Kitchen Niche Air fryer under $100, faulty piece delivered by old site

Recently I bought an air fryer from one anonymous site and I got fkd off cause that deal went every bad for me in this tough time of pandemic then I came across the go-to site in recent buying which is air fryer reviews but one of my best choice from this place is mentioned as follow all,

Kitchen Niche 621383

I placed my order on 12-05-2020 for a knife sharpener as a Christmas gift and it's Christmas Eve and my product is not here. My invoice said it would be here within five to seven business days and it has exceeded that. Please respond this is the first time I am using your product and so far I am not really happy about it. It is very sad Christmas is tomorrow and I have no gift for that person.

Kitchen Niche roemertopf

Kitchenniche, I have ordered a roemertopf more than 3 weeks ago, paid extra for a fast delivery service 3-6 days, and it has not arrived to date. Can you please let me know what is happening with the order? It has been processed on visa. Do I need to call visa and get it refunded?

Shipped inferior item. They used Amazon. They did not pay for shipping but charged me for shipping. Cheaper item but not mentioned. No response. I wii
ll contact Visa . I don't expect help from Visa.

On Mar. 28/21, I placed an order for 2 items. On Mar. 29, I received one of the items as a gift from my husband so I emailed Kitchen Niche & asked that they remove one of the items from my order because I no longer needed it. No response. I emailed again, no response. I telephoned but all I got was voice mail with no opportunity to leave a message. On Mar. 30, I emailed them 4 times & tried telephoning..again just a voice message. By then I no longer wanted to deal with a company with such poor customer service so I emailed to cancel my entire order. In between my emails I received an email from them that they were processing & packing my order! I immediately emailed back to cancel my order. In total, since Mar. 29 I had emailed them 6 times. No response. On Apr. 1, I received an email from them saying that they had shipped the one item even though I had repeatedly asked for the entire order to be cancelled! It will be returned because I do not want to deal with this company.

Kitchen Niche chef's choice 615 slicer

I Ordered a meat slicer for over $200 on Dec 8th for xmas. By January I had called twice to the company with no return phone call. Finally I emailed them. They said there was a note on the ordering page that the item was out of stock and wasn't being shipped until Jan. I reviewed the website and NEVER found anything to back this claim. Today is Jan 29th. Still NO slicer. I contacted my credit card company and had the payment cancelled. Thanks but no thanks Sandra, I'm taking my business elsewhere!

Kitchen Niche no order

I have purchased something from KitchenNiche website and they said that delivery usually takes up to two weeks and I was ok with that. They gave me all the necessary information regarding my order and all the confirmations. Two weeks passed and there was no sign of my order. Customer service did not reply to my messages and I was not able to reach them no matter how hard I've tried. It has been over a month since I made my order and I have no idea where my order is and when will I receive it. Avoid!

Kitchen Niche horrible experience with these people.

This website is terrible! I wish I saw all the reviews before I decided to order something! My order was placed about two months ago and I received nothing yet! I sent them several emails and even called and no one ever replied! This is absolutely unacceptable! Thankfully my husband is a layer and he promised to fix the situation. These scammers will going to pay for all they've done! It's time to stop them once and for all! Don't order anything from www.kitchenniche.ca!

Kitchen Niche the process took weeks and nothing was done

I will never again use the website www.kitchenniche.ca. I ordered 4 items and received only 2 of them. After some time I emailed them and asked to provide more information about the remaining items. In response, I heard only some promises and blah-blah. The company didn’t turn to be really helpful and professional. I waited 4 weeks and heard promises about the delivery, but they have done nothing. I was completely disappointed in their services.

I ordered some items for my wedding from the company www.kitchenniche.ca. I calculated the delivery time and I really thought that they would provide the order on time, but they haven’t delivered it. I was shocked and immediately started to contact the customer services, but these guys haven’t responded. They almost ruined my day and I need to solve this problem as soon as possible. Please, help me.

Order was never filled. Two emails later I was asked to confirm my address. This was 4 weeks after the order was placed. Two weeks have now passed since my address confirmation and I still don't have the merchandise I ordered. Kitchenniche had absolutely no problem charging my credit card in a very timely manner. They just can't seem to fill orders. This was my first and most definitely last experience with this company. I have never had anything even close to this happen with any other company.

Kitchen Niche no delivery

I purchased 10 ramekins about 2 months ago but so far I haven’t received anything. It seems that they didn’t even send me my order and now and when I emailed Kitchen Niche about this I was told that no refunds are possible and I should have read agreement more closely.

Kitchen Niche worst retail on-line experience i've had

Worst retail on-line experience I've had. Do not buy from these people. Ordered an 89$ + tax = 112$ Le Creuset teapot Nov 30/11. It arrived just before Christmas, defective. I could not use it as the gift it was intended for and had to purchase something else. As per the website guidelines, I contacted the company within 7 day for instructions to return the item for refund. They do not answer the phone and rarely reply to email. They finally told me I have to deal with the manufacturer to get a replacement. I informed them I don't want a replacement, I want a refund. As I had to buy another gift, this teapot was of no use to me. Looks like I'm stuck trying to sort something out with the manufacturer, to get a replacement for something I don't want. Horrible experience with these people. Beware. I'm filing a complaint with BBB.

I ordered 3 ramekins on 27 February 2016. My Amex was billed for the products and shipping. Today is 28 March and NOTHING has arrived. No response to many emails. No response to numerous phone calls. This business is a SCAM. I want a full refund of US$12.39.

Order a product from site on April 25. paid for faster delivery, 3-6 business days. After that time period I called several times, operators were always busy and was encouraged to leave a message, never able to speak to real person. Emailed several times and it was only when I posted a negative response on their feedback site did I recieve an email apologizing for the delay. Made excuses and said on May 4th it would be shipped out immediately... it is now May 13th... still no product.

On April 28th. I submitted and paid for my order. Here it is May 17th. and no answer to my email query as to when they shipped (if they did)? Fortunately I paid by paypal. I expect they will get an answer.

Terrible company. I put my order a month ago and it is still not shipped. No way to speak to customer service: they use answering machine and promise to call you back that never happens. They answer to emails after several (!) business days with no information about when the order is going to be shipped. Terrible user experience. It's better not to buy anything from this company.

Tried to place an order using Paypal went to a supposed Paypal login site. Asked me for my date of birth... and the last four of my social. WARNING AS SOMEONE WHO USED TO DO BACKGROUND CHECKS-- IF SOMEONE HAS YOUR POSSIBLE STATE OF BIRTH, DATE OF BIRTH AND LAST FOUR OF YOUR SOCIAL THEY CAN GET YOUR ENTIRE SOCIAL ESPECIALLY WITH THE HELP OF A COMPUTER!
