Kmart visalia store

The internet says the store is open till 10pm i rushed here to get last minute gifts and wasted gas driving my 2000 ford exscursion which gets 8 miles a gallon and they told me there closed. People in the parking lot said they closed there doors at 925. Now i have to go to the gas station and get gifts? I want this to be made right im a club member. I prefer your store and sears all my tools are stanley and craftsman and i hate to complain but its christmas. I want a gift card or something make this right for me kmart

Kmart items ordered, told they were ready then told the order was cancelled

I purchased several items on the 12/23/17 for in store pick up in time for Christmas. I received an notification that my items were ready for store pick up about an hour ago today. I had intentions of going to pick them up today. Then shortly after I received another email that several of the items that I ordered had been cancelled. I am infuriated because of the mix messaging that I keep receiving. I am having so much difficulty lately with ordering items with my hard earned money and then not receiving them because of issues with shipping and delivery services. I ordered these items specifically for Christmas gifts and now I wont not be able to give to my family because my items were cancelled unbeknownst to me. I teusted that Kmart being a reputable place would come through for me. Now I find it very unacceptable and intolerable now I have essentially no gifts. I need a justification and a refund if the items are no longer available. Today I spent several hours on the phone with customer service representatives from Kmart trying to get updates on my items and I felt in the clear when I received an from you all that my items were ready only be let down by lack of service and communication with customers.

Kmart terrible customer service

I have been having plenty of trouble with Kmart lately besides their shelves being unorganized and their sales people walking around using poor judgement as to what they are yelling back and forth to each other. The other day, I went to fill a prescription at the pharmacy. I was told it would take 15 minutes to fill so I walked away for a short while. When I returned to the pharmacy, a young girl was at the window purchasing about 20 items, none of which were medicine. The cashier was tending to her and looking around the counter and behind the counter trying to find coupons for this young person to use. The customer was being very vulgar and yelling, is that all you can save me, why the [censor] do I shop here then. To make a long story short, the cashier was her mother and she spent more than 10 minutes trying to get her more and more discounts. Til it was over and done, she saved her more than $20, while I stood there waiting with a fever and severe head pain. I get more and more disgusted and swore that I would never go back but this time, I mean it. I can now see why your stores are closing across the US. Then to top it off, my prescription had a refill and when another pharmacy tried to transfer it, your pharmacist told them that there was no refill. I can't even tell you how frustrating it is.

Kmart nothing positive to say

Haven't gone there in a year, decided to visit one of their stores recently and you know what? I was disappointed. Everything is overpriced. Same products can be easily found at the nearest much smaller stores, but with more reasonable prices. The diversity of products seems to be fine, but in fact, I haven't found anything I wanted to buy. Left the store with nothing. I guess it was my last visit. Disappointing.

Kmart false advertisement

I don't shop at Kmart much, I went to your store in Cape Girardeau, Mo, there was a sign over the register that had text free cash and you received 5.00 off right now.
Your employees really had no idea what to do? They said I had to sign up with reward program, which I did, cashier put all my information in and nothing, then I was told it might take up to 48 hours to receive the discount?
I didn't receive the 5.00 off?
Photo attached very disappointing. I will be very hesitant about going back to your store again.

Kmart online order pick up and extremely bad attitude of employee

Hello. My name is Alina. I placed an order online for three different items and I had to pick them up one by one. Absolutely no problem here, I fully understand that I was notified about pick up as soon as each item was available. But for the last item, the pick up experience was horrible. It made me absolutely hate shopping inside this KMart store in Rutland VT. I went to the Customer Service desk where (the same as with the other two orders) I had to wait in line for at least 10 minutes (everything was awfully slow) until I was sent to a register. I had to stay in line again for maybe 5 minutes and when I asked about my order I was told that I will have a huge line behind me if the cashier will go to bring my order so I was sent to another register that was not very crowded. Went there, waited for additional 5-7 minutes and the gentleman from the register (Ed) told me that he is not hired to help me and that he will not go to look for my items! I went back to Customer Service and after additional 10 minutes the first cashier came and told me she will call someone to help me.
Overall it took more than 30 minutes to pick up my order and I am left with a very bad impression about the store and some of the employees of this store. I will have a second thought in placing any orders with Kmart or Sears. Why am I placing online orders? To pick up my items after more that 30 minutes and be treated as if I came to steal something? Totally unacceptable and disappointing

Kmart customer service in returning

My three year old daughter recieved a birthday gift of a bicycle. It is still new in box and still even has Kmart tags on it. As being a present we have no reciept as no one usually gives a three yr old a reciept with a present. The bike is too small for her. We tried to take it back and only exchange for something she can use. They refuse without a reciept and we have no way of getting one. I can understand had it not had Kmart tags still on it and never opened. This is unacceptable concidering that this is now leaving a three year old empty-handed. Please help us in this matter. It is sad that so many is going out of business and this reasoning is one reason why.

