On Feb 16/18 I put towels away on layaway for my mom. I'd never done this before and the girl named Stephanie told me I had 8 weeks to pay it off. I never used the layaway service before. She failed to tell me I needed to make a payment after 2 weeks. I went across the border to pay for the towels and they put the towels back in stock and charged me 5$ layaway fee and 10$ cancellation fee. The layaway number was 22795. So I basically paid $15 for nothing. I will never ever set foot in the international falls KMart EVER AGAIN!

Kmart baby crib mobile

after purchasing online a baby crib mobile for my soon arriving grand baby we discovered after assembly that the knob to turn the mobile was defective & did not work. I purchased the item jan 24, picked it up jan 25. order number [protected]. we didn't assemble immediately because baby was not due til end of February. on march the 8th i tried to return to the st Petersburg store and the return was declined because i am out of my 30 days return policy!
it was bought as a gift & is defective! Is this how you stand behind your merchandise?

I was in your college square store in Newark Delaware 19711 and She wasn't happy to be working she had a nasty attitude she didn't even ask if I had a Kmart rewards card I told her that I wanted to use my points she won't do anything that I asked her she was even rude giving me my change she put it on the counter with the credit card swiper machine she needs to be taught how to talk to the customers or fire her cause she really ain't Kmart friendly
