I phoned to top up my Kiwicall card. The lady (Leila situated in the Phillippines) took all my credit card details. I was not compfortable with some fo the questions she asked me. She then informed me there was a problem and I should wait for half an hour before trying to use the card...I had a death in the family half way accross the world! That was on Saturday night - still nothing on my card on Monday morning. So I phoned Kiwicall and a very rude man put the phone down in my ear when I explained the situation. So now they have all my credit card details and I have no money on my phone card! I will never use Kiwicall again! Beware!