Kmart not professional employee

12/19/17: 7:00 PM - I was at Kmart in Gas City, Indiana I was checking out at customer service the girl working was very unprofessional not wearing proper work attire or uniform as the other employee's. The girl did not know how to work the register properly, she was saying obscene words with my children standing there. Was throwing merchandise to another employee there and just not paying attention to me as the customer to get checked out. The name on the tag was Cora. The other lady at service (Amanda or Mandy, I think) had me come to her and she was able to check me out with no issues and was very friendly and helpful. She also apologized for the other girl working there. I typically do not write complaints about customer service but this was just unacceptable behavior especially in front of my children. I do not think this Cora is very customer service oriented and do not believe she should be working customer service up front.

Kmart poor service at super kmart niles ohio

I am simply amazed at how bad the service is at the superkmart in niles ohio... I stopped in today and chose a cake at the bakery, waited while the woman behind the counter completed a phone call, waited while she discussed the phone call with another employee then realized she was making another phone call and not going to wait on me... Picked up some items I needed and went to checkouts, only 1 was open and the line was long. I simply parked the cart and left... I have always used kmart pharmacy but the last few times I was in, the pharmacist and her assistant were too busy chatting to come to the window and wait on me... I am transferring all perscriptions to walgreens, I pay the same copayment where ever I go... I am not surprised at the number of stores that have closed... With that kind of horrible customer service, its a wonder they still exist at all...

Kmart barbie flip and reveal

I am emailing regarding the Barbie Flip and Reveal doll head that was on your website. On December 16, 2017, I was surfing the internet for the best price on the above item and I noticed that your company had the best price at $29.84. To my dismay that price only applied to non African American doll head, to purchase the African American doll head it would be $34.99. I immediately called your customer service line and the gentleman had no response for me. So I outright asked is the price based on race and he stated yes. I am not sure if you understand my frustration at this point. On December 17, 2017, I checked the item pricing again with hopes that it was corrected and it was within reason ($29.99 not $29.84). I checked again on December 18, 2017 and the doll head was removed. I am extremely displeased and if feel discriminated against; toys for children are priced based on race is totally ridiculous and uncalled for. I am requesting clarity on this matter. I forced to purchase this item with another retailer.

Kmart return/customer service

I was in you Edwardsville PA store today at 10:25am and purchased $90 of items. They were all clothing items for Xmas gifts. After leaving I found out that 3 of the shirts I bought were the wrong size. I needed one size up. I return to the store at 1pm. And brought 4 shirts that I bought because the 4 shirts were part of the buy one get one 50%off so I didn't want to miss out on that deal by exchanging only 3 shirts. The 1st girl that tried to help me (Angel) was very polite and tried to figure out why it was saying I would owed $3.33 when they were the exact same items. The next girl that then took care of me processed the return and said you owe $3.33 because you originally used a $5 off coupon. I asked can you over ride the $3.33 on the purchase being its only about 2hrs later and they are the same items just 1 size larger and same prices. She said no we can not. I asked if a the mgr would be able to override it. She again stated no you used a coupon for the 1st purchase I can not do it on this. This was very upsetting. Not so much because of the money. $3.33 but the lack of customer service. I find it hard to believe such a big company as yourselves would support this kind of service. I wasn't asking for anything extra just to pay the same amount for the exact same items(1 size larger) I had purchased just 2 1/2 hours prior. Mind you this return took 25mins to be processed from the time the 1st young lady took care of me til when the 2nd lady finished.

Kmart online order [protected]

I placed order on 11/24 for 9 items, delivery scheduled for 11/27 then changed to 12/7. In the meantime I received UPS tracking for shipment of one of the items. However, that item was never given to UPS for shipment. Kmart could not locate the item...cancelled and refunded back to my card. One day later received an email, another item now out of stock...refunded back to my card. Two days later another item out of stock and we are now beyond the dec 7th expected delivery date. I check order status, "still processing". At this point I decide to cancel the entire order as it doesn't seem like I'm ever going to get it anyway. Since Dec 8 and today, Dec 16th I've called at least 4 different times trying to get my money back for the remaining 7 items on this order that I never received. Each time I'm told the request must be sent to case management team and expect email in 24 hours but nothing happens. I call back after a couple days and repeat the same process. This is crazy! There has to be some other form of recourse here. I never received merchandise and yet they can't seem to refund my money. Kmart/Sears sucks and absolutely should be out of business if this is the way they do business.

Kmart office stock

Good day

Today was the 5th time, I went to Clarkson Kmart at Ocean Keys to buy ink cartridges and book holders.

