In the month of February an Farm Bureau client ran into the back of my car. I only had my car for a few weeks and just had brand new tires put on my car. The accident knocked my out of alignment which caused my back tires to be worn out. Its tsken them 2 months to even repair the small damages and they refuse to do my alignment and replace my tires. Thither client hit me In the back while stopped at a red light

This is typical with any insurance company and my dealings are with Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance (who sold me a Collision Comprehensive policy) also treated me the same way. Farm Bureau insurance company will exaggerate any defect to diminish the value of your property claiming your tires were already worn (based on their opinion) and the wheel alignment is not their problem. DELAY TACTICS are often used [censored]D-BACKS while the insurance company looks for any excuse NOT TO PAY!.. DELAY, DENY & DEFEND is what all insurance companies use to refuse to pay the actual cost of repair and only pay about half of what a reasonable person would expect to recover. The burden of repair is pushed upon the vehicle owner by greedy insurance companies and since Farm Bureau is privately held, this company does whatever they can get away with because their financials are not available to stock holders to review. Since you have a 3rd party claim, there is also a factor of DIMINISHED VALUE to your new car and you can be certain FARM BUREAU will refuse to pay for the depreciation in value due to an auto accident.
