K.Jordan Faux bootie slippers

I have been doing business with Kjordan for years. Unfortunately, after ordering a pair of slippers that were in stock for a trip that scheduled. I was informed they will take an additional 7-10 business days for shipping. They refused to allow me to cancel this order & for that I will NEVER do business with them EVER again.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

K.Jordan They have late fee if you pay before due date

I receive a call from K Jordan for my Payment On September 22 and my due date is September 30. So they put a late fee because I pay to double in July before my due date. I was trying to pay earlier because I didn't have access to my computer on 30. Can't believe that is a reason for the "Latte fee". Like really? Very upset and decide to pay off and not use my account anymore.

K.Jordan Unethical behavior

I have $500 of available credit with KJordan. However, every time I place an order it gets cancelled. I called and found out, that because my balance was previously delinquent they will not allow me to use my now paid in full, zero balance due, available credit. My balance has been paid in full for months and I am still unable to order unless I pay out of pocket. Why would I need to do this when I have full available credit?

To Whom it May Concern:

I am writing this complaint about your customer service. First let me state I just started ordering from you in December of 2019. The item is received was returned because it didn't fit. I called to question my statement I received. I was transferred to (5) different reps. on 01/06/20 and each one gave me a different answer. Yes, we will credit your account you have to speak to the credit dept. credit dept. you have speak to customer service we cannot credit anything until they do it on their end. Then I can't credit you a Supervisor has to do it. Today I called same thing run around then I get an arrogant person whom didn't identify himself, telling me theirs nothing we can do Ma'am he didn't even listen to what I had to say. With service like this I guarantee you I will never order from you all again and I will make sure it goes on Social Media. All I was trying to do is get an understanding and credit on the account. I understand about the Processing fee because I saw that on the return slip but the shipping and handling an finance charge, which I had no problem paying I am truly not happy with how things were handled.

I received a bill in mail stating i'm be hind I call instantly talked to 3 people the second woman found the mistake told me I wouldn't be charged sent me to woman 3who wouldn't listen about what the 2 lady said how can I order in november and pay off in dec if I owe a past bill the 2 lady said I was charged 2 times on different account I will never do business again with you I need a fax number to prove to u this is rediclious all my accounts stoneberry massey and k jordan should have 0 balls u lost a good customer please send direct fax number

K.Jordan product not received / rude customer service & supervisor

In 2014, I ordered a pink lace top and a pair of ivory pants to wear to a wedding. And I had already made my first payment on it. I received notification the pants were not available. Also I never received the top and had called to inquire a few times about it. One of the representatives finally stated they would mail a document for me to sign stating the item was not received which was no problem. I received the document which was like a postcard, I filled it out and mailed it back the next day. Now fast forward 4.5 - 5 years later. I received a catalog and decided to give Massey's a chance but was denied due to the representative stated the document was not in the system, this girl was rude. I even offered to mail or fax a copy of the document I signed before I mailed the original that had the date as well. (I had copies of everything prior to the house fire a few months ago and losing everything in the spare bedroom/office before rebuilding). I then asked to speak to a supervisor Was placed on a 48 min hold until some supervisor came on the line said she was also with billing and this person was 10x nastier than the agent. Now because of their incompetence this is affecting my credit score and my next step will be a certified letter to the CEO regarding this matter in addition to their unprofessional behavior.

Your online system did not update to send to the correct address. I requested shipment and payment to go to the correct address. The system recorded billing correct, but not shipping.

I'm sure you'll send the bill to the correct address.

I attempted to speak with Customer Service and spoke with a "Jeannie" Supervisor.

I'm very disappointed your lack of service to help resolve. I order quite a bit online, but I will never order from K Jordan or affiliates going forward and will be sure that no family or friends do either.

K.Jordan customer service is awful

I placed an order with them a week ago (and applied for credit at the same time) and got an email that I was approved. The status of my order on the site still says "credit pending". The day after I ordered, I saw all the bad reviews and requested that they cancel my order and request for credit. They said since it was processing they couldn't do that (but it's not marked processing, it's marked credit pending), but that they'd try and that I needed to keep checking back to see if it cancels. I've checked back every day and it still says "pending". Since the order hasn't been processed or shipped, there is no reason they can't cancel my order. I emailed them today and I got the same automated response. Customer service is terrible! Beware, this seems like a scam to me. I took an inquiry on my credit report for nothing!

K.Jordan unethical behavior

A claim for item not received denied ( K Jordan Question Ref # [protected]). A claim card was sent asking if I wanted the item or credit, I chose credit. I NEVER RECEIVED ITEM 517531 and because of the time item reported NOT received, (too long), hence the denial. It is unethical that I pay for an item NOT received, I WILL NOT. Now K Jordan's "closed" account is accumulating interest and late fees and waht started out $49 is now up to $115. I was assured the account was noted every call I made, detailing this situation, even collection called on this closed "unpaid" account. It's time for K Jordan to "do the right thing" and adjust charges on this closed accout. I CANNOT pay for something never received. NO ONE has offered a work around...i.e sending the item? My credit is being affected, (nothing I haven't dealt with before), BUT the PRINCIPAL IS PARAMOUNT!

K.Jordan bad customer service

I called on the 23 of May to place an order and since I did not know the catalog ID number the agent named Angie acted very rude and treated me like if I was stupid for not knowing the ID catalog number, I told her that I was getting the merchandise from the web site and insisted in giving her the number, I admit that I was furious for the attitude of the agent and she yelled at me badly and hung up on me.

K.Jordan Cheaters

I've ordered a pair of jeans from www.kjordan.com about a month ago and received them in a timely manner. When I tried my new jeans on I found out that they were too small and tiny and did not fit. I contacted K.Jordan and asked for an exchange and they agreed and said that first I have to sent the ones I received back. They said that in the box there was supposed to be a return label. I checked the box but there was no sign of it. I told them that there was no label there and asked them to send me one. They claimed they always include return labels so it was supposed to be there. I checked again and found nothing. They said that exchange was not possible.
I'm very disappointed with this company! They forgot to include a return label and because of their mistake I was not able to get a replacement! Cheaters!

K.Jordan The prices went up suddenly

I went to the website www.kjordan.com. It was clearance and large discounts were provided. I found a lot of nice and cheap clothes, so I placed the order. When I checked the final sum, it turned out that it was too large. I started to look in the list of the items, and almost all prices went up. The seller decided to get more money from me and therefore he raised the prices. I cancelled the entire order and was completely disappointed in this store.

K.Jordan Don't buy from them – waste of money

I placed large order on the website www.kjordan.com and the total sum was $200. So the seller sent me confirmation info, where he told that the delivery would be for free and within 15-28 days. After that he never replied to my emails, as well as he didn’t deliver my order. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
