Kitchens / Missing Pieces
I thought i nwas getting a real bargain of a kitchen for half price, namely, £1250.00. I paid a deposit of £200 and was offered my kitchen within ten days, after a phone call cancelling the day before delivery was due, i was then told it would be a week later, the day before it was due, again with a phone call and another feeble excuse, cancelled again. Monday after i rang them for 5 hours till i got through i arranged delivery for Saturday 18th October. It arrived, delivery men said that the cornices and pelmets were missing. A day later we realised that the base corner cabinet was missing the centre post, the two drawer carcasses contained left hand sides only, the larder unit had no back, The black cooker hood was silver?
Ther are no shelves for the larder. And WORST of all the legs supplied with the substandard units are crap and cannot support the units.
I have emailed them twice and rang thirty times. I got some snotty girl ring me ten days after the first email telling me it wasnt her problem, and no response since then.
I now have a lawyer working for me to resolve this, thankfully shes my sister in law as i could not afford to waste any more money. She says that im entitled to the whole £1250 back as compensation.
Then i can employ a firm who is reliable and not CON ARTISTS