They never have stock, but there hang a lot of ink cards. When I take one and go to the register, their words are always "Sorry we don't have in stock". As far as I know if you don't have in stock you not suppose to have any ink cards hanging?

Asking when it will be in stock, they never can tell and have it been sometimes for a month before they have in stock.

There is no excuse for this poor management as this Kmart is the only one for this area up to Two Rocks. The closest one after Clarkson is Joondalup.

I would love to see an improvement in this store regarding their stock and knowledgement as when it will be in stock.

I am a regular customer to Kmart, and would love to do all my shopping at one shop and not need to go from shop to shop.

Kmart broken chain sold

The kmart in donelson going out of business. I bought a kid chain for my daughter. I get home the chain broke. I return the next day to show the store. All they kept saying all sales final. No remorse or anything. I wasnt asking for my money back all i wanted was a new necklace. The manager Ray was unprofessional and had no sincerity. His staff was the same way. They tried to play me like i was stupid. Saying things like i should've checked.

Kmart poor service in general!!!

Im in kmart standing in front of the lady in the old layaway section and she blatantly ignored me & another woman behind me. After exchanging glances over 6 mins i asked her was this not layaway. She said no its in the back. So my question is, since when is it ok to NOT ACKNOWLEDGE A CUSTOMER. livid. I would NEVER shop here again. Absolutely no good custumer service. Gulfport Ms location.

Her excuse for ignoring me was she was helping another customer, but I am older than both her and the other customer so I should have been helped first. Even though I am her elder she told me that I had to wait until she was done with the other customer. This woman is like half my age, and so was the customer, what about all that respect your elder. Don't they teach this anymore.

Kmart online order

I placed order on nov 24, deliverey date dec 6. On dec 7 I called and was told they didn't no why it didn't ship. I spoke with a supervisor who promised me a callback within 25 hours. Never heard from him again. I called back dec 8 where I spoke with an extremely rude rep who when I asked to speak with a manager he told me they all went home. When I said I'm sure that there is one there he laughed at me and hung up. I then called again and spoke with a supervisor who put me on hold and when she came back told me that she spoke with the store in nj and the boots were shipped on 12/7. Called again dec we to find that they never shipped and they would credit my credit card in 5-7 days. They refuse to ship the item. I have never delt with such rude people In Customer service . Now I got an email they my refund will be short because they won't refund the tax. Seriously, I buy a product from your company have to spend hours trying to find out why I never got it. Now I have to take time off work to go to stores looking for this and I'm shorted money in my refund that will take 5-7 days.
Needless to say I will never by another product from your company. I find your customer service to be rude and disrespectful and thieves to take money for an item never ship it and then not refund. The full amount

Kmart clothing

I was just at the Jasper Indiana store where i tried to buy a pair of jeans. I had a $7 free cash coupon and an email for $12 free cash off of clothing and was told I couldn't use both. Why not? I earned them to use on what I want, right? And this is certainly not the first time I have walked out without purchasing my stuff. And there is never enough checkouts open.

Kmart return policy

I purchased 2 water bottles for my girls to take back to college in October 2017. They were home for Thanksgiving and brought them back to return as they did not use them. All tags in tact etc. I returned it to my local Kmart with the receipt and told I was at 52 days and could not return them based on your policy. I was shocked and said a due bill is fine and I would go buy other items (most likely spending more than what I returned). I was treated rudely by you customer service rep and there were three other service reps standing there as well. No apology for the problem. Nothing. I picked up my bag and will never shop at Kmart again. I understand now why the store has so few shoppers. Poor customer service! I have been a faithful loyal shopper but am no longer even walking in the door.

Kmart store manager

Im going to tell you, I have been shopping at Kmart for a very long time, one of my favorite stores, but recently i visited your store in Acton, Mass, and was very dissapointed. You have a sale going on where all over the store and i mean all over the store are signs saying BOGO, . the problem is, is they are placed all over the store even in places that the product is not BOGO, , your signs are very misleading and your store manager i believe her name is Brenda was very rude to me, saying thats the way we are supposed to do it, well no, thats very misleading, and i wasnt the only one at the service desk complaining about it. I dont appreciate rudeness from a woman that is a store manager. There was a woman at the front desk however that was so lovely everytime i come in shes smiling and always so helpful. Shes ussualy on registar but this paticular time she was at service esk, maybe you should make her store manager. I dont ussually complain, but when its a store manager, that sort of behavior should not be tolerated.

Kmart deceptive return policy

On 10/16/2017, I purchased a can of Arctic Air refrigerant. The can is labeled that it is returnable within 90 days to the store of purchase for refund on the $10 deposit. I went to the store on 12/05/2017 to return can for the deposit, but the store did not honor it. The manager stated that store policy only allows 30 days for returns. The store also kept the can being returned.
