unauthorized credit card charges and scam
Yesterday on 2nd June 2017, i had a problem on my computer i called KLS Softech LLC for help,
Someone Andy with an Indian Name (Ankur Gulati) came to help me and checked my Computer.
He said 112 drivers of my computer is not working and i have to pay $600 for fixing that.
Last month also someone David wilson charged me $209.99 by showing some problems to me on my computer.
Now my computer has crashed. I don't have any computer to work.
I lost everything i had on my computer. even my bank account Passwords are changed.
I don't have anything left in my bank account.
this company is a fraud, please don't deal with them. every time i call them they ask for more and more money.
And now they have cheated me with my bank accounts and crashed my computer.

In January I go the Horrific sound and blockage on my computer with Microsoft's number to call.
I called that number as i was left with no other choice.
They scammed me of over 400 dollars and said i am good to go for next 2 years.
after that i had problems again, i kept calling them but no one answered.
They had my checking account information.
I have cancelled that account and filed a complaint to the attorney of the state of Nebraska.
Please ban these people and their company so that they don't make fool of other people.

My name is Ruth MilIer. I live in 401 Bethel Dr. Mauldin South Carolina. I am a Very Old Lady living at my own. I usually contact my relatives through email. 4 months ago i got a Microsoft number to call on my computer scree.
My computer froze and i called that number and reach Sam. He helped me and charged me $200 from my Mastercard saying this money will go to KLS Softech as they are working for microsoft and i am getting one year protection from hackers.
Again i got some problem in my email as i was not able to send emails on 8th May 2017. I met some David their and he said all drivers of my computer and certificates has gone bad and they need to repair it for another $520.00.
They scammed me for $520 and my mastercard is also not refunding my money.
I am really upset with all this.
I could have got a new computer in $200 only.
These guys are scamming old people and taking advantage of us.
Please restrict them and stop this service immediately.
